I thought that charging for wi-fi was a bit too much, plus the price of breakfast. Service staff was pleasant and helpful.

The stay was very good. However, our three-days stay was purchased as a fixed offer but the hotel succeded to increase the final bill to the fixed offer multiplied by two via e.g. Internet access 20 €/day and breakfast 32 €/person/day. I prefer knowing the approximate final bill on beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was a great location. The facilities the gym and the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were excellent. However the prices of the hotel food were very expensive. But the area that the hotel is situated in has sufficient cafes and restaurants to overcome this problem.

I stayed in the Westin Grand for 2 nights during our stay in Berlin. This was a top hotel. The Hotels.com rate didn't include the breakfast which was available on the hotel's website at a higher rate. Be aware that if you take the breakfast, it's a 32 Euro charge per person per day. Ouch. This is a great hotel right in the heart of the Friedrichstrasse commercial area. All major sights are in walking distance. Can't wait to go back.

Hotel is most centrally located with Very friendy & effecient stafff. We got this hotel at a bargain rate on a non refundable price. . I would say that this hotel is an expensive hotel geared towards business & that budget travellers are likely to enjoy the room but will not be eating or drinking there.

Great location near the S-Bahn and alot of the historical sites, Brandenburg Gate area.

beautiful hotel with a great location. It was within walking distance to many major attractions as well as the subway. The staff was pleasant and helpful. As is with most hotels, the restaurants are way overpriced and internet access is not cheap.

we enjoyed very much the hotel quality and its location. the bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. the only annoying thing is the extremely high charge of the Wi-Fi service (19 Euros per day). for such a basic and commodity service is a robbery. Beside of that the hotel is really great.

We spent four nights at this hotel and were completely satisfied. Its location was ideal for our sightseeing. We had breakfast in the hotel and in local cafes and were indeed satisfied. Would suggest a la carte breakfast as buffet is costly. We ate a late evening snack on our first night at the hotel and the food was excellent. The main difference , was the Smile of the employee and the way they serve you. Julia 's smile - at the reception desh- was simply WoW, and she made our stay a wonderful experience. Excellent hotel ideal location but the concierge was very poor. Wasn't able to tell us the basics of what was going on in Berlin and was very little help in booking anything.

The location is perfect, food is great, and service is wonderful. Hotel is beautiful! But the beds... are so soft feels like you are sleeping in a bowl of Jell-o. No support. So if you have a long stay, I wouldn't recommend simply because of the discomfort. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect location for a few days in the city. All you would expect from a Westin, and matched with high quality service standards.

In general the staff was not very helpful or pleasant, we never felt welcomed. Additionally, they do not offer free internet and the pricing for a service that is free almost everywhere else is unreasonable. The only saving grace is that the location is great.

superb hotel, great location. nearby "U" and "S" train, right next to Quartier 207-205, walking distance to Unter den Linten, Museum Island, etc. Very professional staff.

The location and service was great. It had all of the amenities that you would want for a larger hotel. We had a garden view room which I belive was classified as a quite room. The room was very comfortable and the garden view very nice. The staff spoke english which was wonderful for a non-German speaking tourist.

A top quality hotel in the center of the action in Berlin. Very nice experience in all respects, if you can get by the 30 Euro breakfast buffet and the requirement to pay for computer use in the business center.

Had a great two night stay at this hotel. Very good value for the dollar. Skipped the hotel restaurants in favor of local cafes and found that to be a better value. Staff was very attentive and the room / mattress was very comfortable. Great sound insulation and air conditioning.

We would stay there again. Excellent location in a high end neighborhood. Walking distance to top sights. Concierge very helpful and all employees very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and the hotel was fantastic in terms of location, friendly staff, service, cleanliness etc. A few small things that would have improved our stay even more - water in the rooms should be complimentary (7.90 euros!), tea & coffee making facilites should be provided (12 euros to have a pot of coffee delivered to the room!) and 8 euros […] to use the sauna?! a little cheeky. The Westin Grand hotel is located in the heart of Berlin. If you have some money that iches in your wallet or you just want to spend some, the hotel is located on the crossing for Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden. Friedrichstrasse is the most expensive shopping street in Berlin with brands like Rolex, Louis Vitton, Gucci, but you can actually also […] find brands like H&M etc. Unter den Linden is the "parade" street in Berlin where you have the alexander monument in one end and the Brandenburger tor almost at the other end. You also have attractions like Maddam Tussou which you must see if you never visited it before. The statue of Hitler and Bismarck are just astonishing! The hotel itselfe is welcoming you by a huge opening in the center of the lobby where they also shot some scenes in the Bourne Ultimatum movie, you might recognize it. The pool / spa area is included in the room rate and includes a jacuzzi and a pool, with a bar located near. Very nice and not too croudy. Devamı

Close to or easy access to everything in Berlin, has all the facilities you may ever need but you pay for it. This is the place to stay at to spoil yourself and your loved ones.

This is very well located between Brandemburg tor and checkpoint Charlie , close to subway

My husband and I planned this long weekend in Berlin to finish off a business trip in Frankfurt. We chose the Westin because it seemed to be a close walk from the train station and also because it seemed a safe bet considering we had booked the Westin in Frankfurt. We were able to walk out our door and walk to any kind of shopping, dining, tourist sights, museums, opera houses, cabarets, historic sights, etc available in the city. Berlin is a beautiful, historic city, and staying at the Westin made it more enjoyable because of the location. If there were any negatives, the room was a bit warm, but the windows open. We live in the city, so the outside noise with the open windows didn't bother us. Also, the breakfast is good, it's served until 11:00, but it's expensive. But overall, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the towels were generous. As always, it's always a treat to get that wonderful European water pressure in the shower with those awesome hand held shower heads! Stay at the Westin if you want the best location for everything you would ever want to see in Berlin! Devamı
