I enjoyed my stay. There isnt a restraunt in the hotel, but they do have a breakfast which was convienient (but expensive). Hotel staff was great, and the room was clean and had all of the basics, minus a fridge (which the brought me later after requesting). I would stay here again.

it was a pleasure always stay at this hotel even though there are other choices in the area. a van to take you to the mall the staff is very friendly and well informative

Room is clean, service is very good, staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

shuttle driver was extremely rude (one time he "barked" at me because I tried to open the car door too soon after he stopped the car); reception desk people not the friendliest; room had strong smell from the cleaner that they use. When I was checking in they did not mention breakfast options. Elevators are dirty; I was taking an elevator, and one of […] the cleaning ladies tried to push her cart inside, I jumped because she almost slammed it into me, did not apologize, nothing; the rudest staff. We stayed for 4 nights while we visited DC. A perfect place to stay if you don't want to drive in DC. 10 minutes from the Shady Grove Metro Station with a 40 minute train ride. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable with nice beds and lots of pillows. An indoor pool would have made the stay completely perfect. Very Good!

I can't express enough on how helpful and freindly the staff were to us during our 3 night stay. Rooms are very clean and with the extra pillows, I sleep like a baby. The Breakfest was well cooked and with great services, my meetings took place at College Park ( which is about 33 miles) away however it was worth the drive and I will have no problem […] staying at Wyandham again. This hotel was in a convenient location. We stayed for the Christmas weekend since we were visiting family for the holidays. I was impressed with our hotel.

Everything in the hotel is ok, but: you will need a car, it is not easy to find, around is "nothing"; breakfast surcharge clean, nice, WLAN, big bed and TV, cheap, near interstate, quiet, free parking lot, friendly, ... overall: very good offer

This hotel is not in good shape, hot tub and sauna are boken...

We were able to see my husband before he left for Afghanistan over Thanksgiving weekend. We met in DC because of the location to his base. We found the rooms on Hotel.com much cheaper than other places. When booking the room I called and spoke to someone because we needed ajoining for our teenaged sons. When we went to check in the rooms ad been booked […] on two different floors. Exactly the thing we were trying to avoid when we called and booked the rooms. They fixed the rooms and gave us what we wanted but we were responsible for moving furniture to be able to open the door between the two rooms. The room was clean enough, however, it could have used so TLC. The bathroom had cleary just been wiped down. The smudge prints were everywhere, but I'm not picky so it doesnt bother me. It would bother some. My biggest complaint is from our thrid afternoon there. We had spent most of the morning and afternoon in DC and we were beat from walking so much. We were resting in our room before dinner and suddenly a stranger walked into our room. It was another guest. The person was elderly and with his wife who yelled at us for being in the room. My husband told her that this was our room and she said it was hers 518. He said that is was 418 and she had the wrong room. She then apoligized and said to the hotel worker who had let them in the room that must be why there card did not work. The hotel worker did not check to make sure that it was the right room and just let them in. My concern is that if we were not there and they were not honest people, what if all of our stuff was stolen. Over all the place was ok. If you are looking for a cheap place near DC this was fine. The price was right, the neighborhood was nice and conveniently located off the main road. if gym, spa, pool is important to you then i wouldn't recommend this hotel because their equipment is limited and subpar. This is a nice, comfy hotel. The decor is a little tired and could use a facelift, but it was clean, the bed was really comfy, the shower had pressure and plenty of Hot H20, the hotel was quiet, close to shopping and a few restaurants. This was an excellent value for a king non-smoking, far less than other similar properties in this area. This hotel was absolutely awful and we will never stay there again. We would advise everyone to avoid it like the plague. We rented two rooms for a 3-day stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Our first hint of trouble was the carpet in the lobby which is completely worn with shredded pieces hanging off the edges. Our towels looked like rags […] which should have been thrown out years ago. They were literally dingy gray and completely shredded on all sides of every single towel, with enormous holes and tears. Just unbelievable. We were shocked. Too disgusting to even touch them. In spite of our complaints, every day of our 3-day stay we had to insist that they bring us decent white towels to replace the awful ones they kept placing in our room. Our sheet had holes right in the middle requiring us to insist on replacements. The grout on the bathroom floor was dirty in most places and the shower grout had black spots. Our outer shower curtain had brown smudges which looked like chocolate all over it so we had to request a replacement for that as well. We could not believe that this was actually a Wyndham hotel - what a disgrace to the name and reputation. This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I stayed here 3 nights on a business trip, and the hotel was clean and quite adequate. I didn't use the fitness area or have breakfast so can't comment about those. No hassles or troubles.

Close to a great shopping mall, nice and clean. Easy access. Bare minimum for TV Channel selection and Breakfast (not incl in room rate).

Last minute overnight stay. Nice hotel. Staff were friendly. Room was clean for the most part. Some mold on the tile in tub and dried soap on the soap holder. No issues with noise. Overall, good. Would stay here again.

We appreciated the hotel stay. We believe we received great value. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Room and facilities were excellent. We had several rooms rented out for a wedding, and were very frustrated when we were told that the bar and restaurant were closing at 10:30 on a Saturday night for a private party, and there was nowhere for the guests to meet/socialize after that time. No bar was available to us. No meeting rooms, etc. Management […] didn't seem to care that all hotel guests were cut out for this private party. If they can only handle one event per night, then it should be publicized. Instead, our wedding party had the choice of gathering in our rooms with no drinks, or going elsewhere. Devamı

Not impressed with this hotel AT all. The housekeeping staff consistently did odd things- not restocking clean towels in bathroom after removing all the dirty ones from the floor. After my having requested to have our sheets changed on our beds, in a rush, decided to put wet sheets- LITERALLY- WET (not damp), but WET sheets on both beds. Guess she didnt […] feel like waiting for the sheets to dry or walking all the way down to the corrider where the clean ones were kept. So after I report this to the front desk, they send up the same maid with another one, who the entire time speak in spanish with what seemed like an attitude that they were having to change the wet sheets. the breakfast should absolutely be free. same breakfast you would find at any other continental /free buffet, only you have to pay about 10 dollars for it here. front desk is nice enough... minus one character who acted bored and aggravated that you are even asking him something. would definitely not stay here again! Hotel has some maintenance & service issues: The lock on our room door was balky (you had to pull the door tightly closed, insert the key card then turn knob to open.- in that order), Peeling sheetrock & rusting ceiling in hot tub area, peeling sheetrock near window in our room, struggle to get towels in pool area (called desk for towels and they brought […] 4 when the pool had 20 people in it (sign in rooms said pool towels in pool area and not to use room towels), trashcans outside front lobby door overflowing for several days. Poorly staffed front desk. Lobby and hallways aged. No AC in floor hallway therefore very hot in mid July. Disappointing for hotel brand.

The place was in terrible shape. The people at the front desk were rude and the air cond. Did not in half the hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

My vehicle was intentionally scratched down the entire length of the driver's side while parked off in a corner of the parking lot away from foot traffic. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Laundry and pool was not easily accessible. Breakfast was $9.95 for your standard free continental breakfast you would typically receive anywhere else. Otherwise the Motel was great.

The room was modest, clean, and maintained sufficiently. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk were pleasant. The hotel appears old and not updated. The carpet in the public areas was frayed the elevator needed paint. We would go back again if we found a good deal again on hotel.com.
