Staff and management not very good with the public. Do not listen.

The Hotel accidentally over charged me. They found that mistake. Refunded the money / credited my account promptly. Thank God for Honest people. Grateful Guest Debra from California

Sad 'Lil place near Rt 80, Hookerz , gangs, "Gents clubs" surrounding the are . The staff can only do so much. DON'T bring the family!! yet the room was kept clean , then only thing i liked about the hotel. summary: RUN AWAY! to another town FAR away!

It was very pleasant for the most part. I'd say the only con was that I could hear the people above me walking around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The power went out at about 6am but the staff did everything they could and even gave me half my money back for the room. I would definitely stay again.

We picked this hotel strictly due to it's location off the highway. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The surrounding area was so-so. In one direction, there were restaurants and shopping and in the other direction, I wouldn't drive there after dark...

The quality of this hotel is way above what you'd expect at this price point. The lobby and eating area is open and inviting. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and every time they see us they treat us like old friends. The breakfast is better than most restaurants and served very quickly. The room […] is spacious and very clean. Every room we have stayed in in this hotel has been consistently good. And if we had an issue, like with the TV remote, or hairdryer, they were fast to fix or replace the item. We've even left something in our room and they were on top of it. The beds are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are updated and always clean. It's very hard to beat the quality of their rooms and the friendliness of their staff. Devamı

VERY NICE FRONT STAFF. HOUSE KEEPING PERSON NASTY TO FRONT STAFF. SHE NEEDS TO BE CANNED. ROOMS WERE QUIET.

We were very happy with our room and the hotel in general. Very clean and well kept. One of us was very uncomfortable in the bed, though, which was very firm. The mattress seemed to be of good quality, just too firm for comfort for one of us. This might prevent us from staying at this location again.

I was so surprised. The AC was quiet, easy to adjust for sleeping and type of bedding provided. Sound proofing was great, no road noise if you keep the windows closed, otherwise. Bathroom was perfect. Wish other hotels used the bathroom nightlight idea. Didn't disturb sleep but ended stumbling if up during the night. And don't forget the lobby. Large […] with nooks for guests and the best breakfast anywhere. Beautiful decor. The chef was the best and the service quick. I have never been to a better hotel. Devamı
