Although the my room was enormous and had a great mini fridge and microwave, the hotel itself was horrible. The internet was choppy at best, the free breakfast consisted of 8 slices of white bread and orange juice, and worst of all I asked for a wake up call at to get to the airport and it never came. The bathroom light was broken and the whole left side of the room had no electricity. Went to the front desk, because the phone did not work either, to tell them about the room. There was no maintenance person on duty at night. The hotel was booked for the night, so we could not change rooms. Very unsatisfied with my stay. The price is good. Quality is fair -. Exercise room was in poor condition with equipment in disrepair and unsafe to use.

The hotel is conveniently located and not too hard to find. The problem was it was empty. The hotel clerk was outside in her car and when I pulled up she ran behind the front desk to check me in. As a single female who was traveling alone, I was not comfortable staying at this motel. I didn't see any cars there and it was quite dark. I did not stay […] . Devamı

If you are looking to save money, it's not a bad stay. If you need easy access to downtown Greensboro without dropping $100, it's okay. Our room smelled so strongly of cleaning agents, like someone was trying to cover up a previous occupant who had smoked, was quite foul. Our friends, who were a few doors down had no such issue. We chose not to complain […] simply because we were only staying for one night, and would be sleeping there for a few hours. However, once we got back home we wish we had asked for a switch. 30 mins to check in (computer system was down) Could not use pool because it didnt past inspection Bathroom was not properly cleaned or stock. Only had two sets of bath towels and when I asked for more they didnt have face cloths. Room had a musty smell, I found a live a cock roach in the bathrom. AC unit was very loud. The hote was terrible. The lights in my room did not work. The desk clerk had a poor attitude. The entire facility had an odor. I would not recommend .

No hot water for a shower. Enough said.

The desk manager (Brendena) is the one good thing here..The rooms are old, shabby, the showerhead was broken, the tub did not drain, coffee was not replaced in the room..Had to ask for drinking glasses..the bed was uncomfortable..At least it was not filthy. They really need to decided to do some serious work on this place or shut it down...

IT'S A LOW END BASIC MOTEL THAT NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY ASK,

Hotel was okay other than the fact that the parking lot outside of my room had constant traffic and noise until 3am. It was like the hotel was hosting a party. This hotel is not in a great part of town either.

While the hotel physical structure is showing some wear, the rooms were clean and everything was expected. We were checked in by Lonnie and he was polite and extremely helpful. If all hotel personnel were as nice to deal with it would be wonderful.

The hotel was chosen because we were told that it had a pool, only to find out that the pool was not open. One of the rooms the phone did not work and one room did not have an iron.

This is a very poorly maintained hotel in a very bad location. No nearby conveniences, restaurants, etc. Way overpriced and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
