Econo Lodge West Springfield - West Springfield

We found Econo Lodge West Springfield convenient while making a over-night stay in Springfield. The room needed some work--and we missed having a mini-fridge--but the shower was hot & strong and the room was quite toasty on a chilly night. The price was right for what we needed. The host when we arrived--a gentleman in his 50s--was quite friendly & […] welcoming. Only thing I did not like was tub did not look cleaned or kept clean enough. Other than that is was only for a night of a holiday next to the bar I was going to and worked out great. I have been in much worst hotels for much more money. Will be there again next year.

spent 2 nights. location was close to wedding that we were attending. room was clean and beds comfortable. breakfast was only muffins, bagels and coffee. overall a good value

If there was anther room available somewhere else we would have went there but it was slim pickings because of home coming week end. It smelled bad like mold. But O.K for one night.

Pretty easy to find. If you're just looking for a bed, this will do. The room itself seemed clean enough, though we discovered, in the morning, a thick layer of dirt under the TV. We had a non-smoking double queen. The room appeared to have no prior smoking clientele, but the hallway smelled of old smoke. It was sufficiently quiet. The hotel was very nice and clean in a decent neighborhood and close to restaurants. It was quiet and the service was friendly. The hairdryer didn"t work but all the other appliances worked fine. The breakfast was quite skimpy with only donuts and coffee or cocoa. The rest of the stay was terrific because the heater and air-conditioner worked well.

The location was great with a lot of surrounding restaurants and close to activities. The hotel itself was a little gross. Our non-smoking room was once upon a time smoking so there was still somewhat of a linger (unless it was penetrating the walls). The toilet leaked so when I got up in the middle of the night, I stepped in a big puddle of what I […] hoped was water. The tub was tiny and the shower head was low - but the pressure was great. Room was dirty and overall disgusting. Management refused to do anything except apologize. Would NEVER stay at an econolodge again.

I never stayed at an econo-lodge before. Based on the looks of it as I pulled in, I was afraid for my life. I almost turned around and took the 2 hour drive home. I booked this through the phone without seeing pictures. The staff was friendly but the hotel just was not worth the money. The room was so gross. There was graffiti on the wall over the headboard, […] chipped tiles and ceiling, and very strange looking people hanging around outside the rooms. When I checked in, I asked for a room close to the office, so that they could hear me yell if I needed help. I wouldn't have stayed if I had any other options at all. Devamı

I dont like the room and the a/c is no working and my reservetion is non smoking and he gift me a smoking room sale bad sow that waht hapend

Broken toilet in first room we were shown. Not only did the phone not work in our room, I was told that the phone lines in the walls did not work in most of the motel. Really lousy breakfast. Got to our room had pizza place on hotel's keys -THAT WASN'T EVEN IN THE AREA SO WE WAITED HOUR AND A HALF FOR NOTHING!!! then we had to leave and find food place that was open at 10pm at night! Not good at all room stinks, dirty, small sucked over all

For the price and convenience, this hotel was great. The room was very clean, shower pressure good, comfy bed. The coffee and muffins in the morning were nice as well. And a friendly staff. If you are doing the dog shows or horse shows at the Big E, I would recommend. I

Well everything was ok as far as service , cleanliness, friendly . But coffee machine in room didnt work was very disappointed by that and the brekfast was just awful

I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel was a filthy discusting dirty mess. My room should have been condemned by the health department.If you enjoy dirty carpets clogged sinks and tubs holes in the ceiling and wallpaper peeling from the walls then this is the right hotel for you. deplorable , needs improvement but I must note the receptionist was very helpful in making my stay a wonderful one thank you receptionist.

Staff was very helpful. Very satisified with what I paid. It was conveniently located with supermarkets and restaraunts nearby. Also the "Big E" wasn't that far away.
