Super 8 O'Hare South - Northlake

We were there awaiting a flight out of Ohare , so the shuttle service was great , the location was near family , and shopping , plenty of places too eat . Being non-smokers the smell was more noticable to us but didn't send us running . The renovations being done are sure to reduce this problem . we stayed one night with our dog and found the accommodations to be excellent--clean room, comfy bed, nice to have restaurant next door. The only issue we had was the room nearby had their TV on all night and we heard it too!

Room had internet, microwave, fridge, variety of pillows, luxury bath products and was very clean/conveniently located.

It's a decent place. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Try the restaurant! They have great Polish food and as a guest of the hotel, you get 10% off.

Is a really ugly service and hotel

it was not bad at all i staid there for a week in a two bed room and they were comfterbal,parking good also and supermarkets across the street,lot of close places to eat.The restruant next to it has good food also ate spaghetti and meatballs excelent.Yes i would stay there again.

Not bad for the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. The whole place smelled of smoke even in a non smoking room. Awful bed and shower. The free shuttle to and from airport was helpful.

Well when we checked in it was NOT a fast check in at ALL!!! After standing there for 15 min while she was on the phone we were able to go to our rooms well we had booked 3 KING rooms and the lady at the front desk gave us 2 King rooms and 1 Double room in which we did not want so I had to go back down to the front and get MOVED..... They DO NOT HAVE […] FLAT SCREEN TV'S in the room or MICROWAVES in rooms like stated in listings..... OVER ALL this is an OKAY place to stay if you want a CHEAP ROOM!! Other than that I would sugest people to stay somewhere else..... Devamı

Internet was not functioning properly, had to change rooms, desk chair was broken (toss you to the floor), next room was loud (called at 2:00AM complaining, no action until l2:30AM) Staff was pleasant.

Bed bug! Wet comforter! Dirty room! Dangerous neighborhood! AND: 1. the hotel lady checked in another guest into my room!!!!! of course, that guest was later checked into another room. 2. prostitute in my next door!!!!!!!! noisy all the night!!!

This hotel had dirty walls in the room. Everything else was good for the price point.

we were told free shuttle from airport to ohair, ended up paying every time we took the shuttle. Overworked the driver to the point he became unpleasant. Advertised there was refrigerator and microwave, neither of which were present. Water pipes rattled all day and night. Our "do not disturb" sign apparently meant "please continue to knock on the door […] to clean our room". One of the desk attendants was overtly rude to multiple persons on the staff in front of many customers... If you are staying for business not pleasure, then attempt to enjoy your stay, otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere. Devamı

The hospitality of the hotel employess was wonderful, the adjioning restaurant offers a 10% discount to hotel guests! We stayed there twice in two weeks. It is our go to hotel when visiting Chicago

We stayed for a week while we vacationed in and around Chicago. Upon check-in, the front counter staff tried three different card keys to get us into our room, they finally used a master key to let us in and later brought us two keys that worked. The next day our card key did not work again, went through the same ordeal. We also found the same candy […] wrappers under the bed each morning so we know they didn't clean there. Housecleaning did not even come inside our room four of the days - we finally decided to leave a tip right on the bed, only to come back from a day of fun seeing that the tip had not been touched, and neither had the room, so we had to ask for clean towels every single day we were there. At least three of the staff smoked right outside the main door, not even five feet away, and there was a folding chair there so we figured it was a regular hangout for them. Someone was usually there smoking when we left in the morning, then again when we came back in the late evening hours. Warm water in the showers, decent continental breakfast, super-cheap, and working Internet access were the only pluses. Would we stay there again? Absolutely not. Devamı

We enjoyed the stay here. The beds were comfortable, the place was nice and clean, and everything was fine. The baby crib available was just a portable playpen, but it was nice and new and my baby is used to sleeping in one anyway. The breakfast was much better than another Super 8 we stayed in--included lots of selection, even hardboiled eggs. This place is a dump. Second rate facilities, scarey part of town, smells like a cheap taxi and the internet is non existent. DUMP, DUMP, DUMP.

