Amarante Champs Elysees - Paris

We wanted to stay in a hotel near Champ Elysees, and a friend recommended this place. It is indeed a great location, as one need to walk for 5 minutes only to be at Champ Elysees. However we found the hotel room was very small, and the bathroom was even tinyer... The breakfast was not included with the room package, but I don't recommend it.. too expensive […] for the limited breakfast choice... I would still recommend this place only to those who really love shopping, and don't mind a small room.. Devamı

I had been looking forward to returning to the hotel as I had stayed there before and really enjoyed the experience. This stay was extremely disappointing - My room was very dirty - the carpet was filthy, headboard coated in hair grease - something nasty hanging down from the ceiling - wardrobe so full of dust I could not put my clothes inside - overflow […] pipe from the bidet (in full view when using the toilet) needed cleaning. I was short of time (one night stay) and so did not ask to change rooms. On leaving the hotel I left a hand written note addressed to Mr G Eridia, The General Manager - the note drew attention to the aforementioned shortcomings. So far (some 2 weeks later) I have received no response to my letter - which is a great pity as this just gives the impression that the hotel is neither interested in the cleanliness of their hotel or the comfort of their guests. The hotel is one block from the Champs Elysees great location! The staff were helpful and provided good information/tips about the city. Rooms were clean and well kept. This hotel is a very good choice to stay when in Paris.

There was some renovation next door so the woke us up at 8 am every morning for our 5nights other than that is was a nice hotel and 5 minutes walk from champs elysees.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 Star, but be prepared for a 1 star. The hotel was moldy and the walls and ceilings were water stained. Doesn't look like the hotel has been updated since maybe the 50's. Antique charm is wonderful if it is kept up. The double bed was actually 2 twin beds put together with a sheet over the top, which means that you fell […] into a cracked if you rolled over, and the sheets didn't fit the bed so your feet hit the bare mattress at the bottom and I'm only 5'2". The walls were very thin and when the other guest came in at 3 in the morning, we got to enjoy the remaining party that they had in the hall. We paid 4 Star rates per night and it was quite a disappointment. Devamı

Received a $70 additional charge after staying 2 nights. Hotel charged for meals I did not have and is unwilling to correct.

Dommage que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de connection wifi gratuit...ce qui est un essentiel pour les voyageurs surtout les hommes d'affaires

とにかく立地が良く、遅く迄出かけていても安心。 部屋の広さもちょうど良い。 朝食無しのプランだったので、2日間は外のカフェでとったが、3日目はホテルでとったところコールドビュッフェとはいえ充実していたし、美味しかった。 ホテルの人達もとても親切で良かった
