Good rates. Comfortable. Good location. Convenient to highway, shopping, plenty of eats. Area for dogs to stretch legs and do their business.

Have stayed at this hotel mamy times amd this was the worst of my experences. The front desk was great, having everything reaxy when I got there. What made it a bad experence was the room was not as clean as I expected. The room itself seemed clean bit the bathroom was a bit dirty. Nice price, clean room and great service. Plan on staying there again next time we are in Albany.

Other than the fact that a neighboring room called the police directly for a problem, the hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel for family and friends visiting out of the area.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting UAlbany. The wifi was VERY slow and sporatic but outside of that, it was clean, convenient and we would stay here again without a problem. The people at the front desk were very, very friendly!

I was really surprised how cute and clean this place was. I mean for the price I'll stay here everytime I'm in Albany! Its right in the heart of a ton of hotels, shopping, restaurants, grocer...you name it!

My Wife and I stayed after an Albany Hockey game.. Easy to get to, and Hotel staff were very friendly. Also Dunkin Donuts is right in front of the Hotel. Only issue was there are very few channels on the TV.. Only stayed 1 night-- on our way to Lake Placid...

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants by car only. The airport sounds could be loud for sensitive sleepers. The value matched the price and I was content with this choice.

Very good customer service. I forgot my laptop, and when I called, they were very good at looking in the room for me and calling me right back. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks

I was literally just looking for a place to crash driving in from Long Island and meeting my boyfriend the following day. The hotel was super cute, clean and right off the highway close to lots of other retaurants or anything else you might need traveling. Cant beat the price either!

We stayed in the business king non-smoking room. It had a small refrigerator, microwave, and nice area to set up our computer. It's a comfortable room to stay in for a couple of days.

Nothing fancy but a clean and comfortable room and good value. Have stayed there before and will continue to when I stay in the Albany area.Had a small issue when I checked out the room, went right to front desk and they gave me another room immediately. Staff polite and helpful.

We paid for a "deluxe" room and it was tiny. The room had 2 beds and a TV..thats it Bathroom was super small. Beds were small. Reception clerk was not friendly-gave us a hard time at check in.

No frills but perfectly comfortable and in same location as numerous other hotels at half their price -- indeed, dirt cheap. Perfectly fine for a clean and comfortable bed and good night sleep

I used to stay at the Red Roof Inn because it was less expensive. I noticed a slight increase in price from a few years ago but it was well worth it. It was always a 2 star but I would give it at least a 2.5 maybe a 3. The Inn is much better than I remember. Complete renovation and I highly recommend it for a place to lay your head.

Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Bad remote and they gave me two extra to try. Coffee always ready. Mattress not the greatest, but clean. Next to a Dunkin Donuts and an Olive Garden. Wireless connection was good. Had a 6am flight..went to front desk at 4:40 to arrange a shuttle. Shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes (didn't finish my coffee) […] and I was at the airport before 5am. clean place for short stay. Quiet. Devamı

The quality of the facility seems to have been upgraded. Clean, roomy and fluffy towels... Wish there had been another chair to use for reading/watching TV. The new room service option looked good and was quite reasonable. Close to the I87 and Colonie Mall.

The hotel room was not clean and the way the rooms were given out, I was sandwiched between people that were not so nice and I didn't feel safe at all. Partying was going on well past midnight and with the walls so paper thin you heard absolutely EVERYTHING. I will not ever stay at a Red Roof Inn again...no matter how cheap it is.

Room was in bad shape, door look like it had been broken at lock and dead bolt and the "patched". Staff was quite nice though, would not return to this hotel nor can I recommend.

Definitely not the Hilton... but if you want a clean, convenient to airport hotel that is inexpensive... the Red Roof Inn is it.

We booked the room because the weather was bad and we had to get our daughter on an early morning flight. Though we were later than expected there was no hassle to get the room. The shuttle to the airport was fast and very convenient. I'd definitely stay there again when needing to get to the airport. Lots of restaurants on Wolf Rd. For the price, it was competitive. The bathroom could have been cleaner ESP. The floor and ceiling. Staff was friendly but seemed understaffed.

For the price, this hotel is just fine and I will likely stay here again. It's a budget hotel and that's what you get - cheap furnishings, cheap linens, and loud HVAC. But the room was clean, the wireless internet connection was free and worked properly, and there's good water pressure in the shower. it was a basic no frills room, just a place to sleep Other guests came in after midnight and were being extra noisey and woke us up and kept us up for about 1/2 hour. you shopuld strive to segregat drunks in an isolated place in the motel.

Red Roof is a low cost motel, like Super 8. It is clean and well managed. If you're loioking for a place to sleep with few amenities, it is very good.

Hotel was very easy to get to,it sets back away from the road.Its a busy area so you can slightly hear traffic and and airplanes fly over since your near airport.The whole property seemed well maintained and clean.Great coffee in office but no breakfast.Dunkin Donuts is a one minute walk though.Enjoyed my stay very much.

Nice roon, clean, good size. No coffee in the room, only at the office & no breakfast. Close to airport, cater to businees travel but no breakfast. Otherwise room was okay.

The only problem I found was the television reception was terrible. A couple of HBO channels but all else was pretty much snow. The room was clean and convenient to everything. The pro's re this hotel - helpful registration desk staff, ease of location, reasonably priced, within walking distance of restaurants and services. The con's re this hotel - had difficulty securing lock on the door to the room, the bathroom door would not stay closed, cobweb that looked like it had been there awhile in bathroom.

We were house hunting in the Albany-Niskayuna-Rotterdam area. This location was convenient for dining and near a park for our 2-year old grandson. The only problem with the room was the plug on the bathtub would not stay open. We had to pry it open to get the water to run out. Everything else was fine.
