hardest bed i ever tried to sleep on couldnt sleep @ all stayed two nights they didnt even make the beds put us in 1st room with no telephone no remote lamp didnt work

I only needed a place to sleep with a very late arrival and an early departure, but everything I needed was provided. It was very comfortable.

This hotel needs a lot of updating. It may have been clean, but it didn't make up for the worn out condition.

Hotel clerk couldn't check me in because of Hotel.com's use of another credit card. Then once resolve the same hotel clerk couldn't provide extra towels for the additional people staying in the room, which we paid an additional fee. The breakfast in the morning didn't have any milk for cereals. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Good place to live. Stayed for four nights and was impressed to used the fitness center and also use fitworks near mall for free.

the hotel was very nice, although the room had a few things of doggie kibble on the floor. the attendants were nice and for the most part it was clean.

GOOD RATE PER NIGHT COFFEE MAKER BROKEN CARPETS NOT CLEAN IN ROOM, HALLS & STAIRS

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but a good close inspection of the "nooks and crannies" of the room; especially the bathroom area raised questions as to exactly how thoroughly the bathrooms have been cleaned.

The hotel was pleasant enough. Not deluxe but comfortable. Free wifi was a big plus for me. That worked well. Breakfast was sort of standard free breakfast. What I will remember though is the difficulty finding the hotel. The big sign on the Interstate was turned off and the turn-off to the hotel was not easy to spot or to deduce from the Hotels.com […] map. I drove back and forth for quite a while. So I would advise getting step-by-step directions from Google or some similar service if your car is not so equipped. But easy drive to CVG airport once you know the way. Devamı

The room was clean and the staff was very curtious, however we were only able to view 3 TV stations. The hotel had cable but apparently had most of the stations available blocked in our room. The clerk on duty was unable to correct the problem.

The hotel was clean. Our room looked nothing like the pictures though. It was pretty outdated.

The hotel was hot; the lobby, hallways and the room. Not sure if the A/C just wasn't working properly or what ... just not comfortable. They did not have adequate staff at check-in or check-out; had to wait excessively both times. They were friendly, just a long wait. It was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It looked like it had not been dusted in forever and there were stains on the pillow cases. The nastiest thing was that there were 2 old bars of soap left in the shower!!! I asked then to clean the room again, but they still failed to remove the old soap I had told them about. Absolutely horrible! […] The hallway stunk of smoke, even though it was non- smoking. Overall, a horrible experience!!! Devamı
