Although the rate was competitive the Ramada has gone downhill since our last stay. It seems that since the Hotel across Hwy 4 has closed all the issues moved to the Ramada. Check in was smooth and our room was upgraded at no additional cost to avoid the noise of the other side of the hotel, so we were told. Room showed signs of wear and the bathroom […] had peeling paint. Housekeeping missed our room after the first night. When we returned late on our third night we found that housekeeping had removed all the towels in the room. When we called the desk we were told that they were busy and did not know if they locate any towels for us, that they would call back. Which they did not. We called back after 30 minutes to be told some towels had been located but not a full set. The hotel was loud due to the other customers, some of which were obviously up to no good. Homeless-bums in the back of the parking lot. Maintenance woke us the second morning to ask if they could check for leaks in the bathroom. We have stayed prior times but not again. Devamı

Hotel rooms were kept somewhat clean. Not too picky about my rooms. The beds were comfortable, had clean bathrooms, hot tub, swimming pool and a television. Enough for me!

Non Smoking Rooms booked 1 week in advanced but when we got there @ 12 no rooms yet available until 4pm & they smell smokes. TV is not working- someone came but not knowledgeable to fix it. Stains on furnitures. Shower temp is hard to control. Blow Dryer is not working. There was emplty bottle of Doble XX by the corner. Needs a lot of renovation & improvements. […] Staff are not smiling.You will not feel that you are welcomed. Devamı

They let us have a late cgeck out with no extra charge. They let us look at different rooms to make sure it met our needs

Pillow Suck, woke up with a back pain!!!!! Shower water temp not good and toilet too small and close to the wall.

was not satisfied with hotel was no glasses in room, shower run hot thin cold I have never stayed at a motel I had to pay $100.00 deposit

I had booked four rooms for our group. Each room was dirty and in dis-repair. Collectively I got reports from each of our chaperones about lights not working, excessive hair on sheets from ???? visitors, gross bathrooms, dirty carpets, etc. I would recommend that you strike this hotel from your lodging list until such time that repairs are made, rooms […] are deep-cleaned, and maintenance/cleaning is done on a regular basis. The only two things I had an issue with this hotel was first the bed was very uncomfortable and it almost felt like it had a board separating the left and right side. The bathroom tub needed a new drain and the walls needed to be repainted.

The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is in much need of a renovation. The furniture in the room and even the towels need to be replaced. It is clear from the amenities that they are very old. The affect of it makes you uncomfortable in the room because it feels dirty. This also applies to the outside of the building as well as the lobby and all […] common areas. They really need to update the place. The only great thing about this hotel was their free wi-fi which was actually really fast. Devamı

When we layed down on our bed we could feel the springs in the mattress. We woke up in pain.. We will not be staying in this hotel anymore.

The room was tidy enough, but the bed had no skirt, leaving the box spring entirely exposed. The mattress itself was uncomfortable & the air conditioning unit was loud & didn't seem to be entirely functional. The location was convenient for everything I needed to do in the area, but not as comfortable as I'd hoped.

first room had people smoking pot, and the second room when we finally got moved after the third time asking-stunk bad. We had to burn a candle anytime we were in the room! I wouldn't stay here again.

I was very disappointed. I thought being a Ramada the standards would be higher. The location was perfect but would not stay there again. Motel is very old and on need of much repairs

If I were Ramada, I would be embarrassed to have this hotel with my name on it. the shower was pitiful, too.

I had a horrible stay at the Ramanda. I had an infant child with me and they gave me a roo mnext to a ice machine that was making noise all night long. The water in my room wascold o they had a maintence man knocking at my door whille my child was asleep at 12:00am. Hotel breakfast lady was so RUDE!! She speaks to people rude and not friendly or hospitable […] to anyone. More like a bouncer at a bar!!! Devamı

Please change the carpet in that supposedly master king suite...the towels were old and brown, I dared not touch my skin with it. The room looked and felt melancholy and it felt irky walking on the floor with that very dirty, run down carpet. I felt like I was in a forgotten room at the end of a dungeon.

I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast save us at least $30 a day not having to eat at a restaurant. They offered a very nice variety of breakfast items such as belgin waffles (son's favorite). Overall experience was very pleasant.

need to be more professional. Privately owned but should not deter from Professional expectations of a hotel and staff. Hotel being remodeled in certain areas. Overall areas of use are dirty and not noticed often. Room was rundown, gave the feel of a possible remodel or improvement gone wrong or not completed. Bathroom was unfinished. The room looked nothing like what was advertise online. Very dirty, especially the bath tub. They need to reevaluate their cleaning services. The hotel is located right off the highway. It would be very convenient if not for the construction. It took us 15 min to get from the hotel back onto the highway because the area was so screwed up. Defenetely […] not worth the price. There is a much better Days Inn just up the street. We ended up going there and was very happy! Same price but a million times better! Devamı

Yucky! As i checjed out and was looking for my daughters shoe under the bed there was a used energy drink under the bed and old chips. The walls were banged up and the door has been kicked in and repaired before! Lets just say I didn't sleep well knowing that! The shower had no plug for baths for kids. The shower curtin smelled rancid of cigarettes […] even though in was a non smoking room and as the curtin got wet and the room steamy the smell was putred! Devamı

the pillows needed to be replaced all of the ones in our room. and the Bathroom shower tub looked like hair stuck to wall! but it was crakes in tub wall.I do want to say the people that I delt with was fantisk.and I felt save with securty watching over the parking lot,and bilding.thanks to all your employes.

Was a scary experience with some other guests. There is a free breakfast that some local residents know about and come into. So, they give you a ticket for breakfast. People still come in and when the Ramada Inn personnel try to ask for their tickets, they don't provide and just take food. We ended up heading to McDonalds. We paid for a nonsmoking room […] that was clearly smoked in. There were no other rooms available they said and we tried to air it out. Would not stay there again. Devamı

I really enjoyed my stay and the employees were really helpful and courteous!!! Great location surrounding everything that u need, Walmart, grocery stores, fast food locations,Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls.. It's just a Great hotel I would definitely stay again!!

What do you expect for this price? The first room that I checked in to had an awful mildew smell. The front desk attendant was understanding and appologetic. Was it wonderful? No. Would I stay there again? It's the least bad of the bunch for the price. Great service and the car was still there in the morning.
