Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Airport - San Antonio

We specifically stayed at the Red Roof to have a convenient airport shuttle in San Antonio. The hotel offered exactly what we wanted at a good price. I'd stay there again for the same reason. I wouldn't stay there as a place to vacation.

I've stayed here several times with no major issues. It's an OK stay for the price.

Knowledgeable staff of necessary locations (e.g. Starbucks, drug stores, dining, etc). After check-in called to the room to see if everything was OK. GOOD JOB.

our stay at this hotel was well worth the price we paid the only problem we had was that the restroom was way to small other than that our stay was great and the staff was awesome

We stayed here 1 night after flying into San Antonio before driving to Austin. The hotel is one of the best value for money places I've stayed. Free shuttle, free wifi, aircon and free coffee, what more do you want for the price. Would stay here anytime.

The hotel is ok but is a little bit dirty . There was trash under the beds and sheets were not clean.

The parking lot was very noisy with other guests or visitors at night. The room had a musty odor and the bed spread was not clean-there were hairs from a previous guest on the inside. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel is in need of a renovation. i stay there just to finsh my day ask to be moved from room front clerk said no room was dirty from pet hair all over the carpet rest room had nerver bieng clean had hair of all types i had 2 beds one of them had flees the other was ok hopefully not all red roof are the same

Decent room, great price. Even being close to the airport, the room was pretty clean and quiet. Housekeepers were very nice, location was good-quick trip to freeway, only 15 minutes to Riverwalk area.

Nice clean hotel. Perfect for staying to take an early flight. Pleasant staff.

We arrived at 5pm to check in and the original room we were assigned was not prepared. The manager gave us a diff. room that was ready to be used, but we were stuck with a smoking room.

I was pleasantly pleased with this room especially because I practically live in hotels for work. Was nice for a two night stay. Clean and comfortable, and close to highways that were easily accessible.

Overall no problems, price and location were right

It seems one is assigned better quality room when purchased through hotels.com. Nonetheless, the restroom was not very clean neither was the room in general. Front desk personnel is somewhat apathetic. It was an emergency overnight stay so I suppose it served its purpose.

The bathrooms need a good cleaning.

We needed an extra night & when we asked for the same room it was available & they allowed us same one. Really made it more comfortable for the kids.

The hotel enviroment was quiet, no crying children, loud televisions and no barking dogs. This was very welcoming. Chose this hotel because the ad said airport shuttle. Imagine my surprise when I learned that the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel was 26 dollars, I was stunned and shocked. excellent hotel and close to the airport. very helpful and prompt shuttle service. ONLY complaint was only one wash cloth and two of us in the room.

If you like TONS of deordorizers in your room then stay at the Red Roof. The smells would reek out the door and we could not tolerate it. We asked for a new room and were given one where we could leave the door open on the ground floor but it still was intolerable. Finally when I went to the front desk and said I was moving to another hotel they gave […] me a room that was not totally reeking of deodorizer. I'm NOT one of those overly sensitive people as far as smells. It pretty much was a horrible experience with no apologies from the staff. I think hotels.com should take them off their list. Devamı

This hotel is easily accessible to the airport, downtown, etc. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance though. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend!

Good option to stay a Nigth if you need to be near of airport. Dont have restaurants, but near are some restaurants. Clean, Quiet, Good Price... I will return to this hotel If I need.... I recomend this hotel.

I enjoyed being close to the airport and free shuttle ride to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was there were no surrounding restaurants to eat at; had to order out.

I usually don't stay more than 1 night and I usually check in late. All rooms look the same when ur eyes r closed so the price was perfect and the staff friendly.

very clean,helpful staff, convienent to airport. but a little hard to find

Door to room was binding; hard to open, and had to be slammed to close properly. Bathroom had soap scum and body hair from previous guest(s). Floor had not been vacuumed. Not within easy walking distance of resturants or shopping.

This hotel looked very good on the outside. But the inside wasn't too hot. There is not an iron in the room you have to actually walk to thhe front desk to check-out an iron and ironing board. My room was somewhat clean, yet my gf found a beer cap bottle in plain view on the floor. The bed was very firm and the comforter set made me and my girlfriend's […] skin feeling itchy. For the price, this wasnt a bad stay but next time I will pay the extra 20.00 for a nicer hotel somewhere else where I can be comfortable. Devamı

Hotel room bathroom was dirty upon arrival, person being a male had used bathroom and didn't flush, suggesting it was a male cause lid was up. Also too noisy and dealing with people making noise till late hours.

Good location if you use their shuttle to airport. website indicated rooms had refrigerators and microwaves but mine didn't.

I would recommend this place in a second from the phone service to the in person customer service they are outstanding!!!!! They take care of everything and talk with a smile and great responses. When the shuttle van driver was not available they called me a cab and paid for it to get me to the airport....I did not have to worry about getting to the […] airport.....even though it was a service they provided (shuttle to airport) when things did not go as planned they had a backup so it did not interrupt my plans. This is a very reasonable clean motel close to the airport. Usually a free shuttle, though not after 2 pm on Sunday I found out. Very nice helpful staff.

A little difficult to find when not familiar with area so pay attention to your map -- not readily visible from any major streets nor the freeway. Great front desk service and very comfortable rooms.

I was promised by hotels.com that this motel would have an airport shuttle. That was all I asked. When I called the motel, they said that the shuttle only ran till early afternoon on Sundays and it was now 8pm Sunday. Then I asked when it started in the morning and they said 6am. My flight left at 6:30am. So I ended up having to take a taxi both ways. […] The hotel room had no hair dryer, kleenex or shampoo. The TV remote did not work and 3 light bulbs were burned out. It was advertised to have in room coffee. But the coffee was in the lobby and you had to go outside to get to the lobby. Very frustrating night. Devamı
