This hotel is in a perfect location and comes at a budget price. Close to Beale Street approx 5 minutes walk away but far enough away to avoid the nightly noise. The trolley car runs from outside of the hotel. The staff were easy going but also very helpful. The standard of the breakfast was high. If we visit Memphis again I would choose this hotel […] again. I cannot fault the service. Car parking was chargeable but easy to self park and not overpriced. The rooms are smaller than typical USA rooms but although they are smaller and compact they are very clean and comfortable. We have a wonderful stay and slept soundly. Comfortable hotel in a good location. Hotel met all our requests incl. a quiet room even though the trolley bus passes outside it did not disturb us. Would stay there again

Great staff, perfect location near the river, Beale Street, NCR Museum, Gus', Peobody ducks and a trolley stop. We lucked out!

Friendly service! Very convenient location. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast personnel had difficulty keeping up with the demand of the morning crowd.

Convenient location, close enough to the Cook Convention center and to Beale street to walk, although the Trolley runs dirctly behind the hotel. The room was very modern, and clean. Very comfortable. The staff was competent and helpful. Only complaint is that parking is extra, although it is on the property, but it's the same elsewhere. I'll definitely […] stay here again. Devamı

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was easily , staff friendly, great room and a good breakfast.

I stayed here for 1 night, while exploring Memphis for the day. It is in a great location along Main St with a parking lot right outside of the hotel. I was there by myself....and downtown Memphis seems pretty sketchy. I walked along Main St find in daylight to get to Beale, but at night I felt like I shouldn't...even though I live in Chicago and know […] cities. But the great thing is there's a trolley that has a stop right outside of the hotel's back door facing Main St, so I rode that back for $1 :) The hotel itself is very up to date, felt very clean, great included breakfast...although the eggs were a bit funky. Maybe they were fake eggs....they were different. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I return to Memphis. Devamı

We will stay here when in Memphis. Excellent location, good breakfast, good resturants near by. Next time we will get queen beds, the doubles were to small.

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed staying downtown and walking to dinner and our concert. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They DO need to buy a new waffle maker. That one was sticking very badly but breakfast had a nice assortment of things to offer for breakfast.

Stay was very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and nice (a little small maybe), but very clean and modern. Area was good and very close to trolleys and Beale St.

Access to the Trolley, gave us access to the city and some great sites. A great place to stay if you are in for downtown action. Beale Street is "AWESOME". We love the "Blues" Ky Resident

The staff was friendly however, on check in the clerk was a little cold in his greeting of us. The room was very compact but it was OK considering the cost, also the bed was not very comfortable. It's location was excellent in that it was close to Beale St, but not to close. our stay was great, really enjoyed it. had trouble with air conditioner. but they took care of it quickly. the maintenance man , was very polite and knew what he was doing. i will be coming back

Hotel is very clean, and everything is new and fresh. Small room, but perfect for a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is terrific - the trolley right outside our door at a park setting, the tram to Mud Island just down the block within walking distance, and Beale street an easy jaunt away. The staff were superb and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We truly felt looked after! Great hotel. Would recommend it and stay there […] again. Devamı

Good price a few blocks from Beale St. Good facilities at the hotel w/ok breakfast(free). Safe parking w/24 hr security ($12.00 surcharge). Easy access from I-40.

Nice place on trolley line. Staff friendly and helpful. Odd bathroom layout. Had to cross floor to get a towel-no place to hang it near the shower. Didnt like having sink out side bathroom in the bedroom. Commode and shower were behing sliding door which was awkward to use. Vending machine on my floor ate my dollar bill. I was amazed how such a small hotel could pack in so many amenities. The lobby was clean, cozy, and modern. The breakfast area was sunny with a friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff were courteous and willing to go that extra mile to please. The location was convenient to everything downtown yet still quaint and quiet. The hotel was hard to find. Parking was okay. It was walking distance from Beale Street! The trolley stopped right in front of the hotel. The employees were friendly. The only negative was that we needed toilet paper late one night and there was not an employee available to bring it to us. I had to get dressed and go get it.

This motel is recommended in many travel guidebooks and for a very good reason: clean, quiet yet very central and close to the main attractions. Easy to get to, the car park in the centre of the city is a plus. Perfect for a couple of days in Memphis.

Hotel was nice and close to everything. The room was small but very clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The price was ok since it was in the middle of downtown. It was nice being within walking distance to Beale St, or taking the trolley down Main St.

Stayed here for 3 nites Room was good,Trolley at the door,easy 15 min walk to Beale st Staff were helpful, only issue was please put a sign out the front ,drove up and down 10 times trying to find hotel, as it is set back

The hospitality of the staff is great. Valet parking is the same as self-parking so go valet. The complimentary breakfast hits the spot. One can get anywhere in downtown as the trolley cars run by the hotel - no worries as they make little noise and aren't heard inside the hotel. So many attractions are close: Beale Street, great restaurants, FedEx […] Forum, Memphis Redbirds AAA baseball. For great BBQ, ask the locals. Devamı

Nice hotel at a good location downtown. Trolley stops at hotel door and easy way to get to Beale st. Room small but very comfortable. Breakfast was basic. Had to pay to park $12/day.

Hotel was well maintained and tastefully decorated. Our room (one double) was a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This hotel is for the busy tourist or business person. It is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is adequate and well stocked. It is a very nice hotel and the price is right. I actually was surprised it was so nice considering it is one of the more affordable hotels downtown. I stayed for 4 nights, and everything was fantastic except the internet. The hotel had recently hired a company to provide their wireless internet, and the signal was very weak to non-existent in my room. The internet did not work in my room almost the entire time I was there, and I was very displeased that nothing could be done to fix the problem. […] The hotel employees didn't know what to do and the provider of the internet service did not answer the phone. This hotel would have gotten a 4 or 5 for overall rating from me, but the internet was really inconvenient, and so they get a 3. They need to get a new company to manage their wireless. Devamı

The hotel and rooms were clean and simple. It was within walking distance to Beale Street and other surrounding activities. The room was a little smaller, but overall it was perfect for just one night.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, I have been to over 200 hotels and this was the best ever. Will stay again very soon!!!

We checked in early evening so our rooms were ready without hassle. Evening staff covered the basics but day staff were wonderful: helpful and very friendly. Hotel rooms were a little on the smaller side but really lovely and clean. Vanity area outside of the actual shower/toilet which I found to be a bonus, easier to get ready when there is more than […] 1 of you! While the breakfast was nothing to write home about, everything else was excellent.

Staff was great and location was perfect. Only the internet connection was a bit iffy.

parking costs $12. not extreme, but was not aware ahead of time. everything else was great.

We really enjoed our stay at Sleep Inn. We found it very conveient and everyone was very helpful. We were pulling a covered trailer with our motorcycle and the parking attendent was very helpful getting us situated. we will definatly stay there again and we already refered our friends there. Thanks

In getting a hotel in memphis i was worried but when i entred the lobby of this hotel i was relieved. court square was clean and stylishly furnished for its size.As well was the room being comfortable, clean and had everything you might of forgot including a safe for my valuables. The continental breakfast impressively restocked as needed to accomodate […] customers. Beautiful parks and areas surrounding the hotel were a pleasant and clean. We could walk to beale and other sites with little effort but for the ease of travelling the trolley is right at the door. I know i am looking forward to returning and will use this hotel again Devamı
