Staybridge Suites Schaumburg - Schaumburg

Very nice hotel. Close to shopping and dinining. Nice breakfast included in price of room. Would stay there again.

We had 2 rooms with 5 guys in each room. It was a very nice stay for all of us. The rooms were clean, with plenty of room.

The room was much more than we expected with the 2 bedrooms separated by the living room and a good size kitchen!! Will definitely stay here every time we visit Schaumburg! The breakfast was just okay...way too crowded for a weekday and food wasn't very fresh or hot.

Although the Hotel was not the newest, the price and the friendly staff made up for it ! The breakfase was wonderful and when we needed extra towels or blankets, they brought it up to us right away !!

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Chicago. The rooms were clean and quiet but the heat did not circulate very well. The staff was friendly and seemed helpful, though we did not have any problems during our stay.

Two beds room we stayed it is Big enough and comfortable rooms. But only one thing is noisy upstairs guys.

The staybridge suites in Schaumburg, IL met up to all of my family's expectations. Very roomy as described, my only issue with the room was that there was a large hole I'm the soffit and alot of mud on the window below it...looked like a squirrel or some other animal had made it's home there. Like I said, minor detail, had no effect on our stay, just […] a little creepy. My only other issue was the breakfast, which was included in the stay. The scrambled eggs were runny and nasty and the French toast was like cutting through wood. But as I said, free breakfast, and there were plenty of other items to choose from. All in all, great deal for the money, and maybe a little more attention to outside maintenance and food. I will definitely stay again! Devamı

My daughter and two grandchildren stay on oct 22 n We love this place I'm coming back for sure .

Wonderfully clean hotel, friendly staff and all at a great price. Wonderful breakfast included after a great nights sleep. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been an indoor pool and hot tub. I booked this hotel for me and 2 friends. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite the night before the Chicago Marathon - it was a 1/2 hour from the city and fit us all comfortably. The suite was clean and well kept up.

I checked in on Friday, and there was probably only 1 person in the entire property that weekend. No housekeeping on Saturdays. So the line at the counter lobby was looong - people checking in, people checking out, people requesting extra towels or shampoo, people calling on the phone to check room rates or availability, etc. It was miserable. In addition, […] there are no elevators. So if you have the misfortune of being placed in a 3rd-floor room, you're gonna get a work out. Devamı

This property is older, the computers didn't work, the staff at the desk didn't really care, the pillows were lumpy, the pool closed, the workoutroom tiny dark, depressing, no reason to stay here. it wasn't nice, it wasn't clean I ahve stayed in Staybridge before, this was not a nice one.

I have stayed at a number of Staybridge Suites and always had an A++ experience. The room layout is always great and the continental breakfast and common areas are always beautiful and very comforting. Because of this, I actually sought out a Staybridge Suites property and drove 45 minutes out of my way to stay at one. This is the first time I've been […] at a facility that was like an apartment building. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator and I have a baby and 2 small children! The situation was not ideal. We arrived late at night and the walk from the car to the room was a bit scary. The paths and parking lot could definitely use better lighting and trying to haul everything and everyone up three flights of stairs created some stress. While I love the features of the room: kitchen/dining area, sofabed, separate bedroom ... this one was smaller than any other I'd been in and was the first one I've been in that was a bit dated. From the inside out, there were definitely signs of wear and tear. (the exterior doors, stairs, etc. were definitely showing some distress.) The lack of maintenance on the outside created an impression that maybe the room wasn't as clean as it could be. I was reluctant to let my baby sit or crawl on the floor, which made things difficult. Since I've had so many positive experiences with Staybridge Suites, I will definitely choose them again. The room we had was very big and we wer able to slepp 6 comfortablly in the suite but it smelled horrible due to all of the smoke smell in the hotel. Also the comforters had burn holes in them and there were many stains on the hotel floor. All in all it was a nice room but needs cleaned better and maybe replace damaged linens.

