Phoenix Mesa Marriott - Mesa

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great full breakfast.

The lady who helped us at the front desk must of been having a bad day because she didn't smile or welcome us to the hotel. She simply asked our name and confirmed the reservation. Upon arrival to the room, we found a stain on the comforter of the bed and a sopping wet wash cloth laying on the floor. We upgraded to the romance package and received chocolate […] covered strawberries and a chilled bottle of champagne about a 1/2 hour after got to the room. Later, we called the front desk to ask for a liter or carafe of orange juice to go with the champagne. They offered 8 oz bottles, we again asked for a liter and they said no problem it would delivered right away. We never got our orange juice and had to go to the local convienence store to buy it. We didn't get charged for it either so I didn't complain. Didn't get much sleep because the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were flat. All in all, not a bad hotel. The place was full or atleast the parking lot was full and the location was great. Devamı

For a Marriott, which is normally a super expensive...charging for everything unnecessarily, this Marriott is quite inexpensive. Not only does THIS hotel have free Wi-Fi and Hi Speed internet in the room, it has a Starbucks and a very very pleasant staff. They go above and beyond for comfort. There is also free parking, which is also unusual for a Marriott. What […] I didn't particularly like was that the hotel was not appealing on the outside, and was kind of "lost in a neighborhood. It also shares a parking lot with a Community College. The inside was a little outdated and the rooms were a little "old school". I did like the bed, though. Overall, it was a positive experience. The front desk person who has helped me a number of times is absolutely wonderful.

This is our second time staying at the Mesa AZ Marriott. Once again the hotel has met our expectations as only a world class Marriott could. We tell all that will listen that staying at a Marriott will never disappoint. The staff at the Mesa AZ Marriott were professional, courteous, and helpful. the bed was very uncomfortable and the ventilation system made a buzzing sound like a swarm of bees. When called the hotel prior to booking online, we were told that there was a shuttle to Gateway Airport. when we checked in we were told that a shuttle was not available. We had booked through Hotels.com and we would have had to contact them for a refund […] if we wanted to search for a different hotel. We elected to stay and did not get a bit of sleep. We may have had a better opportunity to get some sleep if we had stayed in our car. We had to leave at 5am to get to the airport. The hotel does not even have coffee service available prior to 6 am. ALL other personnel were wonderful. I was greatly concerned about customers I have personally booked at other Marriott hotels. I hope the staff is more professional.

I was traveling with my supervisor for business. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was quiet and if we had neighbors, we never heard them. The hotel was centrally located and there were great restaurant choices close by. The hotel was beautiful and what I have come to expect from Marriott. There was some maintenance being done on the second floor, […] but it has to be done sometime and we were not disturbed. The beds were of course, amazing and the pillows divine. The hotel is located in an area that has gone through some changes due to age and lack of affluence. Nothing they can do about that, but we were mere minutes away from the ASU campus and many places of interest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Devamı

It was ideal for our concert at the amphitheater! Went to a slightly stoopid concert and I couldn't believe how perfect the location was. I could see the stage from my window! if you are going to a show this is where you should stay

This hotel was so convenient for my husband and I. He was going to a show at the Mesa Amphitheater and he could just walk to the show and back. The only problem was that some of the other guests weren't a fan of the music and in certain parts of the hotel you could hear it. The restaurant downstairs is highly recommended and it is worth it to upgrade […] to the "Stay for breakfast" package. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They also provided a pack-and-play with clean sheets for my baby. I would without a doubt stay here again! Devamı

This hotel was a very nice stay, the staff is courteous. My favorite part was the workout room. It was very spacious and had a great selection of workout equipment. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. I loved staying at this hotel, the only problem I had was it's location. There really isn't too much around it in walking distance. Very helpfull at the front desk. Excellent suggestions on dinning out with printed directions. When I told them about the noise from the bath tub drain making noise my first night, they said an engineer would be there before I came back that day. However, engineer could not fix the bath tub drain from belching every 30 minutes. By the fourth night it […] was so loud that with the bathroom door shut and the tv on you could still hear it. Within five minutes of the Mesa Mormon Temple. A great buy with a comfortable room and a full buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. We will definately stay here again and share this with others.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great room, friendly service and a wonderful bed. We try to stay here when we are in town.

Our family stayed this hotel on Nov.26th. It felt that surrounding area is in a quiet and calm atmosphere. Location is about 10 mile away from Phoenix Down town, however it is not incovenience, there is big shopping mall close to hotel. and Scottsdale of famous resort city is only 20 minitues by car. very nice location. THIS HOTEL WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A CONCERT WE WENT TO I LOVED THE HOTEL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!!

南国情緒あふれる雰囲気、リラックスできる良い所でした。朝食込料金の場合はホテルの朝食レストランで、ちゃんと判るような体制を取っていただけるとありがたいです。（例えば朝食券や部屋番号でのチェックなど）