Hotel was clean but kind of rundown. The cleaning lady woke us up at 7am to try and clean the room???? Not cool at all. Would stay there if there was no other option at all.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the price very reasonable. Although I had a non-smoking room, cigarette smoke assaulted me in the hallway while walking toward my room, and seeped in from the bathroom vent. The walls were very thin, and people in rooms all around me were partying all the way through 6am. I finally tried soothing music […] through headphones to be able to sleep. The air conditioner ran fairly cold, but kept shutting off, then the room would heat up quite a bit. I woke up almost sweating. Overall, since I was there on a Saturday night, I don't recommend that night due to all the partying going on. Devamı

had a terrible time checking in staff claimed it was due to computer errors with what hotels.com provided to them. Took me 30 min to check in and there was no line. They were friendly though I will say. One of my two rooms the air conditioning knob would only go to a certain temperature because the knob could physically not turn. There is a musty weird […] smell throughout building. My other room had a key card problem and after the third time of reactivating a card the staff finally came over and said "oh the card reader must be low on batteries". I dont even know what that means it must be an old system. I am glad that I was only hosting a bachelor party at a gentlemen's club nearby and there for literally 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Devamı

Convenient location from OHare airport. Sheets and pillow seemed clean enough but the smell off the halls and room made it difficult to sleep. A very strong old cigarette and musty smell permeates the building. It was too late at night (early morning) to hunt for a different motel. The clothes I wore in the room kept the same horrible smell of the building […] after I got home and unpacked. I have stayed at other locations and was very disappointed in this motel. I chose it since the description on the website stated all rooms were non-smoking. I woke up coughing and choking on the smell. I will not stay here again. Devamı

Compared to its value, the room was very nice. No refrigerator nor microwave, but if you are all in for a comfy bed and clean beddings, this is the hotel you want to go to. Clean bathroom - but the water pressure in the shower was pretty low. It took me forever to get shampoo out of my hair. The employee that checked me in was pretty rude. When the […] card readers weren't working well, she got all frusted, and I noticed that when she got off the phone with a customer, she said "good, Jesus!" and rolled her eyes. I have already paid and checked in, but I am still a customer, and I don't think she should have acted to improfessionally. Although they list "Pets accepted with A FEE," they said they mean $15 per pet per night. While I was paying without any argument, I told her (very politely) they should correct the description online because the impression its giving is PETS(plural) are allowed for a FLAT FEE. She did not even respond to my recommendation but all she said is "we charge the same rate to all pet." Devamı

this was a nice place. met a guy from ireland tha was nice. put their was a night that police was called because people on the floor was very noisy and still continue even when was told to please be quiet. sound like they were gamberling. other then that the room was real nice. and the heat worked good. so 2 nights didnt really sleep good because of […] the noise. was fine before and after the people. The hotel itself is in decent condition, and our room looked updated. The only problem is the walls are paper thin. We could here peoples conversations word for word, I went into the hall because I thought they were out there. Turns out it was the rooms on either side of us, and they weren't really speaking loudly. The price is low though, so it's a […] trade-off. Devamı

The rooms were clean and OK. An older hotel and not all the outside door locks worked. The back door was proped open with the rug. No wakeup clock and telephone wrong room number. x-rated bookstore across the street no problem.

3 stooges comedy routine at the front desk, but its not very funny. Be sure to check your bank account before you leave.

Our three night stay for a family reunion in Oak Park was great. Free breakfast was terrific - cereal, hard-boiled eggs, sweet rolls, bagels, toast, English muffins, yogurt, etc. It's an older hotel (formerly an Econolodge I think) that's been upgraded with new furniture, remodeled bathrooms, and helpful staff. They moved my 87 year old mother's room […] so she wouldn't have to walk as far (...we asked for this at check-in). King-size bed was comfy. Couldn't have been better for an inexpensive place to sleep. Devamı

point pour: il y a un resto qui avait l'air bien dans le motel. Pas cher. A 30 minutes du centre ville. point contre: pas d'ascenseur pour le 2e. Unité commune pour la climatisation et le chauffage, très près du lit et très bruyant.
