The Banyan Tree hotel is excellent in faculties and service. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready but we were very well taken care of by the Manage on Duty, Hong. He treated us to drinks and dinner in a nice hotel restaurant until our room was ready. Despite the problem with our room, we very happy. The room (2 bedroom suite) was beautiful. It was […] large and had almost every amenity we needed. There were several TVs, a steam room and jacuzzi in the master bathroom, and a full kitchen. There was even a birthday cake for me as they saw it was my birthday from my passport. I've stayed at fancy hotels before, but I don't remember the last time I saw a pillow menu with samples of pillows of different density/softness. All in all, the room is more than comfortable and fulfilled my needs. The lounge access was an additional bonus. I was given vegetarian food freshly made on request, all complimentary. The drinks were good also. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at the Banyan Tree in Bangkok. Devamı

Everything about the Hotel involves the staff who are always on hand and so very helpful if you get the opportunity to visit Bangkok this should be the Hotel of choice

I was there for 5 night stay. I like that the hotel has got a great view on the upper floor, the spa was great. I don't like : 1) the check in couldn't be slower, it wasn't even that busy at the time of checking in. 2) the breakfast area cannot seem to accommodate the daily flow of guest each morning, the staff don't seem to know where the empty tables […] are, keeps going back to check for available table while people wait in line. 3) water pressure wasn't strong enough, and didn't drain fast enough, I was standing in a pond of water 2 mins into my shower. This hotel has some age to it, there are plenty of other hotels available in the region that I would much prefer. Devamı

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was in was top notch. Extremely clean and very comfortable. But the staff is what stood out most to me. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was treated like royalty during my entire stay. This is definitely a 5 star hotel. I will most definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Stayed at the Banyan Tree Bangkok for two nights in November and can fully recommend this hotel. Service is excellent with very friendly and attentive staff. We were upgraded to a Club Room since no twin option for the room we booked initially was available anymore at the time of check-in. The rooftop is absolutely stunning.

The room was pricey and quite dated, although still comfortable and very roomy. Due to its location in the financial district, it is a good 10-15 minute walk to Silom and nearby street food and restaurants. The restaurants within the hotel are quite expensive so we found ourselves leaving often... the rooftop bar was lovely. We didn't use the pool as […] it wasn't very enticing. Best place so far on our trip,great friendly staff and breakfast is the best I ever had. It is our honeymoon trip ,and they really treated us so nice

The hotel, is not situated ideally for access to shoppingor bar areas, though taxi rides are cheap. An all suite hotel, with excellent bathroom facilities & amenities. Bed may be a little hard for some tastes. Excellent Spa, great restaurants, and the Rooftop Moon Bar with open air views of the city is not to be missed.

Lovely hotel with amazing personal service.....we took advantage of a shopping buddy...sweet, smart and we now have one of the most beautifully tailored dresses ever made,..and the buffets...wonderful.

Service: Excellent and warm but never saccharine. We liked the security for vehicles entering the premises, as well as the constant excellent service and ability to get a taxi out of the hotel. Rooms: A deluxe smoking room. All very well appointed with lots of space and storage. Rooms were all in suite layout and the partitioning created privacy and […] space and also kept the smoke away from the bedrooms. Location: Our only gripe since it is not near any train station meaning that transport to and from the hotel during peak periods becomes a challenge time-wise due to traffic jams. Travel time planning is hence pretty key but due to the quality of the hotel, we did not feel the need to venture so often away from the hotel in the first place! The hotel did mitigate this somewhat with shuttle buses to nearby train stations at fixed times. Food and Beverage: All highly priced and not affordable unless you are on company expenses. Hence we hardly ate at the hotel. We did pay for a one time breakfast buffet at Romasi and it was wonderful spread with very nice ambience. Hotel Facilities: The pool was great but somewhat small for a hotel this size. Suggest to use it during breakfast hours. Devamı

The title says it all, strategic location excellent and impeccable services and awesome views from the rooms. I picked a suite and by God I got my money's worth and much, much more. Makes me want to go back to Bangkok again just to enjoy that awesome hotel. The staff where all very friendly and willing to help, cleanliness was superb. The only downside […] was some of the higher rooms can have a poor cellphone reception but hey staying at the 55th floor made it all worth it. One of the best hotels if been in all my life. great place for a family/romantic vacation... a full thumbs up on the food that we ate here... it seemed that nothing could go wrong! thoroughly enjoyed... PROS - Gorgeous hotel. Definitely great room. Good service. CONS - Located at a business district, hence not very convenient. Poolside has very few deck chairs which are always all occupied.

our stay at banyan tree was okay however i do not think we shall return. We felt customer satisfaction was not one of their priorities. food was very average and room service not satisfactory.we stayed there for 2 nights , the rooms needed to be renovated. whenever we travel to bangkok we stay at dream at (half the price of banyan tree) so we felt maybe […] with a baby it would be easier at banyan tree. Banyan Tree Bangkok has maintained the reputation that is expected of a Banyan Tree hotel. Everything was top notch and there was nothing left wanting. If you want luxury at a reasonable price, then Banyan Tree is for you.

Very nice hotel. I have stayed in Bangkok also many other 5 star hotels. This is one of the best ones i´ve tried.

