Decent hotel in North Shore of Miami Beach. Don't take the cheapest room, otherwise the place is relatively ok. Internet (wifi) is working from time to time. The hotel has no parking, but is located just beside the public parking (8 dollars / 8 hours).

Hotel is on north beach and 4 miles from south beach where you want to be. The hotel looks ok from the outside. Inside the carpets decor and cleanliness were very bad. Stains on the carpets. Obnoxious smells. Our room was very bad and we raised this with reception staff. We were moved to a room that had new carpet on the 5th floor and rececently re […] painted. This made the stay bearable. Parking was a nightmare with only public parking on meters. You had to pay for 10 hours a day but could only pay for 8 hours at one time. We got caught out when we went on a tour and couldn't and it was late getting back. One plus for this hotel. The best of this hotel is the location that gives you a magnificent oceanview . The second best is the hotel service. If you are planning to go there ask for Liza, definitely her kindness and life experience in Miami makes a difference in your stay.The bad? When we arrived the hotel had not received as yet notification from hotels.com. The front desk person, Lisa, was very patient and connected us to hotels.com and the issue was rectified right away. The room was clean, breakfast was good, the beach was beautiful. Quiet area.

Nasty hotel inside and you have to park your vehicle in a public park where a bunch of thugs and homeless people hangout. Very scary environment. Wouldnt stay there again ever!

Ok for the price. Older hotel that needs remodeling. Great location. Restaurant was nice and food was good.

Room was small, but we really only went there to sleep, so it was ok. Free city parking, but you have to pay $1/hr from 8am-6pm, so consider that. Wi-Fi slow. For the price, it was ok.

Never use this hotel.That was my biggest misstate to spent 3 night in this hotel.Elevator was not working 16 hours.,WI-fi not working 48 hr(but they charging $ 8.95)Microwave not work,tv channel was basic and quality picture like in 80S .I try contact manager many times and he never was in work!!!!! and I left my Phone # he never coll me back!!

In this case you get what you pay for...It's time for renovation . The stay is cheap you pay extra for fridge. Microwave owen . .Carpets are the dirtiest I've ever seen ....no breakfast included ..notable ...but it's still worth ...2 stars

The DAYs Inn should take note that it is not fair that the picture which they show on the net of the hote is not the same which you see when you arrive they should shoe the hotel of its entirerly, This is so miss leading from the back where the pool is located to the elevator which can use new carpet , to the carpet in the rooms which need to also come […] up ,amd the mattresses,which I could see blood and other things, which I could,not tell what it was ,other than these few things my stay was pleasent thank you, Devamı

This hotel is not worth the price. It is really far from south beach, so it should be cheaper. The neighbourhood is very quiet, so there is not much to do and it does not seem that safe at night. The hotel is really old and has not been renovated in a very long time. This hotel is located just 30 feet away from the beach and one block away from Collins Avenue. In spite of that, it is located on a rather quiet street. The building itself is fine, bland but neat. It was an affordable hotel on the beach. Rooms were clean and it was close to many places to eat and shop.

Definitely an older property. The room was tiny but the sheets and towels were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location.

What a dump! It looked like something in a third world country. They charged us an extra $10 for a safe that we didn't need and refused to let us check in if we didn't. Never encourage people to go there.

I first booked my reservation and then read the reviews. After reading the review I thought I made a mistake booking at this hotel. However when I arrived I was very surprised. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The building/room was very clean. The location I thought was great. The building is older but is kept up nicely. Most of the problem […] is in the restaurant/bar attatched to the hotel. Very rude, understaffed horrible service. My waitress gave me a menu, didn't ask if I wanted anything to drink and I never saw her again. 20 min later I left. The next morning this time a sat inside at the bar hoping for better service. Again gave me a menu, never asked if I wanted somthing to drink, went into the kitchen for close to 10 min, I leave again as I'm leaving I can see her in the back doing paperwork. Horrible service. What a terrible hotel, very bad conditions, smelly, dirty room and very unfriendly staff. I will never go back to this hotel ever... Incredible price for the service offerred

The room is clean but has a little bad smell. I can see the beautiful beach through the window and the parking fee is very cheap.

All that was missing from this hotel was a chalk outline of a body on our carpet. It smelled like dirty jockstraps and the stains made us afraid to touch the carpet. The beds were all springs - no comfort and all furniture seemed to be picked up fromt the dump. There were cockroaches and feral cats wandering the property and the hotels next to us were […] boarded up and abandoned. Totally disgusting and the smell from the bathtubs in both rooms would gag a maggot!! My teenage son was afraid to sleep he said that this was where people come to die in horror movies. You pay for the location, that't all. Very very old hotel, smell bad and the beds were horrible. No parking.

