Over priced. The pictures weren't even close to our experience. Room service was bad cafeteria food and the employees were rude.

The hotel was right off the interstate which made it very convenient for driving around town. The hallways were a little narrow and their walls were kind of dirty at knee-level, like luggage had been knocked up against them for years. The room was smaller than expected after seeing pictures of the place, but it was pretty comfortable. The bathroom had […] this crazy shower that was the source of a lot of entertainment, although there was no tub. Didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but they both looked very private, although the pool seemed pretty small for a hotel that size. The maid service was excellent! They even wrapped up the cord around my hair dryer. The people at the front desk were very polite and friendly and also very helpful. Would stay again. Devamı

VERY PLEASANT PERSONEL THAT CHECKED US IN & OUT CHAR SHE WAS SO SWEET & so very helpful when I called in & she answered in a very professional & very special way that if we were to go back to Baton Rouge we would stay there again. Thanks to Char. respectfully Bea & Harold Dober

During my recent , the two major concern were that on arrival I had confirmation for 2 rooms, double beds but was given 2 rooms with single beds ( not good for 4 guys at a bowling turnament to be in the same bed ). The second issue was that I had confimation for a late check out of 7:00 pm due to the later bowling time that was not honored. Hotel.com […] confirmed 7:00 checkout , the hotel would not! Devamı

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The in-wall air conditoner sounded like a jet plane was flying too low every time it turned on. The mattress had absolutely no support whatsoever and I could hear the springs every time I went into the bed. Room was comfortable and clean. Decorations a little tacky (not that that's important).

Great interior design, super comfortable bed, amazing shower, great customer service.

I was in Baton Rouge for weekend Dance Conference this was the host hotel. The whole event was first class. The hotel breakfast was part of the package and this was full service breakfast. Hardwood floors in the room which were great for my allergies. Great stay.

The beds were fluffy and clean- Nice bathroom, small/older TV-but it works This is a really good location, right off the highway, close to LSU- nothing takes more than 20min to get to

All good except they denied me a late check out then charged me for one.

Don't expect a flat screen tv as advertised. Front desk service was mediocre at best.

It would be too time consuming to relate all the problems with The Radisson in Baton Rouge, LA. So I will relate just a few. Take my word for it on the others. ** The filthy carpeting . Ground in dirt that had destroyed the nap and had turned the gold carpeting brown. ** Beat-up molding and basebords. ** The messed-up reservation. We got two full beds […] although we'd made a reservation for a king. ** Speaking of beds . . . the springs in both beds rattled like a bird in a cage. ** The food was priced like a luxury hotel -- but tasted like a greasy spoon, which probably explains why there were only two diners besides ourselves eating. It was obvious that all the food had been frozen. ** No tub and a shower and a peculiar, outdated shower that was almost impossible to operate. ** Dreadful decor -- you would have to see to believe. ** In short, this is the most disappointing hotel experience we have ever had.eir ** To their credit, when we complained, they immediately offered to erase the charges. Will definately not stay in this hotel again. There is absolutely no sound insulation between the rooms and the hallway. The hallway foot traffic sounded more like it was at the foot of our bed all night. We didn't sleep at all. If you are looking for a place to get a good night's sleep, this is not it!

the staff was great and made up for the lack of amenities. apparently remodeling has been done and perhaps not the best shower drainage system was chosen. each time i showered i had to stand in standing water. maintenance tried to come unclog it once, it seemed to fix the problem. but apparently the power of the actual shower head is much stronger than […] the hand-held attachment and i was not able to use it. Great location for travelers passing through Baton Rouge. The decor is frightful - loud and garish. Our room had a Comfort Select bed just like the one at home, but this one was noisy. The bathroom was top notch - one of the better ones I have seen. Even the exhaust fan was quiet. The decor of the room hurt our eyes. We had dinner and breakfast at the […] hotel. Overall apperance was good. Carpets as you exit the elevators to the rooms were very worn and dirty looking. Room was clean and neat. NO information about surrounding area available. Shower stall wall jets were broken. Internet access was good. Noise level being next to freeway was loud.

