"Service of front staff was excellent"
Overall was extremely good. My wife and I enjoyed the clean bathroom and the hotel in general. The members of staff especially the front desk were extremely cordial and welcoming. That's why we keep on coming back.

"Embassy Suites in Baton Rouge, La."
This was our 2nd stay and it was just as good as our 1st stay. This time was even a little better because they served us a free breakfast that was excellent. Anything you wanted was on the breakfast bar and everything tasted great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who ask me.

"great stay in Baton Rouge"
the family was there for a soccer game for my 12 yr old daughter, the only complaint was i wish we could have spent more time at the hotel.The breakfast cooks were very friendly and smiling,the service was great,the hotel was beautiful,,,,cant wait to go back.will look for other Embassy suites where ever we travel
"Athletes"
Many college athletes were staying in this hotel Nd they were very noisy late. My daughter's 13 year old soccer team were in their rooms by 10 and could not sleep. They had to be on the field at 7:15am. Their game was not less important to them because they were younger. Other families from our team had no hot water for showers the next morning, no […] manager on duty Saturday morning to speak with. The from desk said they had no authority to do anything to compensate us for our trouble, they did offer to call the coaches of the college teams about our complaints, what exactly was that going to do for for us or our girls? I've stayed at this hotel several times and it always meets my expectations. Definately will return!
"We Enjoyed Our Stay"
We visited on our anniversary to catch a show. The hotel had been newly remodeled, and the new atrium was very nice. I enjoyed the gym and the pool. The room was very clean, the staff was courteous, and they seemed to go out of their way to make us happy. We could not get a smoking room, so they comped the internet fee and gave us a few freebies. The […] breakfast was amazing. The omelet the cook made was fantastic, and they had a good variety of food. I was able to find something healthy. My only complaints were that, when they remodeled, they left a thing here or there. For example, they left an extra fixture for the old shower in the bath tub. It was only an aesthetic issue, and it was a minor one. The tub was pretty small. My shoulders were too wide to lay on my back to rinse my hair. The bathroom was kind of small. Aside from that, the room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, they had fluffy feather pillows, a small bar in the room, coffee pot, microwave, and a mini fridge. There were two TVs in both rooms, and there was a sleeper sofa. In any case, we enjoyed our stay. Devamı

The staff and food was terrific! Rooms were nice and roomy but starting to show signs of wear. Needs a little repairs from damage from dogs? (chewing on doors, toliet was very loose and bulbs were burnt out took 4 hrs to get a replacement.) but the breakfast was great. I would defiantly stay here again. Service was great. Lobby and public areas were very clean and well decorated, however our room was very outdated and in need of repair. It was difficult to get comfortable in the room, the sofa looked dirty, and carpet looked worn. Repairs had been made previously, but were very sloppy. "Christmas Stay"
Loved the hotel and staff from check in to check out!! I'm active duty military and this was a home coming surprise for my 2 daughters. The only thing that i would say is the fire extinguisher was hanging and went off after a hot shower and the the steam was released from the bathroom, i can understand sinsitive but that's a littlet to much and it needs […] ventalation in the bathroom other than that i enjoyed my stay and will saty again in the future. "Unannounced maintenance is a problem"
During our 2-day stay, the hotel underwent some sort of maintenance that shut down the water system. No notification was provided and we were forced to attend an event without being able to shower or even wash up. Upon reporting the problem to the front desk, we were told the water would return shortly. It did return and it was black/purple and as nasty […] as I have ever seen. After 20 minutes of continuous running it was still nasty and had stained the tub horribly. We left for our event and informed the desk that the water was still bad and the tub would need to be cleaned. When we returned, the tub had been cleaned but the water was still not good. If finally cleared up after another 20 minutes of continuous running. The lack of consideration I experienced will steer me away from this hotel and any other embassy suites in the future. Devamı

"We loved it!!!"
From check-in to check-out everything was great. We only stayed one night but we didn't want to leave. The lobby was well kept and the greenery was perfect for pictures. Our check-in was smooth and the service was very helpful and upbeat. We requested extra pillows and in less than 5 minutes they were knocking at our door. The rooms are really spacious […] but we spent minimal time there as we just wanted to go sit around the beautiful lobby. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. No complains here. Very nice hotel, very beautiful atrium/courtyard. Pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable though.

the hotel staff had no control of the swimming pool area. i have stayed at several embassy suites before, and this one by far is the worse one that i have ever visited.

