If you need to be close to the Magnificent mile the hotel is very well situated. The hotel was very close to some major bus lines but you need to walk at least 10 minutes to the next underground L trains. The hotel is very close to a major hospital therefore it might get a little bit loud because of the sirens of the emergency vehicles rushing to the hospital. The rooms was clean the beds were very comfortable. The AC worked efficiently. The concierge had a lot of useful information on Chicago and was helpful. One needs to change the elevators to reach the rooms. It was a little bit inconvenient when towing heavy luggage.

"Good Deal"
The front desk was very friendly when check in and check out. The room is nice with soft beds, TV, coffee maker, internet. The internet is slow! The bathroom is very neat (took a bath there, sweet). It's near the Grand Station, 2 blocks from N Michigan Ave, very convenient. Starbucks is at the lobby, thank God. That's it.

a few outlets did not work view was not that great tv didn't work even after maintence attempted to fix it had to call twice to get maintience to our room beds were very comfortable nice size room

My boyfriend and I stayed in chicago after a concert and the hotel staff was very personable and the room was gorgeous, the bed was the best part-- comfiest one ive ever slept in. 5 stars!!!

"Great hotel, great location"
The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The location was close to many restaurants and bars and shopping was just a couple of blocks away. The staff was very accomodating and the room size was larger than many downtown Chicago rooms. Great linens!

"you get what you pay for"
not extravagantly luxurious but by no means a hole in the wall. The price we payed was fair for the room we got. Location was great! quieter than being right on michigan ave. but still very convenient and close.

this hotel is a little off the beaten path if you are looking ot be on the Mag Mile. However it is a great price and still easy to get around.

The room at Courtyard was impressive. The room with 2 double beds have plenty of floor space. It was not cramped. The view as even nice. The most impressive thing was the beds. Nice pillows 4 on each bed and nice soft bedding that only complemented the superior bed itself. It was a nice comfortable stay. I do recommend.

"GREAT HOTEL"
Can't beat the location. Staff was courteous, room was very large and up to Marriott standards. Would definately stay here again.

The quality of this hotel and its staff was well worth the money! Great location and easy to get anywhere in the city. Only con was restaurant was little high $, but probably not to much in relation to other similar hotels.

We walked to several nearby attractions and the L was just a few blocks away so it was easy to get anywhere in the city!

Tode el personal es amabilísimo, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia con detalles que hacen más agradable la estancia como la cafetera y el microondas. Está muy bien ubicado,cerca a todas las atracciones más importantes. Volveríamos con toda seguridad!
