Very friendly staff. Hotel feels old and a bit musty in smell. But very liveable and very conviniently located. Decent breakfast service as well. Overall - Nice!!

"Comfort Inn"
As Comfort Inn's go it was clean and had nice staff. The breakfast area is very busy and the pool is very cold. But lots of variety for breakfast, room was clean and pricing is affordable if booked directly.

"upstaairs"
I had a very hard time making the stairs with 3 suit cases and i feel your staff should of asked if i needed help with the suitcases, I almost fell backwards down the steps , if a nice man who was staying on the second floor assited me with the suit cases, yur staff should of offered their assistance, thjs matter needs to be addressed as soonas possible […] to ensure safety of yur customers. "keep looking"
We were greeted by a very friendly clerk at the front desk. It went down hill from there. The trip to our room up the stairs (no elevator) with our luggage and down the narrow hallway was made more difficult by the kids hanging out in the hallway. We could hear the traffic on the EC Row exit ramp all night and the sound of an air conditioning unit (??) […] which hummed all night. Not the best of conditions to sleep. The next morning, we struggled with the shower head which was way too short (had to bend the knees to get under the water). Overall, not the best, we will keep looking for a better place in Windsor. I was a little upset with the hydro going out I was not able to have shower in morning of check out day and it was very dangerous for the kids in the hall way because there was no lights. I not sure the reason for the hydro, but it did seem it was only our hotel out.

The comfort inn in Windsor was under renovation but was extremely clean. Staff was very polite and apologetic for the construction. Would stay there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel in early January 2011. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were wonderfully friendly for check in, helped us find places to eat, even made the reservations for us and gave us a card for a free appetizer at the restaurant! Absolutely wonderful service. The pool was great and our children loved it! My only complaint […] was that it took a long time for hot water to reach the room when we tried it, but the maintenance man I met at the pool said he'd look into it, so I'm sure it's already fixed. "Will be back again and again."
Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and easy access off of the 401. They are doing renovations at the moment, but you’d never know it. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I’ve never had a bad experience at this hotel, and I’ve stayed here many times over the years

Et rimrlig hotell, og langt bedre enn prisen skulle tilsi. Innendørs svømmebaseng åpent fra kl 7 om morgenen til kl 11 om kvelden. Svært populært for familier med små og større barn. Fri internet med printer. Hyggelig og hjelsom betjening.