If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok, this has got to be up there with the best of them. A beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and lots of extra amenities to make you feel right at home. The whole hotel smelt amazing at all times! Every day they have a different scent and all were extremely nice. The staff were beyond helpful on reception and on […] the concierge and they were able to help me with taxi's to different parts of Bangkok and Thailand. We also ate in Vertigo, the restaurant on the 62nd floor. While it is a spectacular restaurant with lovely food and very special scenery in the heart of Bangkok, however, I did still think it was slightly overpriced. OH BOY! What a hotel! Stayed in quite a few and love the comfort and quality here! A must is to visit the bar on the top of the hotel and what fantastics view you will get, it is packed as people from allover come here, if you can push the boat out then have a meal here. You gotta stay here to appreciate the quality! ONLY GRIPE: I wanted to eat elsewhere […] than the hotel, so i asked conceirge where to go to eat and they said why do you need to go out, eat here ! They wouldnt recommend anywhere ! So the next day we ventured out walked a couple of hours and found SALA Daeng Stn. WOW, now this is BANGKOK ! Although we walked a couple of hours, from this hotel it is only 20 mins walk, out of the hotel, turn left, across the road at traffic lights, turn left then , first right, 10 mins walk down and there you are ! Also when taking the first right, walk about 5 minutes and visit the BRO and SIS Travel, they are fantastic people and helped us on our way to Phuket. The staff were very kind to have left a cake for my birthday. A wonderful touch. The deluxe room is really a mini suite with a living room. The fixtures are a little dated and the housekeeping not really great but this is an elegant traditional Thai hotel and should be chosen with confidence. When we first arrived the chair in our room had some stains (did not expect this from a high quality hotel). Furthermore we booked for a private tour to the floating market with the concierge and were informed the taxi would cost ___baht, we read that most tickets for the market were reasonable but when we arrived there the driver took us to a private […] boating dock where we were charged another ____baht for the tickets. This would have been fine if the conicerge had mentioned it to us. Furthermore, the private driver then tried to take us to our tourist sites we had not expressed any interest in, just for a commission rate. Very unhappy about this. Devamı

The Banyan Tree Hotel in Bangkok is fantastic. The rooms are great, the location is good for business travellers (close to the business centre, not so close too town) the restaurants are great, and the Moon Bar at the top of the hotel (62nd Floor) must be one of the best in the world. However this hotel is extremely expensive. Expect to pay £7 for a […] bottle of beer and £50 for a three course meal. Fine if you are on expenses but beware if you are travelling looking for a good value stay and some cheap Thai food! Devamı

Amazing hotel. Probably the best we have ever stayed in, but the luxury comes with a price tag. We stayed on the 56th floor and had a fantastic view out over the city of Bangkok. Breakfast was second to none, anything you could dream of having for breakfast was there! Definitely recommend.

This was our most expensive stay while in Thailand. Everyone is nice and helpful but prefered the AMARI WATERGATE. Its a much better value at half the cost with bigger rooms.

Fantastisk hyggelig hotel med en utrolig imøtekommende stab. Hotellet har en veldig behagelig og avslappende atmosfære.

Fantastisk hotel, med gode faciliteter bl.a fittness center, sauna, mm. Boede på et deluxe værelse med 2 værelser, alt i god stil og meget velholdt. Morgen maden er et absolut højtepunkt.., indeholder ALT hvad man kan ønske sig, fra bacon med røræg til sushi, traditionel thai mad, salater, pålæg, alt i brød, juice mm...

まずチェックイン。予定よりもかなり早く着いてしまい、普通ならアーリーチェックインで追加料金を取られても仕方ない状況でした。最初は荷物を預かってもらって後からチェックインの予定でしたが、すぐに対応してくれ待ち時間もほぼなくチェックインできました。 部屋のアメニティにも満足でアロマオイルやお香でリラックスできました。 部屋の作りは若干古いですが、メンテナンスが行きとどいているためそれを感じさせませんでした。 お風呂も深くて広く、バスオイルやバスソルトもあり色々なパターンで楽しむことができ、充実した滞在期間でした。 またコンシュルジュやポーターの対応もよく皆さん笑顔で生き生きと親切に対応して頂き気持ちがよかったです。

Hotell var fräscht, har en fin takterass har jag hört. Hade tyvärr inte tid att besöka den själv när jag var där dock. Rummen rena och fina. Ok priser på rumservicen. Internettillgång fanns injkluderat i rumspriset. P.g.a. hektiskt schema hann jag inte se alla grejor hotellet hade att erbjuda som sagt, men har inget att klaga på utan det var rent, […] fräscht med bra frukost. Devamı

ホテルのサービスとか設備についてはとてもよかった。 今回は５６階の部屋を選んでいただきとてもよかったです。 ただホテルから出発するのにBTSも他の線も離れていて 行きにくい場所です。

駅から離れているのは少し不便かもしれないけど、 買い物や観光に出かけるのも面倒になるくらいホテル内は快適！　屋上のレストランは是非行ってみてください。スタッフは総じて気持ちの良い対応をしてくれる。日本語のわかるスタッフも何人かいました。少し贅沢をしてクラブルームに泊まるのもいいかも。
