The staff is friendly and helpful, and welcome us by our name. Good location and nice restaurants within driving distance. Bath room is clean and comfortable. Aircon is old and noisy but not really a problem for our family. Don't expect a good breakfast, just bread and cereal and good enough for us to go. there is no denying in the adage you get what you pay for. However, the staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel is what you expect when you pay a low price and our way of dealing with it was that we were there less then 12 hours. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room however there was the distinct smell of smoke in addition to burn marks beside the bathroom sink from a cigarette. The mattress was literally ripped and there was no comfort in […] the bed at all. There was splashes of mud on the bathroom wall and the back of the bathroom door. There was no effort into the breakfast meal itself however the owner/ attendant that had been there the night before sat there keeping guard that no drinks or ? Food left the lobby and went back to the room. The jam and butter were out of a large contatiner (The health department will have fun with that), and the bread was multiple bags of crusts. No cold milk or cold juice. It was apparent that there's have been numerous years since any attempt to do any upkeep to the place. Howard Johnson's is a big name in the south I am surprised they allow this place to operate under their name. It should be removed from expedia's list of accommodations. Devamı

by far the worst place i have ever stayed in my life

The windows were so dirty we could not see out of them. The patio doors did not lock or close properly, had to use a bar on the floor to keep it closed. Overall the place looked dirty and run down. The grounds were unkept, weedy and looked messy. Even the desk clerk looked dirty, her hair looked greasy but she was very nice and polite.

Everything is falling apart in this hotel...there are cables hanging from the broken damp roof tiles. I had to sleep in my clothes because the bed smelled so bad... The only reason I didn't leave right away was because I was physically exhausted...though I was tempted to sleep in my car... Stay at any other hotel in the area excep this one. Then […] the internet they had stopped functioning..complete disaster. I paid the same amount at another hotel that was wonderfull...there is no reason for this decrepit state!!! Devamı

I have trouble understanding how big chains put their names to places in such a state they should close them down and at least do the major renovations at the same time. The staff was nice and cordial, the room was nice, clean and confortable, however the breakfast was very basic,,,coffee, cereal and toast, the breakfast space was meager and the hotel […] is under renovations it looks like it had not been touched in 30 years...overall 2 stars would be accurate. It's not posh, for sure ... but we just needed a place to relax and sleep. And we were only staying one night. No surprises. We had all basic amenities including a small fridge. The price was right. Staff were courteous and freindly. We'll probably stay there again.

This hotel shouldn't carry the Howard Johnson label. ( maybe thats why the outdoor sign wasn't operating)

Actualy, The Hotel was a real disappointment for the price we paid. The toilet did not work, so the lady at the reception has to clean it and fix it in front of us and it was late in the evening. Our friends got the key of an occupied room, so they scared the man when they got in. I would never recommend it to my friends. Thanks

Plutôt difficile à localiser. Enregistrement à 19h sans entrer dans la chambre, nous revenons après le souper vers 21h, chaleur infernale dans la chambre, l'air climatisé n'a pas été mise en marche. Réservation pour 4, nous devons aller chercher des serviettes pour tout le monde. Il y a des cheveux collés partout dans la salle de bain, poussière et […] saleté sur le tapis, les draps sont tellement usés qu'on peut voir à travers, pas de séchoir à cheveux, ni produits de toilette. Déjeuner absurde, toast pain blanc, beurre d'arachide et confiture de framboises au pot, jus et lait pour céréales au chaud sur le comptoir et pour rehausser le tout pommes pourries et j'en oublie.
