"Relax Away"
This was my very first time staying in Kansas and being in the FairField Inn Mariott, took my breath away. I relaxed til I couldn't anymore. I recommend this to everyone who stops and take a breather and just RELAX...

I was very, very impressed with this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and it was in a wonderful location! The area was quiet but not far from anywhere you needed to go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will most certainly stay there again!

"Nice stay"
Very nice hotel...clean and very relaxing...kids enjoyed the room and said the bed was more comfortable then theirn own at home. However, after paying for the booking on here, when I got there I was charged an addition $20 for incidental fee, which is fine, but yet to have it put back on my credit card yet. "Hotel stay in Wichita"
The Fairfield Inn and Suites on Webb Rd. in Wichita is a nice location if you want to be near I-35 or on the "outskirts" of town. Not to far to airport or downtown but it is near Towne East mall and near a major crosstown (East/West) thoroughfare (Kellogg). Everyone was friendly, the beds are wonderful at Fairfield Inns and it is a hotel of choice by […] me because of orthopedic health issues I have. The only "downfall" is the layout of the hotel is unique and you have to go through several doors to get to the main lobby from the first floor. The hotel was very easy to find. The gentleman that checked us in very friendly and nice. All seemed great for our one night stay, until we tried to use the shower the next morning and the water was cold. After 15 mins of letting it run still no hot water. I believe we got more for our dollar than if we would have stayed elsewhere. I was going to book at hotels web site but the rate there was $20 more at that time. Hotel and rooms were clean and up to date. Walls were not as insulated as we like and could hear the heavy walker in the room on the floor above us (thank goodness they were not up during the […] night). Easy access to I-35 and Kellogg Ave. Breakfast offered was milk, juice, hot waffles and some fresh fruit & breads plus small boxed cereal. "Great Place to Stay"
We were greeted by a friendly clerk at the desk. The room was very clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We will stay again if in Wichita.

Clean comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was complete and very good. Would definitely stay here again. We chose the Marriott name, and were not disappointed.

The decore is very modern and clean. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast had fruit and good brewed coffee. I would without hesitation stay here again.

It started with Adam who checked us in .. he was wonderful .. and ended with the Food Service staff at breakfast that made sure we were taken care of. this hotel is wonderful. My only comment was that they had skinny towels.. even the ones I have at home (my old ones) are fatter and fluffier. But never the less it was a wonderful stay.

"Perfect for weekend shopping trip"
My daughters and I stayed at the Fairfield for a Christmas shopping weekend. Everything could not have been more perfect! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful. Great breakfast to get us going again for more shopping. It was really easy access to major roads. I could not have been more pleased. (Great job Karl!!)
"Great Hotel but very thin walls"
We booked this hotel on a short notice and have had really good luck with Marriot hotels so chose this one. We got in late so basically were just looking for a place to shower and sleep. The room was clean and comfortable but my only negative comment is that the walls are extremely thin. Great rate. Really clean room with modern decor. Breakfast was continental but with a great number of choices, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, toast, muffins and waffles. They also had the microwaveable sausage and biscuits if you wanted something hot other than the waffles. Very nicely presented lobby with good service. While I liked the service, cleanliness, breakfast choices and gym I wasn't particularly keen on the layout of the rooms. While they are also clean and newly remodeled, they don't provide much in terms of getting work done. This is a good hotel to simply drop in and out. This hotel was clean and looks as if it is either fairly new or has been recently remodeled. I only interacted with two staff members at the front desk and both were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and had several pillows. The bathroom was clean. The towels were rather thin compared […] to most hotel bath towels. The air conditioner/heater wall unit was fairly loud but not any more so than most. It worked well. My only complaint is very minor and I'm not sure if anything could be done about it anyway. The fire alarm and smoke detector on the wall both had red flashing lights that were annoying when all the other lights had been turned off. I ended up sleeping with the tv on and sound muted just to have enough light so that the flashing red lights didn't keep me awake. The breakfast selection was pretty good and the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. Overall, Fairfield Inn provided a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Devamı

A very clean hotel to stay at. All was a pleasant experience except upon check in, the desk clerk pointed to a sign directed at all who stay there, that an additional night's charges would be posted to my debit card for incidentals, and those charges may stay on my account for up to 5 days, until the bank releases it. I pointed out my age, 49, and that […] I disagree with that charge. She said she would take a $100.00 cash deposit and would return it the next morning. Maybe it's me--but if a hotel doesn't even trust someone to stay the night without destroying a room, maybe it's not worth staying at. The key word here is TRUST. Had anything been missing or destroyed, they have my address and my debit card to seek reimbursement. I worked as a desk clerk in the hotel industry years ago, and we didn't insult someone by demanding such a fee just to stay there. Had anything been missing or damaged, the manager had a cc number, their address, and their car tag number to seek reimbursement. I am just shocked that such a nice hotel would instill such a policy to "blame" everyone for the behavior of only a few bad apples, but then upon check out, and they reviewed the room, return my deposit and act like "ok" now we trust you. I never want to feel that way again, and will NEVER stay at a FAIRFIELD any where again. It makes the customer feel bad as they leave, and why would a business want to do something like that??? What happened to the customer is always right, even when the customer is wrong, the customer is right. A VERY BAD BUSINESS POLICY THAT HAS COST MY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL. Devamı