This was such a bad place I can't believe the days inn was that bad there was gooey paint in the soap dishes the shower was full of mold never mind the shower curtain that was so slimy yoy could see the layer of slim I asked to change rooms and they said they were booked so they did upgrade us to a balcony room but not much better the door to the balcony […] was moldyand soft like water soaked it and it is rotten just a terrible stay !!!! the hotel is lcoated at north miami beach, hence outside of the party area, but directly at the wonderful beach. the neighborhood is a little akward, actually it looked liek the worst place on miami beach! the hotel itself is very old, and not very comfortable. the staff was not friendly, and another hassle was the parking. there is only public parking […] nearby, which meant to feed a parking meter at 8 o'clock in the morning! next time i will spend more money and get a nice hotel! The receptionests were nice. the entrance door is barely working and the entrance was ok. the only elevator is very dirty and old. the room was dirty, full of roaches, smelled cigarettes even though is non smoking and the carpet is very dirty. the toilet was very old and dirty. this hotel should be demolished and new one should be rebuilt instead.

The staff of this hotel, namely Michael make the place. He could not have been more accomodating. It seems like Days Inn should make some investment in the facility like new carpeting and upgraded to the elevator, some coffee-makers in the room would be nice. The new restaurant on the first floor, Maracas, is a great place to grab a mojito and some […] appetizers since it's beachfront and Valentino's down the street is an authentic Italian restaurant and the block's best kept secret. Hi, we stayed 1 night before flying back home. When we first arrived we were lucky to find a parking space just outside the hotel (pay to park) We tried to pay with dollar bills, but were told by another frustrated person, that the machines only would take quarters or american creditcards. Went to reception to get quarters, but they didnt have any. […] They told my husband to go round the corner to a shop to get some, so my husband did, they didnt have any as they had already given loads out to people parking. At the end my husband and I left a note in the car, went to the room, sorted children out, and went back downstairs in the car to sit there until 6pm( free from 6pm-8am) May I just add it was pouring down with rain...I do think the hotel should make sure they have enough money to help their costumers out, Bad customer service. The hotel it self was ok, you get what you pay for, however we didnt like the area, and as we after all these parking issues didnt want to take our car, we had to walk to get dinner, again in the pouring down with rain. I found that scary, lots of strange people around- and a lot of them dont speak english ( neither did some of the staff at the hotel) Next time in Miami I would stay in a hotel where parking is included and in a better area :) Devamı

The Hotel is comformtable, the employees are kind, the location is good, quite atomosphere and the beach is just in front of it.- Beach towells are also provided by the hotel.- I was satisfied according to the fare I payed.-

Hotel is not on beach but one street over. Pool sucks! Ocean view is mostly of palm trees (not worth the extra money). Charged me a resort fee in addition to hotels.com rates.

Fantastic location right at at beach, easy going, 9 dollar for fidge and microwave was a little to much, but room rates were low. Go there before its being rebuild by a high end hotel with rates you don't like to pay !

Affordable price , very close to beach ,and city parking very close too .

We stayed their for three days hotel service was good but rooms were smelling and small .........

I remember this hotel to be very cozy and nice, still is very conveniently located if you want to be near the beach. Definitely is in need of maintanence and upgrade, Carpet in horrible condition, smells musty, humid. Friendly personnel.

Ocean Front. Amazing ocean sights. Familiar , quiet, clean, conservative. Staff. Good, friendly. Parking. Good. Pool. Fine. Neighborhood. Good for food and groceries, transit to South Beach and Downtown Miami. Jazz music some blocks away

Hoteldoesnt look like the picture is made up to be....NEW......NO the hotel is very old on the inside..freindly and nice staff but the stay of the atmosphere was ugggggh!

When we arrived to Days Inn Hotel ready to spend there 5 days, 4 nights, the recepcionist was not friendly and he was using his cellphone (not talking, using txt or web) all the free times. When we got to our room there was air all over the bathroom's floor. Sand from the beach and some corners of the room. I was going to make complaint but my husband […] said it was ok. So, I cleaned the air on the bathroom before using it. There was something green on back of the toilet. Like when is not clean regularly. I asked for the ice for my cooler and they said: Our machine is not working right now, we are going to fix it. 3 days after they said the same thing. Is a old Hotel and it looks recently they painted it over the damaged walls. The very old main door painted also and it doen;s look good. I was entering to lobby and there was like a hidden WET FLOOR sign that I didn't see at first and I fell down. I was going to make a complaint because "there was no sign" but looking around there was one in a corner instead being in front of the door. The 3rd day they cleaned our room they FORGOT to leave towels. We arrived at 4am returning from a nightclub (kind of drunk) and I was goint to take a shower when I found out there was no towels, I called front desk and they said nobody was avaiable to bring them to me so, I had to go to lobby to get them.
