Quality Inn & Suites Atlantic City Marina District - Galloway

I had a room in the front of the hotel which was on the highway. I heard to cars rushing by all night. I needed to try to the fan on just to drown out the sounds. One truck came by so fast the room shook and the bathroom door slammed shut. I also a problem with the noisy refrigerator that I had to unplug just to I could sleep. Its a nice hotel to stay

We booked this room for a one night stay away from the casinos and the inflated prices for a Saturday night. The hotel room was clean, sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the room was cold when we arrived, but once we turned the heater on, it warmed up pretty quickly. The only part of the room to not heat up was […] the bathroom. It felt as if I walked into a meat locker in the middle of the night! The bathroom never really warmed up to the temperature as the rest of the room, but it did seem a bit warmer in there. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for others who need a cheap place to stay near Atlantic City. It's only a short drive from the casinos, and near a few diners & restaurants. I'll definitely stay again if I need a room near the casinos (and don't win enough to be comped!). Devamı

This hotel is comfortable with a fridge with small freezer, and a microwave in every room. A good showerhead and the lights all have bulbs. It was clean, not spic and span clean, but certainly clean. I wish they provided more towels, but the towels you do have are clean and white. Wireless internet is a decent speed and it's free. Complete and total disapointment. Unfortunately I had the family pet with us or we would fo checked out immediately and went to the Clarion a block away . I can not understand how Hotels.ca endorses a dump like this. Never again !!! The room was dirty the carpets were disgusting. the bed covers had stains on them !! The mold odor was terrible !!! I wanted to give this motel a better rating, as the staff was very nice - polite, helpful. The breakfast was par for this cost and type of motel. The pet charge, although I hate to have to pay it, was less than many other motels. Not a 'deposit; mind you, but a pet charge. The rooms were less than clean - I found a sock under a chair, woodwork was dirty, […] and rug obviously not vacuumed for some time. The chain lock on the door was broken - I put a chair up against it for the night. The motel was far from fully occupied but the desk clerk put me in a room right under a top floor room - it made for a wakeful night due to noise from the upper room. Room was comfortable and clean. The linen had seen better days, it was a bit worn but clean. I've paid the same for rooms at the casino hotels but not on a holiday weekend. I'd go back there again.

Room was musty smelling. Bad location right next to an auto body repair shop.

Hotel allows pet- nice feature- but once we brought the dog in the room he went into a full blown allergy attack because of the mold---wondering what it would do to us?? Permanent resident next door started yelling at the wee hours of the morning setting off all the pets that stayed there- Lovely visit???

Friendly personnel, fast check inn, small, but clean lobby, decent free breakfast (more than just continental) Good coffe. Room was cofortable with nice AC unit. Our room was next to the ice and vending machines. No laundry.

Our first room had a broker air conditioner. We were moved to another room. Room was clean, but had a funny smell. We had to leave the door open to air the room out. Bed comfort was ok, pillows needed to be replaced. Close to major roads.

The room was much much smaller then we thought and smaller then what i saw online, I'm not a fan of motels and thats what it was so I was not pleased at all my boyfriend and I have stayed at other hotels in the are and has always been pleased, the room smelled of mildew and it felt like something was crawling on me in the bed I did not get any sleep […] at all, it maybe ok for others but not for me. I received lousy service from the management of this hotel. They were unresponsive and could care less about my situation.

ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AND WHEN TRASH WAS EMPTIED, NEW BAGS WERE NOT PUT IN! TRASH CANS WERE LEFT RIGHT INSIDE DOOR NOT PUT BACK WHERE THEY WERE! CLEAN TOWELS WERE LEFT ON FIRST BED INSIDE DOOR AND NOT PUT BACK IN BATHROOM! CIGARETTE BUTTS LEFT ON TOP OF WARDROBE AND MATCHSTICKS LEFT ALONG MOLDING BESIDE WARDROBE! THE ROOM WAS VERY DUSTY AND OBVIOUSLY […] NOT CLEANED WELL FROM LAST OCCUPANT! WAS TOLD IT WAS A NON-SMOKING ROOM BUT AS WE COULD SEE IT WASN'T! We ahve stayed in mnay hotels of this kind and this was by far the best. It was great value for money and lovely and clean with a nice pool and poper sunbeds. About 10 mins drive from Atlantic City.

