I stay at this hotel every wk. Great price and clean. Not the best area but the the worst of area in dallas ie O Cliff South d or West Deno. Would have a problems stayn hear with my wife and kids.

Good option if you have a rental car. Clean and safe.

Location & rate - great! Room okay. TV & movie service needs improvement. Tried to view pay per view movie, but could not get it to work. Had to call front desk couple of times to find out that whole system was down. People at front desk seemed bored. I was a little disturbed by some loud commotion around midnight but did not see anything and it ceased in about 5 minutes. I will stay there again.

The worst hotel i had to stay in andand what too expensive for what you get it is ! this is a last resort thing ! I hope I never go back there !

Stay was terrible-room had lots of cockroaches!!!Staff is not nice at all and cleanliness of the room was very bad!

the the hotel was convenient and close to the airport the staff was nice and friendly. I only wish they had airport shuttle service very expensive to the airport. overall it was a great experience great bargain I would stay here again

Basically the worst hotel i hotel we have ever stayed at. When we first arrived to check in the staff we rude from the beginning he didnt have any customer service skill at all. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any one no matter how close they needed to be to the airport.

I was very surprised at how nice it was. This is a wonderful place, especially considering the price.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stepped foot in. The was debris all over the floor (lack of vacuuming), make-up all over the wall, boogers on the wall over the bed, a COCK ROACH was dried into the paint, and what looked like bodily fluid on the head board. This wasn't a very clean motel. There were holes in the bedspread - they looked like cigarette burns even though this was a non-smoking room. The bathroom, especially the bathtub needed a good cleaning. The wi-fi was terrible. We would get connected but then it was extremely slow, then we would get disconnected. An inexpensive place to overnight if you are getting an early plane from Love Field

Went to Dallas for an interview with LUV and needed a cheap place to crash for one night that was near Dallas Love Field. I actually walked from Love Field to the hotel, which is about 2 miles....I did it at night since my flight arrived at 9pm. I'm cheap and didn't want to pay for a cab...I wouldn't recommend it if you're not the walking type or are […] scared to be out walking at night, as there are only dirt sidewalks or no sidewalks at all along Mockingbird. The hotel is in an industrial business park area across from a golf course on Empire Central and Prudential Ave. There's easy access to bus Route 526 that takes you down to the DART station, where you then catch Bus 39 to Love Field's terminals (I learned of this on my way back to the airport, as I didn't want to walk back..so just reverse this route if you need a ride to the hotel from Love Field). There's a Sonic and McD's just down the street from the hotel if you want to grab a bite to eat. The hotel is quiet, had easy check in and check out, and the front desk staff was nice and hospitable. The room was small and simple, decent lighting and clean, but hey, if all you need is a bed to crash in, what else do you need? They provide you with two bars of soap, and clean towels (at least mine were new and clean). The shower had hot water and strong water pressure. The TV had a decent selection of channels..no flatscreen TV, if you need to know, they have the large old school box TV's...but again, who cares?? Tthey did have about 4 ESPN channels, which makes it awesome for a guy. They have ice, snack, and soda machines inside the lobby, and they have OJ, apple juice, and coffee for guests. I didn't see breakfast being provided..but again, you can't expect such things when you pick a cheap place to stay in. It is what it is. Probably the best inexpensive hotel I have ever been in. It was very quiet and clean. For those that say its a bad area, they have never lived in a bad area. If they have never lived in a bad area, they probably have money. If they have money, why arent they spending it? If you are on a budget I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Horrible. No Heater in the room.

Everyone was very helpful. Very friendly staff, the cleaning lady was always there with any extras you may need. It is in a very quite neighborhood, not a lot of taffic noise. I was there for just a weekend getaway.

neighbor sucks, only good thing is that they had a few fast food restaraunts close by! cops patrol all night! i guess that was a good thing to bad they were trying to ward of the hookers that were walking up down the side walk looking in window or knocking on doors if they thought u were alone

the staff was nice. But it was to high for the area. It was more like aone star hotel. If you are on foot this is not a place to stay.

the rooms are spartan--no amenities except telepone and a clock. Very quiet place to stay. Great for the price. No bugs! Near the medical school/ Parkland

This hotel is in a sort of desolate area of Dallas, but it is very close (7 miles) to downtown and to the clubs along 35E. My friend and I stay here when we are in Dallas to go clubing, and since we don't spend much time in the hotel, it works perfectly for us. The rates are consistently the lowest in the area, but keep in mind that low rates this close […] to downtown mean you're making some concessions for that proximity. Overall, you get what you pay for, and this hotel was exactly what I wanted: a place to sleep and recover from the night before without spending much money. Great value for the price. It maybe older but it was well kept. Nice folks. Would stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel very late. The receptionist was barricaded and I thought to my self "where am I?" But the neighborhood wasn't as a bad as my first impression. It was very quite given the location. The ac worked like a charm given the 105 degree heat. The shower on the other hand needed some work in my opinion. I expected an average to below-average hotel for the price paid. It was quite a bit nicer than I expected. When I called to ask if I could have extra towels, they brought them to me (late at night) instead of asking me to come to the office and get them. Also, the hotel was pretty crowded, but very quiet.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a musty, moldy smell. We have stayed here several times and never had this problem in other rooms. It's an ok place for 1 night.

Not happy about the smell of the rooms after I changed twice; they have strong pungent odor similar to wet mold. No iron or ironing board or closet, just a small space to hang your clothes. Small restroom with sink outside so you're not able to shave or wash unless you're clothed if others are in the room.

drug users haven. crack addicts and junkies everywhere.

Our group rented two rooms. Both rooms had MAJOR problems with air conditioning. They actually replaced one the ac units 3 times and it was still hot. THe bathrooms were very dirty.

My room was rather clean and the bed comfy. For the price I would stay again. The staff was polite and accomandating and helpful. Its location was near I35E which is near a better part of the city. Some minor things not worth mentioning. I would stay there again.

Can't beat it for the price! But a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

I picked the Knights Inn because of its close proximity to Love Field because I was flying in on Southwest Airlines for a wedding. The front deskman was cool, brought us extra pillows and an iron that we asked for. The room came with a refrigerator and it was a very decent room for the price. I would stay there again definitely.

I was staying downtown for a conference, and I couldn't get into my hotel until the next day. I was able to reserve a room at the Knights on very short notice, and everything worked out well. It wasn't the nicest place that I stayed, but it was good enough for one night.

This hotel was scary! I am a strong single man... If you are a single woman do not book it. I was seriously surprised my car was in one piece when I woke up in the morning. In fact I got up and left at 6AM because the hotel felt so unsafe on many levels!

We've stayed here several times because it is convenient to UTSW Medical Center and Dallas Love Field. Just the basics, no extras, other than a small fridge & microwave in the room and morning coffee in the front office. A good place to stay if you just need a comfortable bed and a clean room for a night or two.

Nice and clean, great value.
