For the price it was wonderful. The best part is being able to easily jump on the express way to get where you need to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

i had a great stay at the red roof inn in lansing. the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a nice environment.

It's more than can be expected for a low budget hotel. The rooms were clean although my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Overall, I would stay there again if I'm on a budget.

Terrible experience! I had to sit in the car for almost an hour because the system was down and they couldn't check me in. I was tired and I had too be at a meeting at 8 in the morning but didn't get checked in, till almost 1 a.m.....I'll never stay there again

I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times but this is the first time that they have never cleaned my room nor gave us clean towels. That just did not really make me happy and that was my only problem.

I walk in the lobby the girl that was work where so nice... Right there i knew it was goin to be nice.. I got me a nice Hotel to go too... Yes, i will be back... i wish i knew the girls names... Thank u

My stay was wonderful. No complaints

My clothes all smell awful many days after staying there. But the price is cheap and they allow pets with no charges.

nothing special, very average and about what you would expect for a budget hotel room.

We needed a low-priced room at a motel that accepts dogs. This place is not my idea of a vacation resort, but for the one night we needed it, the room was clean and comfortable. We will probably stay there whenever we are in the area.

The deco of the hotel is horrible. Red white and blue. The beds sit very low to the floor for the mattress are extremely thin. The outside staircase is dirty and scarynlooking. Didn't feel safe.

I'd stay here again but wish hotel grounds were better lighted, especially since not in a terrific neighborhood (not the worse tho either).

Room was clean and price was right. That was all I was looking for. I would stay here again.

This place was easy to get to off the highway and served as a good overnight stay for us since we were heading into Chicago the next morning. This saved us a bunch of money staying here rather than staying in the city. The room was basic and served our needs just fine. This hotel is way too pricey for what it offers for that price. This should be a $55 - $65 room hotel, especially when the sink is out in your sleeping area. Very stupid idea.

People were very nice. Hotel room was clean and comfortable for budget hotel. Price was excellent!

The day before and when I went to get of the next day I had to wait,that was very disappointing. I reserved the room the day before so I would nor have to wait .....

Good quality/price. Room was clean. AC was working good, tv also. Bathroom was ok. Near the best buy

Red Roof Inn blows the roof off of service-won't blow the roof off your wallet! LOL! I like the location near the mall/great shopping a this was a nice hotel for a smaller hotel/motel. The Red Roof Inn has no frills. We had to call to get towels, but they were delivered immediately. The bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, it was quiet enough to sleep well, and the location was very convenient to interstate 80. For the price, it's great.

I would advice for new visitors to chicago to get into this hotel and travel by car to visit the places. Which will be beneficla in terms of time and cost.
