Hotel was booked online. I took my 3 kids on a weekend trip for a basketball tournament. Pictures shown online were not even close to the room we had. It was very dated, smelled horrible, and was advertised as a family oriented est. The parking lot was full of contractor trucks with very sketchy looking people. We even considered foregoing the prepaid […] rate and going elsewhere, my children were scared. Our room was 'nonsmoking', yet there was a spot on the fridge where a cigarette had burned out. Sad part is that was not the source of the foul odor in our room. They even charged an additional $12 for a rollaway that was reqested online. It was supposed to be part of the original fee. I will NEVER stay there again. In fact, I don't think I'll ever stay in a Super 8 and unless you're working outof town, I suggest you do the same. Devamı

Disappointed! Attendants were not friendly. Breakfast was disgusting and we found hair in our food. The attendant would only put out 1 piece of fruit at a time. There was a snowstorm while we were there and no one shoveled or plowed until late the following afternoon. Our room key wouldn't work the second night and they had to do some extensive work […] to get our door open then gave us an old fashion key. I would not stay here again. For the price, it was an overall decent hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, room was really small and the bathroom needed some work. Probably would not stay there again, might spend the extra $10 to $20 to stay at a nice hotel.

Rooms should be updated. Showerhead was corroded. It was sufficiant for my needs and price was good.

You get what you pay for. Booked this hotel at last minute for a quick weekend to go to casino, race track and mall of america. Price was right. Walls were paper thin. Room quite small. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was over at 9 am which doesn't work well when you want to sleep in on a Saturday. I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but our trip was marvelous. The rooms were great once we figured out the TVs. The rooms were clean. The only problem was that the pool was really cold. The breakfast stuff disappeared quickly and sometimes wasn't refilled but the waffles were awesome.

My husband and I are very low maintenance and don't tend to expect a lot. We always stay at discount hotels and typically don't have many issues. We chose this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub, a little more expensive than other hotels in the area that did not offer this feature. However, we went to the pool area and entered the pool, the […] water was so cold I immediately turned around and got out. My husband tried to take our young sone in to play, but he refused and cried until we got him out. There were a few older kids in the pool, but even they got out after a short time and said they were too cold and wanted to be done. We did not go back to the pool again during our three day stay. The room itself also left a little to be desired. The bathroom faucet squeaked so loud that you didn't dare use it in the middle of the night for fear of waking everyone in the room. The pillows were paper thin and the sheets felt like they had been starched. The continental breakfast was decent, including a waffle maker (which I love). Unfortunately the waffle maker was not in the lobby with the rest of the breakfast, but in the hallway, near the door to our room. Starting at 6 am, whenever a waffle was done cooking, we heard the beep, a very unwelcome wakeup call. The service was fine and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were just a number of factors that made our stay somewhat unpleasant. Devamı

Television selections were good. The pool and hot tub where on the smaller size but my kids didn't mind. The beds were comfortable and they had an extra cot for us avalaible. The continental breakfast had some variety. It was great for the money I spent and it was close to valley fair which was our destination.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room needed tons of updates! Bathroom sink was coming apart from wall. Bathroom faucet was really loose. The fan unit was also coming apart from the wall. The walls were dirty. The pool & sauna around the edges was stained. Everyone was nice but I don't think we will stay again.

I wanted a smoke free room, didnt get. The room smelled aweful. We had to leave the windows open the entire time. I also asked to get my wyndam rewards and they told me i couldnt get them since i did reservation online. They didnt seem very well organized. I used to like staying there since the 90s. This hotel was not clean the first room we asked for no smoking And they gave us smoking the bed smelled really bad tv had bad Satellite and so overall the hotel is badly managed so overall I will rate it a one and never recommend this to my friends.

The carpet in our room needed replacement/repair. The room smelled like a men's locker room full of stinky socks. The sheets were stained with yellow spots (they looked like they had been washed, but needed to be thrown out). The dining room was in the lobby with makeshift tables right by the front doors where everyone walks in and out of the hotel. […] Breaksfast was ok, but there were not enough tables for everyone to sit so we had to bring out meal back to the room. room needed updating badly, there was the equivelant of one candle light in the bathroom to shower and get ready by. nothing really around this location. breakfast area really small, had to stand to eat and they ran out of food.Seem short staffed _only one lady at front desk and always had to wait because she came from somewhere else (probably was the […] maid too), she also had breakfast duty -answered the phones -and ran the desk for check outs HIRE SOME HELP Devamı

This hotel was located in a bad part of town. The police were across the street with their lights flashing for half the night. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering how old and in need of repair it was. The carpet was literally pulling away from the wall. The sheets were very worn and there were blood stains on the cover. Also, the […] lock on the back door of the hotel was broken so anyone could enter. Bottom line is that it is cheap. If money is all you're worried about, go ahead and book it. If you are worried about a safe and comfortable stay, keep looking. Devamı

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The kids had fun in the pool. There could be a few more outlets in the rooms, but otherwise it was very good. We would definetly stay again.

Not what I was expecting. Location and staff were excellent. The building shows signs of ageing, both visually and sensory. Damp musty smelling. Othewise a-ok if you only needed as a place to sleep.

The overall stay was fine. I was placed in a Non-Smoking Room (Room #220). On our second night stay, we walked up to our floor and found that someone had been smoking Marijuana and the whole floor smelled of it. It was not something I would expect when I was on a family trip.

This was not a well maintained hotel. The room smelled musty. The pool water solders to be well past due for a cleaning and was cold. Sat down on the bed and the headboard fell off the wall revealing that it had been attached with a few drywall screws in the past that all managed to miss anything solid in the wall. This property was a 1 Star property on its' best day. The room was from 1980; the comfort level sub-par. No quesion that this was a case of "you get what you pay for". I wouldn't visit this property again.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast with waffles, can't be that. Hotel has indoor pool, not much else as far as ammenities go. But if you're only looking for a place to sleep, it's okay.

The room we stayed in was very musty almost smoky smelling. We had specifically requested a no smoking room. Had to sleep all night with the windows open to air it out. Not that it was the hotel's fault but a train came through at 6am and blared it's horn for over 15 min. Hotel was a decent price and the waffles in the morning were good.

It was clean, handy, and personal were great. I had two problems they gave away my one queen bed. and I had to update to a king. The second problem was the same I reserved the room as I checked out to be back onTuesday the 20th late and they gave my first floor room away again. I had to update again, plus no soft pillows.