The only real problem was the fridge didn't work, shower head wasn't that good and didn't like that we didn't get clean towels everyday. Had to go to front desk and ask for towels.

I stayed here for the DMB Caravan in Atlantic City. It was not really that convenient to where we had to go (Bader Field) especially since you have to pay a toll everytime you go on the AC Expressway. There was definitely a moldy smell to the room and bathroom. It was not as bad at first - it seems someone sprayed air freshener in the room right before […] we walked inside. By the 3rd day, we were ready to get out of there! In addition, I don't think it's the safest area. The first night we came home from the concert (around 11:30 p.m.), there were many police cars in the parking lot. Apparently they were there to repo a guest's vehicle. Finally, the second night we came back from the concert, there were a bunch of people a few rooms down outside yelling, "Get the manager!" We asked what the problem was and they said they had bugs. Close to 24hr. conv. store as well as other shopping. Minutes from Atlantic City. The room had a fridge, microwave, TV (of course), iron, ironing board and desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable (big plus). They offer continental breakfast but we weren't awake in time. Another big plus, check out isn't until 12:00pm. FILTHY rug - SOILED SHEETS - someone had BLED at the bottom of the sheets! this hotel was on the main road, so it was easy to get to all the locations around town. the front guest staff was courteous. the cont breakfast was more than just cereal, they had yogurt, bagels, muffins, assorted breads, cereals and even a waffle making station. they had security cameras in all corners which made me feel safe and the parking lot was […] brightly lit all night to protect cars and persons. it would stay here again if i was in the area. Everything else was OK except the breakfast which was very very basic compared to the other hotels (of same standard) where we stayed.

we arrived and were given a non-smoking room that reeked from smoke! I know people will break rules and smoke where they are not supposed to, but how does maintenance not smell this and proceed to do something before putting new people in? also, the room was very small by comparison to ones in other similarly priced motels in the area. one more thing; […] I couldn't get internet service; when we checked in we were never assigned log in info; in this day and age signs should be posted to alert you that in order to get service you have to enroll at the desk... Definitely not what I expected from a Quality Inn hotel - more like a single level run down motel. The first night we spent New Years sleeping with one eye opened because the lock on our door was broken and their were no other rooms available until the following day, We had to wait until 2:00pm before we were finally switched to the supposed "King Suite" […] room which was no more than a king bed room with a sofa which was maginally better, except for the broken coffee maker and toilet seat. There was also a lot of noise from the parking lot as well as the super thin walls which you can hear everything next door. Worst New Years ever - Definitely avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!! The hotel was accessible. Clean room, comfortable bed. The heat worked very well as it was cold, although the bathroom was freezing because there is no heat duct in there and when the door was closed it was like walking into the north pole. A very startling feeling to go in there early in the morning.

The room conditions were up to my expectations for a budget hotel. No frills, but a good value if you're not looking for anything special.

Rates are good, close to all, service is great. rooms are clean, NO BED BUGS!!!!! TV, AC, COFFEE MAKERS, and IRON works.

The hotel was great, close to AC, but not the prices of it! My only complaint would be that the room was small. They packed so much furniture in a tiny room you feel cramped, but overall everything was great! I would book here again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE ROOM IS DIRTY, I HAD TO HAVE ONE OF MY PILLOWS CHANGED BECAUSE OF MILDEW. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO ENJOY YOURSELF LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE. I HAVE BEEN THERE TWICE, THE SECOND TIME WORSE THAN THE FIRST. A SMILE AND A PROMISE ISN'T WORTH ANYTHING UNLESS THE MANAGEMENT AND MAIDS COME THROUGH WITH IT.
