Very pleased. Convenient to UAH, restaurants, and shopping. Staff very nice. We were in town for the state science fair. If my son qualifies again in the future or if we will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a nice stay.
"Cheap and it shows but a decent place to stay"
I picked the room because it had a really good rate for a room with a separate bedroom so my wife. The part of the hotel that we were in seemed worn out. There were cracks in the corners. However, I did like the lay out of the room, and there was plenty of space. I did't care for the pillows they didn't seem vvery substantial to me. The front desk […] area was very nice, and the included breakfast food was pretty good with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The girl on the wekeend seemed like she was having a hard time keeping up. On Monday morning, theings were running very smoothly. It wasn't luxury, but for an inexpensive place where you can have a separate room for the parents and the kids, it was decent. Devamı
"Right in the middle of everything"
Very nice and friendly staff.rooms very nice and clean. Included breakfast what you would expect,waffles were good,gravy,biscuits and eggs were not all that but very typical of what you see.There is a Dennys next door which should take care of your eating needs if hotel breakfast isnt for you.Will stay here again the next time we're in town!

The entire hotel staff was super great the breakfast was very good, however, the hotel itself is another story. I could hear everything and I mean everything that was happening in the adjacent rooms. I also could hear loud thumps in the walls when the toilet was flushed. At check out I asked for a receipt and was told since I booked through hotels.com […] I had to talk to them and I am still waiting for them to return my call. Not a good experience! Devamı

"Older hotel"
The facility has been updated in the last few years but it is still older. We could hear every word our neighbors said. The floors squeaked every time the folks upstairs took a step. The AC vent rattled all night long. The sheets had stains on them. There was a bad stain on the carpet next to the bed. We found hair and other stuff on the bathroom floors. "Good hotel - only one complaint"
First of all, let me tell the positives. The hotel staff was so sweet and helpful. They were never too busy to help you. The location is great we were minutes from downtown, all the attractions and across the street from UAH. Everything was clean and in working order. I liked the courtyard set-up in the middle of the hotel. Now, I really only have […] 2 complaints. The first is the wording of the room sold to me. It claimed that I was getting a non-smoking deluxe king. It said there would be a fold-out couch and a balcony. Most of the rooms there had balconies but I got one that did not. That room was very standard. I didn't complain because for the price, it was still reasonable. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay again. I would probably be specific when I checked-in to ensure I got the room that was advertised. Devamı
