It was a quick stay for a few hours of sleep before my flight in the morning, but my short experience was pleasant. Very professional staff and clean high end facilities.

I couldn't have stayed at a nicer hotel than the Hilton. The location was superb for my reason to stay. I must thank again Crystal, the receptionist when I checked in on 4/19/12 for giving me such a nice room with great views. I will definitely stay at the Hilton again when I return next time and will recommend it to my friends.

My stay was nice. Close to the beach and other attractions. The only downside was that the parking charge was a little excessive.

The Hilton, Long Beach is not easily walkable to the convention center. I didn't feel comfortable walking back late at night when the day's business was over. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were perhaps a little too comfortable since I didn't want to get out of bed the next day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Must pay for parking but only $15. Comfortable beds. Room standard.

Overall the hotel and service was great. The rooms are not everything I expected they are nice just seem a lil old

Very nice hotel. Pool is great. Great location if you need to be near the convention center. Nice 10 min walk. Would definitely stay with them again.

there was a maids bleach rag in my suitcase with the lid shut, laying on a green shirt. My shirt now has bleash marks on it...Hotel was not interested in resolving issue........

We had a great stay, only too short. Did not dine in hotel. Did have cocktail in bar. Location has many dining options.

The Hotel is really nice and the staff were extremely helpful.

Outstanding hotel. Worth the walk to resturants and shopping or conference center. Only complaint was Internet fees.

When one thinks of the "Hilton", one thinks of luxury, or at least that was my thoughts. However, the Long Beach hotel leaves one wondering what the expensive room charges are for. The resturant is more like a conference room, without the fancy wedding setting, the bar, not bad, but service was not good. Disappearing bartenders which were a bit surly […] anyway so no great loss. The room was nice, overlooked an empty swimming pool (?), was there another one, don't know. Bathroom floor was stained, some weird splash across the floor which does not come up? Hotel charges for WiFi from the second floor up, what is that about? Even Motel 6 gives free WiFi!! Will not go back, but then others may not be put off by these issues. Long Beach has been reinnovated and is lovely and the many eateries on the Pike's Pier are great!! Had several wonderful meals. GREAT STAFF FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE HOUSE KEEPING PEOPLE. GOOD LOCATION FOR A VARIETY OF DINNING CHOICES.

Desperately needs an update. Carpet felt waxy and sticky under my feet, bathroom has no fan, room is kinda small... Just not nearly as nice as I hoped it would be, or expected it to be. It kinda feels like a business hotel, rather than a beachside resort, which I guess makes since, when you consider that it's attached to the Trade Center. The biggest […] problem was the beds, which are doubles, NOT queens. Best thing about it? It was totally quiet, despite being nearly sold-out. We were disappointed our room wasn't ready by checking time and still make us waited almost an hour and the room wasn't even started to got clean so we had to request any non handicap acceseble room .Then we when to the hotel restaurant and couldn't found someone to seated us so we left.

Very nice business hotel, close to convention center. would stay here again

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was expensive....over 20 dollars each. Not much within walking distance as far as convenience store or restaurants. They had a free shuttle to the cruise terminal which they told me on the phone you could only get with the snooze and cruise package so that was a nice surprise. Overall nice place to stay.

This was a pleasant surprise, considering the price . The hotel staff was accommodating and very helpful, especially with suggestions on places to eat and shop. It provides shuttle services to the local attractions nearby but is also has a bus stop in front of the hotel for the free city bus.

Amazing place to stay, close to freeway, close to cool places to have fun.

The stay was wonderful and convenient location. everything was close to the hotel.

I had just gotten off a two week cruise through the Panama Canal, and was very weary when I arrived at the Hilton around 11am. I was looking forward to taking a swim in the pool but was disappointed as the pool was out of commission until next month. On the other hand, I was thrilled that I was immediately taken to my room even though check-in is for […] 3pm. The room was very nice, with a large desk and comfortable desk chair. The bathroom faucets leaked when turned on, so I reported it to the desk and they immediately sent up a repairman who had it fixed within 30 minutes. The bed was absolute heaven, with perfect pillows and crisp linens. I immediately fell asleep and spent the entire day in my room. There is a very nice breakfast buffet but I felt the prices were high on the dining menu. $15 for continental to $20 is a lot to pay for breakfast. Room service adds 18% gratuity and $3.50 charge as well. In the morning I awakened early to the sounds of two people on electronic megaphones shouting at one another for about an hour. Fortunately I was awake at 6am as they started in around 6:30-7:00 Apparently they are picketing the hotel wanting them to unionize. As I was on the 4th floor, I could not hear what they were saying, but an employee explained to me when I asked , as I was leaving. Devamı

We stayed at the Hilton for 5 nights. Overall very pleased with our room and service was very good. Would definitely stay at the Hilton Long Beach again!

I must say my stay was much more than was expected. Everyone was so very friendly and most help. customer service really makes the difference and it was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend the Hilton Long Beach to all my friends, family, church and co-workers. Thank you for making me and my elderly friend feel special.

Beautiful hotel & great price! We even had a free shuttle to take us everywhere we needed to go in Long Beach. Would definitely be back!

The carpet was dirty and stained very bad, also the remote control did not work, until I had it exchanged. The house keeper just exchanged it from another room.

We were on a three day bicycle trip and the only problem we had at the Hilton Long Beach, was the doorman was quite rude about us leaving our bikes in front of the hotel to check in. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Generally a rather bland business hotel. The staff were great, the room comfortable. A word of warning – the pool; despite looking lovely and inviting in the pictures; is in fact 3 feet deep. Great for kids but a tad shallow for me. A minor point, lobby bar is pretty terrible. The bartenders were wonderful but it really is like having a drink in the […] lobby itself. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Pool was lovely and not over crowded. Walking distance to great restaurants and the water. Room was excellent. Offered a FREE Sunday morning breakfast! Not advertised, a pleasent surprise.

Hello I stayed at the Hilton for three days. The shower had a leak from upstairs, the carpets were filthy and room never cooled down. However, the room service and people were outstanding. Very nice personal service but the hotel is dated.

After reading the reviews on hotels.com, we were a bit worried when we saw the comments regarding the carpeting in this hotel. We were late booking the date so we didn't have many options. As many of the reviews stated, much of the carpeting (if not all), needs to be replaced. We felt the staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. […] Considering the total price we paid for this once spectacular hotel, we felt the overall value was worth the money we paid.
