It is not the fanciest place but if you just need a place to sleep and shower and don't need any fancy shmancy frills, this place will get the job done. Likes: friendly and helpful staff our room was clean easy access to downtown Charlotte 24 hour walmart 5 minutes away the shower worked really well. ive stayed in several hotels that felt like taking […] a shower under a water hose. Dislikes: The smoke detector was missing from our room. There was a place for it on the ceiling but no smoke detector there. Apparently they are having church services next to the lobby on Sundays. I'm not anti church but if you are a light sleeper, I would try to stay away from the lower number 100 rooms and the lower number 200 rooms. The lower 100's are right next to the lobby and the lower 200's would be direclty above it. The music and singing may wake you if you are a light sleeper. 110 and up or 210 and up would be fine if this is an issue. Devamı

nice people. clean. but not comfortable or worth staying at again, unless it was the only option.

room was great...hallways had funny smell and were warm.

Carpet was stained and nasty. The room really wasn't cleaned overall. Couldn't wait until til morning so I could check out.

When first arriving to this hotel, the surrounding neighborhood makes it feel like your in a bad neighborhood and even the outside of hotel needs a little more up keep. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Courtney (i believe thats her name), she works mornings I believe at the desk. I needed something printed and she helped with that and […] I feel like she went out her way to satisfy my needs. I wish more people were like that. She was great. Our room was very big. Ive stayed in a few hotels and rooms are small usually but this hotel had a very big room, I was very surprised. The beds were pretty comfortable no complaints there. My major complaint I do have is the toliet was messed up, chain would keep falling off hence toliet water would keep running, which I had to keep fixing after every flush. Also we heard running water thought it was coming from the toliet but ended up coming from our sink water lines and I mentioned this to the afternoon/evening front desk staff several times and they were suppose to send someone up to look at it but never did. The bathtub shower curtains would stick to your body when showering, recommend replacing that and getting some working fans in the bathrooms because if someone took a shower it was very hot and steamy when getting out or if someone used the bathroom, smell would linger into main room. They had a pool and exercise room but we didnt use it. It looked pretty decent though. And as for continental breakfast thats a joke nothing pretty much! Also vending machines didnt have much variety were empty. I would reccommend this place to others if you dont like hotels with small rooms or no space and need a good rate. The rates are very reasonable for anyones budget. Oh ya, as for feeling like I was in a bad neigborhood, I didnt hear police sirens or anything like that. The Rodeway Inn was great. The bus ride is short to downtown. The stalff help me back to the hotel when the bus to the hotel was not running he direct me to another bus. I would stay there again the room is great size and bathroom clean.

The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was a very spacious hotel with a lot of room. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is having a tournament or conference it is a great place. The only problem is that it needs a restaurant on the premises even if it is only during the busy days.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. not a fancy hotel by any means but it was inexpensive and a short 2-5 minute drive from downtown. The continental breakfast, however, wasn't good at all. Don't rely on that for breakfast and you'll be fine.

Terrible

We just needed a place to sleep after a concert, then out early the next day. No special amenities were required, and the room was inexpensive, nearby, and fit the bill. No problems. Manager was very nice.

This hotel is a prime example of an business owner having little to no care of the quality of their product. The individual working the front desk was rude and too busy watching tv to give any basic information. The hotel was unkempt and it appeared that it had been a while since it was vacuumed or mopped. The window leaked when it rained flooding the […] room underneath the window. The wireless internet wasn't reachable from the room and the front desk didn't give us the password upon us asking about the service when checking in. When we did call for it, the attitude was of someone who was annoyed to be asked a simple question. The pool hadn't been cleaned in some time and had cigarette butts floating in it. If I had been staying for anything other than an 8 hour layover between flights I would have gone through the trouble of changing hotels. Don't waste your money on this establishment. Devamı
