Very loud guests at 12:00am and then again at 1:30. Talking, laughing and shutting doors. They were men and it was on the 2nd floor. I didn't call and complain.

The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. They receptionist was so helpful and really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

i called about the pet policy for the hotel and was told pets were welcome with no charge. when i checked in there was a $50.00 non-refundable pet charge. the bathroom counter was small , there was no continental breakfast and the room was pricey. The cell phone service was very bad also. will not stay there again.,

The hotel was great. It was close to the places that we needed to be and the service was great. They even let us check in a little early. One thing that was somewhat negative was that the pool chlorine seemed to be a bit on the high side. The other thing out of the hotel's hands was the people above us running around until about 1 in the morning.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent. The hotel was recently renovated according to the staff and is very nice. Our room with two queen beds was nice and roomy. Breakfast in the restaurant was great.

all was great however i booked this room several weeks in advance. when we arrived, we discovered we had a handicapped room. not a problem but the shower. my husband is 6 ft and we had a difficult time bathing. we tried to change rooms but were told they were sold out. when i booked the room i was confirmed with a regular room NOT a handicapped room. […] overall our stay was great but the bathing issues. we were not exactly happy with this situation. had we known, we would have stayed elsewhere. will make me think twice about staying at your hotels if this is what i get. Great room only thing that bothered us was the bathroom was like a sauna. The fan didn't work and filled the room with steam while showering.

Newly remodeled. There for a week. Clean. Quiet. Good water pressure. Only complaint is the heater was very noisy and sometimes interrupted my sleep.

The Hotel was located close to most anything in Fort Collins. The rooms were roomy, neat, and the amenities were outstanding. The Desk Clerk told me they had just remodeled the hotel and that was obvious - everything to include the rooms, the lobby, the courtyard, was up-to-date, nice & clean, and accommodating. Hotel recently upgraded. Difficult to sleep due to the room not very sound proof. Could hear all the noises outside our room. Good location.

the toilet did not flush... the location of this particular room was extremely noisy...perhaps by a utility closet or housekeeping- doors slammed well into midnite... ugh. Other than that, previous stays at this hotel were good.

It's very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. However, they don't have a kiosh for local attractions (flyers like you would typically seen at hotels). You pretty much have to google it or ask front desk.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Nice renovations. Have stayed here before, including as renovations were being done. That was not particularly enjoyable, with all the commotion going on. Now that they're done, very nice. I don't like the fact that the restaurant next door shares the parking lot. Patrons park right in front of the hotel, causing hotel guests to park away from the building. […] This is an inconvenience unloading and loading baggage. Devamı

This is the second time we stayed at this location. First we stayed in original room. They were remodeling the rooms upstairs. This time they were remodeling the lobby, meeting rooms and all of front of hotel. Hopefully they will be done when we return to Ft. Collins!

I'd stay here again. The only problem I saw was the faucet to the sink leaked, but I could deal with it. The linen, beds, bathroom was nice. The breakfast the next morning was great! We got a coupon for Texas Roadhouse which came in handy. The checkout time is great too.

Outstanding comfort and quiet. The room was arranged very well - different from most rooms I have stayed in. Most rooms put the bed against the wall opposite the bed in the other room. It made the room very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The motel was going through some renovation and yet the staff was relaxed and helpful.

Very clean and contemporary room.complimentary breakfast was awesome. Would've been even better if it was located closer to the downtown shopping on college st but overall great stay. Would book again.

The hotel lobby was being remodeled. Ad said there was a lounge/bar but there was not one. Room comfortable - would stay again.

When I arrived at the hotel I was not very excited to see that it was undergoing a remodel. The front entrance and common area was in disarray but the staff was extremely helpful and my newly remodeled room was excellent. Also, to compensate for the mess they had a large room set up with free breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is in the midst of rennovation, but we were given a newly refurbished room and it was great. Clean and very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and thanked us for staying during the renovations. The hotel work did not bother us as they quit about 5:00 pm. and our part of the hotel was mostly finished. While the hotel says it is pet friendly, they did not disclose the 50.00 per room charge to have your pets there until I checked in. The front desk staff was pleasant when I explained that I had not been told of an additional fee and agreed to charge me only 50.00 for the pets, that was half of what it would have been because I had two rooms booked […] and the pets would be going into each. The male employee who checked us in was not very friendly. Driving all day and arriving late at night, it would have been nice to have received a friendly employee. The room was ok. Expected more from a courtyard.

Very disappointed. We didn't arrive until late in the evening and were welcomed into a smoky room and a bucket catching water from a leaky ceiling in the hallway. Very tacky. We asked and received another room which was less smoky but right next to an elevator. When you tired and hot, the last thing I wanted to do was move our stuff to another room […] next to an elevator. No one offered to assist us with the move. I would not stay here again. My bed was one of the most comfortable I've been on for a hotel. However, my room was right by the elevator, so everytime someone used it, a loud rumble would fill the room. It's not like the hotel was full, this is just where I was placed. There were cobwebs in the corners of my room. Obviously it had been a long time since the room was seriously cleaned. […] My final beef was with the "free internet." Their idea of "free internet" is a less than 1 mb trickle that is only good enough to check email, read the news. If you need more than that, you have pay extra. That suprise isn't sprung on you until you actually try to use the internet. Devamı

Staffs should be re-trained. They looked very official and icy. When I ask, they just reply in a unfriendly manner. Don't expect a smile. Staffs spoils a good name hotel. Bad experience. When I made some local calls, they put the tab under the door. I don't run away. They made some additional money pending on your debt card too. Again bad. Hotel business […] should respct customers. We call it "courtesy" trusting us. All things should resolve when we check out. That's what most hotels do. I couldn't find any "coutesy" in the Courtyard. Devamı

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which I was informed of when I checked in. They were noisy from 8 am to 5 pm, but it didn't really have an impact on my stay as I was out during the day. The pool and hot tub were nice. There is a lovely inner courtyard with a gazebo and chairs. For the money, it was fine. Clean, quiet and friendly. Carrabba's restaurant across the parking lot. The mattresses and TV's were old, but I overheard the front desk clerk tell another guest that they have new ones ordered and are on their way.
