The rooms are large, the breakfast was good,great location will definitely go back

The place s great,the room size n facility s great,clean,tidy,we got everything we ever want it,the food s great,over all s a great experience n very very very recommended,book n stay there without thinking twice.

We loved the neighborhood, it was a short walk to stores and restaurants. The kitchenette came in handy and the free continental breakfast was very good. Another plus was the windows opened!

This hotel is fabulous. I frequently visit the city and this hotel is the best yet. Great value. I could not believe there was continental breakfast and a full kitchen in the rooms. Highly recommend!

The housekeeping staff was amazing and very friendly. That was my second stay in the hotel and for sure not my last one.

Close to shopping and great restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint - no hotel bar/lounge/restaurant. This was a work trip and we had to go to the hotel 1/3 block away to get food and drinks, which after 10 hours on our feet, we were wiped out.

Just a note to those whio think this is centrally located to Michigan Avenue.....it's one block just south of Oak Street...Quite a hike back down to NAvt Pier or Museum Campus and parks. Also, the "manager's reception" (aka social hour) is only on Tues, Wed and Thursday evenings. Other than these 2 small issues, we were very happy with our stay.

I had booked this hotel for a foreign guest who was coming for an academic talk. The hotel was all it claimed to be, and the complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. He was quite satisfied.

Great hotel very clean and excellent staff eager to help with everything. Close to all the shopping and night life. Had a great stay only drawback was there was not a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The good thing is there are plenty of choices close by. Would definitely recomend it to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

This hotel was just a short walk to Michigan Ave, the famous Water Tower Shopping and the John Hancock. The room was comfortable and updated. The morning continental breakfast was great. We stayed during the Chicago Marathon and they were VERY accomodating to our needs. I would rate our stay 5 Stars!

The room was very large and the location was great.

Excellent staff. Good breakfast included. Clean rooms and well appointed. Excellent value.

What a mess!!front desk staff and manager clueless,no help at all!!!If possible go to another hotel!!!

Large room, great breakfast and location make this a great option. Good value as well.

Enjoyable visit for a family occasion. Comfortable, quiet, great location.

Room was better than I remembered. Location is great. Lobby and elevators still need an upgrade.

The hotel location was great. The quality and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Only drawback is that we would have liked to have known in advance that we would have to pay $50.00 per day for parking. If we had known this in advance, we would have found alternate means of transportation to the hotel. Otherwise, staff was friendly, and hotel […] was great!!!! Devamı

Close to everything and a wonderful breakfast menu. The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional.

Sentralt beliggende i forhold til The Magnificant Mile, alle restauranter og barer i gåavstand fra hotellet. Dyrt med parkering, 45 $ natten. Herlig rom som føltes som en leilighet. Kjempe fint å bo over lengre tid.

Una ottima scelta per chi vuol visitare Chicago e contemporaneamente godere di una comodita' al di sopra della norma. Camera spaziosa, living area molto fornita. Rifiniture eccellenti e arredamento con gusto in colori tipicamente Marriott. Poco spazio per la colazione che pero' e' inclusa nel prezzo anche se con scelta non eccezionale. Dicen que dan desayuno completo y ponen una barra de 1mt. Con bagels pasados y huevo revuelto, con platos de cartón y cubiertos desechables, y te tienes que sentar en las salas del lobby, ni siquiera hay mesas en donde sentarte y solo hay una persona que se supone atiende, y es una señora muy malhumorada, así que lo del desayuno olvidenlo!!!, también […] los elevadores están en muy mal estado lo único bueno que le veo a este hotel es su ubicación, solo eso y nada mas Devamı

Hotellet ligger bara ett stenkast från Hancock tower, och jätte nära till Magnificent mile. Rummen är verkligen jätte fina, jag skulle inte tveka att bo här igen! Däremot kan jag säga att frukosten kanske inte var den bästa!
