Marquis Reforma Hotel Spa - Mexico City

A very nice hotel, with excellent service. all of the staff were very curtious, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on travel to Mexico City.

We were very pleased with our stay -the rooms are clean and well appointed, the bathrooms are pretty, and the service is excellent. If we had any complaint, it was that the restaurant staff are almost too attentive--they "hover" a bit too much, making it hard to have an uninterrupted conversation. The hotel is very obliging in arranging tours, restaurant […] reservations, etc - but make sure to ask for a tour guide who knows his/her subject. Ours (to Teotihuacan) was nice, but a mediocre guide. However, the location is great, the price is right - i'd say good value for money and I would stay there again. Devamı

In another few years it'll be a heritage hotel with its 80s version of the 70' deco revival: all that contrasting stone, and brass. But right now its a scrubbed-up but faded giant with service and staff that have a decided aura of making do. Exceptions are the laundry which is extremely quick (but very expensive), and the concierge who is attentive […] and helpful (if quick to direct to obvious tourist traps). If you can afford it The Four Seasons is across the street else, a five minute cab away, go to the JW, W, Intercon, even the NIkko.... Devamı

It is perfectly located, imaculate clean and best of all the quitest room I ever stayed in. Best value in Mexico City.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The personnel were fluent in English and did their upmost to meet our travelling needs. Disappointing that wifi wasn […] they made us pay for the bread basket. Devamı

The Marquis Reforma is in a great location, close to Chapultepek Park and with a stop right across the street for the Turibus (the jump on and jump off service that visits many of the diverse neighborhoods. As a solo female traveler, I relied a lot on the concierges and they never steered me wrong. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is a older hotel but nice. The hotel staff was very helpful and clearly placed great emphasis on service. I am a business traveler who visits many countries and has limited language skills. The hotel staff was very helpful. The on site restaurants were also very good.

Combine dos dias de negocios y dos de familia. Sus restaurantes buenos y precio razonable. Hotel limpio y elegante. Bano amplio y confortable. El personal es muy amable y servicial. NO logra 5 estrellas: 1. tarifa internet es muy ALTA. 2. Usar la ALBERCA hay que pagar tarifa extra de SPA. 3. Todo estuvo muy bien el servicio del personal excelente, solo que siempre que llegas huele a comida en el lobby y no es nada agradable

Estuve con mi s 3 hijos súper bien atendida, los desayunos muy buenos al igual que el resto del hotel, como así también la cena navideña organizada para el 24 de diciembre. esta como a 5 cuadras del shoping de la reforma , y a poco tiempo en taxi de Polanco. El barrio muy seguro. Lo mejor del hotel, el personal .

Muy buen valor por tu dinero, el hotel es muy competitivo, tiene excelente servicio y muy buena ubicación en Paseo de la Reforma, también cerca de la zona de Polanco

además del servicio del hotel, las instalaciones del spa son excelentes, disfrutamos mucho quedarnos ahi. Lo único que desmerece es el restoran los canarios, cuyo servicio es mediano y cargan extra por el cubierto, como si fuera restoran de gran calidad, no lo es.

El hotel está muy bonito, el personal atento y amable, estuvimos muy agusto. GRACIAS