The front desk staff was friendly and our bellman was very helpful. We don't want to take anything away from them. The location was good for us as well (right on i-10), but the hotel was very tired and the rooms were dirty. The lobby also felt dirty and the breakfast - well - yikes. "Worst Embassy Suite I've ever stayed in."
The staff was friendly. The restaurant had a very limited menu and not worth the prices they charge. The line for the breakfast buffet was very slow moving for made to order items, so if you don't have an hour to eat then you are stuck with cold cereal and stale pastries in the "express lane". My daughter wanted to swim in their pool but our eyes began […] to water as we approached the pool from about twenty feet away as the chlorine levels were obviously too high. The constant freeway traffic made sleeping very uncomfortable. Embassy Suites will no longer be an automatic choice on future travels. "Embassy suites hotel in Baton Rouge great location"
The room was great it was very large had a living room and bedroom it was very clean had a nice little wet bar with a sink and a mini fridge had a full out hot FREE breakfast I will surely be staying here again!!

I was very disappointed in my rooms. I had book 2 Queen size bed but when I got to my room it was a full size bed. The clerk said they do not have any queen size bed at this hotel.Imagine two grown ups trying to fit in one bed..LMAO! There was too many kids running around and playing with the elevators. "BR Embassy Suites"
Very attractive courtyard and spacious suites. Friendly, helpful staff. Full, free breakfast each day with a wide choice of food. We enjoyed happy hour with two complimentary drinks. Location on I-10 had pluses and minuses, but overall it was close to everything we were interested in. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

"Dirty and Broken"
This hotel used to be very nice. It is ruined down and poorly managed. The air conditioner in the room was broken, the sofa-bed was full of gold fish crackers, and the double beds in the room were only full-sized. The pool area was swarmed with a little league team that was acting like animals and throwing balls at grown people and my babies!!! "Embassy suites baton rouge"
I really enjoyed this hotel. Every room is a suite with 2 separate rooms. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained and the staff was delightful! We enjoyed the free breakfast, a prepared hot breakfast made to order. I do have to say Sunday morning at the breakfast buffet was very crowded but the other days were calm. Highly recommend this hotel.
"Quiet, Impressive, Loved it!"
Stayed for our Anniversary. The convenience of having a seperate living area came in handy because we had company over without feeling like our privacy was violated. (You can actually close the bedroom door.) The micro-fridge came in handy because it keep our Champagne cold while we went to dinner! The closet was huge and there were flatscreens in both […] rooms. "BR Hotel"
First off the front desk crew was very rude. There was 30-40 children running all around all floors screaming and yelling well past 10pm. Playing on elevators. Hotel did not care. It would have been quieter sleeping in the middle of I-10 interstateAnd lastly TVs and A/C did not work. Will NEVER return to this hotel again.
"EMBASSY SUITES IN BATON ROUGE,LA"
The bedspread had stains on it. Obviously, the room was not thoroughly cleaned because I found someone's checkbook in the night stand drawer. The check in clerk proceeded to argue with me that I did not request a "smoking" room when I had the confirmation form from Hotels.com in my hand. We had a wonderful family stay. The kids loved the atrium! My husband and I loved the extra space in the sitting room, so we could stay up after the kids went to bed without disturbing them. Great experience!

"Great location, needs updating"
The hotel is in a great spot central to whatever you need, but could use a little interior updating. The bar and breakfast areas are nice, but one elevator was out of service. Overall, the service and room were outstanding and the noon checkout was very appreciated.

The Positives: We are frequenters at different Embassy Suites locations, and we were pleased with our stay as usual. The breakfast was good, (we missed happy hour due to plans), the rooms were comfy, and check-in was seamless. The Negatives: We were on the 7th floor right by the elevator. This was annoying bc even in the bedroom you could hear the […] *DING everytime the elevator was coming. The amount of children at the property btwn the ages of 10-17 was ridiculous. There were a few events going on in the area...but nevertheless that was irritating as well. There was also a large population of college age people due to a baseball game.