Stay here if the sound of I-10 right outside your window puts you to sleep, if you love fake hardwood floors that are scuffed and have spill stains on them, if the floors and doors don't keep out the sounds of people coming in down the hall at 2:30am, if you don't mind the stained slippers provided for 1 person, if you love sharing the special sleep […] number bed with your spouse AND your 16 year-old daughter, if slow drains and mildew around the shower are your thing and if you don't mind a barely apologetic front desk staff when you can't get the room you had reserved and expected. All they could say was you shouldn't have used a 3rd party to reserve your room. They did fix the shower drain though, but not the sink. Devamı

For starters, the exterior of the hotel is gaudy and the freeway noise makes it impossible to communicate outdoors. The lobby is not bad and the bar is rather pleasant. However the carpeting as you exit the elevator (2nd floor) is disgustingly filthy. The room itself has hardwood floors. The decor of the room is someone's bad idea of kitschy. The room […] is small and dark. The bathroom lacks adequate light. The bed had to be 50 years old - the squeekiest springs IVew encountered anywhere. Would never stay at this hotel again. Devamı

We had a sleep by number bed, which was nice. We had to keep in eye on the toilet level, or the toilet was constantly run. Also, the toilet water must be hot, because if the toilet ran and the seat was down, condensation would gather on the inner of the lid and the seat. I think the company may have spent a little too much money on decorative paintings […] throughout the hotel and not enough on hiring a knowledgable plumber. Hotel staff were friendly, but rarely available. Both my shower and thermostat were broken.

Hotel was great! Good location & Friendly Staff!! Shower had to be recleaned but other than that it was a good first time experience!

All of the staff there was very helpful and friendly...don't know if it is the South or what, but we have stayed in hotels all over west coast and never came across as helpful and friendly staff. The room needs help though, needs some repair work in the bathroom. And our room keys kept getting wiped out, a bit of a pain. Close to LSU and restaurant […] s. Devamı

Room was small but bed was great. Could use more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Wasted wall space. Noisy guests in the hall and we could hear their conversation as if they were in our room. Otherwise, great hotel.

Just excellent Hotel; excellent location; good service; excellent rooms. Next time I have to visit Baton Rouge- for sure I will stay at Radisson Acadian Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the raddisson. I went to BR for a wedding this weekend and really had no expectations for the hotel, but when I entered my room, I was very pleasently surprised. The room was very modern with marble counter tops in the bathroom and the bed was also plush and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the coolest thing ever! It had […] a huge shower head on top, a removeable hand-held shower head on the side, and in the middle there were about eight little spouts and when you turned them on, water shot out of all of them. It was very nice. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about my stay here. I highly recommend it! Devamı

I was staying a week for a workshop. All I needed was a comfortable room. This hotel provided that.

Very noise, one of the queen bed was in very bad sharp and every time you turned loud noise came from spring box.

The outer facade of the Radisson is a little...kitchy, but when you walk in...Gorgeous! The staff was so friendly and helpful - don't you just appreciate that so much? I definitely do! We had a double room and let me just say Wow. Its the little things right? Well they now have wood laminate flooring, princess beds, crisp white feather duvets and pillows, […] and a fabulous shower with multiple shower heads. I will absolutely make the Radisson my hotel of choice when visiting Baton Rouge. It is centrally located for any business, convention, or shopping you need to do. Devamı

We were comfortable. The hotel was near the family reunion locations. (Church, family home, etc) The room was clean upon arrivial. However on the second day we had to find towels. On the third day our room was not cleaned at all. Management was made aware of the problem and responded quickly. We will use this hotel again in the future.

While the room itself was satisfactory, the staff was extremely accommodating. The dining experience, however, was not good. The dinner menu was extremely limited and the quality of the main dish was disappointing. The breakfast was only available as a buffet and was not as warm as it could have been. This was our first stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room we were blown away by the look. We really enjoy our stay and plan on staying here in the future