Perfect experience! Hotel desk was very friendly when I called and said we would not be in till after 11PM and then again at the late check-in. The property was very clean, staff was fantastic, breakfast (comped) was great and no hidden fees (usually happens on pre-pays, I still owe something on check-out). Very nice two bedroom suite with sitting area and kitchenette. Worked perfectly for my wife, her brother and our two kids. Easy access to the mall area and plenty of dining establishments nearby. Kids (ages 9 and 11) thought it was the greatest hotel room of all time. They loved the basketball court and check-out basketballs from the front desk. Hotel is nice, clean, spacious suites..little bit dirty/old look outside of suites....main thing is no maintenance or service on weekends so had to pick up towels each night myself..noisy in night time, can hear noises from outside very clearly all the time..located in a good place and good breakfast..smoking and pets are allowed for a charge so somewhat […] stinks..no walkway from parking to suites, had to walk thru grass and since pets roam around in there, it was uncomfortable. Check-in went well until the room we were given was being serviced. The door lock was replaced so we needed to change rooms. Management seemed unaware of the maintenance going on.

The Staybridge Suites are approximately 20 miles outside of downtown Chicago. We have stayed at Staybridge Suites before in other parts of USA and have been impressed. The suites are spacious. We stayed (4 adults) in a two bedroom suite. Each bedroom had an ensuite. The beds were big and comfortable. The suite had a full kitchen including microwave, […] American-style fridge, hob, dishwasher and sink etc. There was a comfortable sofa which could be pulled out into a double bed and chair in the lounge. There was also a television and video/dvd player. All bedrooms included televisions too. The whole suite was very comfortable and clean. The complex had an outdoor swimming pool which I think was heated as it always felt warm. There was a jacuzzi, basketball court, gym, computers with free internet access and a laundry. Breakfast was complimentary and included toast, jam, muffins, scrambled eggs, cakes, breakfast cereal, coffee, tea and various fruit juice. The staff were very helpful. Devamı

Lots of room for affordable price. Excellent breakfast buffet with very accomidating staff. Outdoor pool was perfect. Kids loved the basketball court. It was the most comfortable and relaxing hotel we have ever stayed at. They do not have maid service on the weekend which was not an issue for me, but may be for others.

The price was well worth the room. My wife and I have four children and we had plenty of room and every one was very nice. It was pretty close to perfect.

Love the grilles outside to cook on. Happy hour on TWT is a great feature. downside when are they going to get some HiDef TV's these look like 1985

When we first drove in we thought why did we come to this hotel, it looks like apartments. WOW...were we wrong! I walked into the lobby to check it and it was gorgous inside. We got into our room and the room was huge and very well laid out. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups utensils etc...We had a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had […] there own full bathroom. Each room had a TV and the living room even had a TV along with DVD/VCR player. The free breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be back to stay there again in the future. Devamı

Great room for the money. I could live there for weeks.

We initialed at check-in that there would be a $200 charge if we had a pet or smoked in our room. No problem - no pets and we do not smoke. We went to our room then and about fell over with the stale smoke smell in this non-smoking room and had to request another room which we did get. Guess this needs to be monitored better. Very convenient location to the pace bus terminal and woodfield mall. We took the pace bus to catch the Cubs game. The hot breakfast was really good. We have stayed at this hotel before and will stay again.

There were more amneties than they talked about, which was a nice surprise. I wasn't aware of the stove top in the room, nor that the bed was in a separate room from the "living room". We had more room than we needed. The breakfast was more than they mentioned also. I expected old oranges and dry muffins and tiny bagels. There was a hot breakfast waiting […] for us downstairs in the morning with eggs and bacon. Not too shabby. I would stay there again. I will definitely consider Staybridge for extended stays. Devamı

The Suite was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The outdoor pool was a bit cold when we were there. Staff was helpful.

We had read some negative statements about this hotel - could not recognise the complains. The hotel is a bit worn out - but they are working on it. Otherwise - perfect. Room was clean, well furnished - pool was nice and service exellent.
