The worst hotel i stayed in a while .... Please don't use this hotel ...it looks more like a motel rented by the hour !!!!!

This hotel is so easily accessible from I-95 it's a pleasure to drive to. The breakfast included is a nice plus, and the service is excellent. I consider it my go-to hotel in Florida.

My family and I were very disappointed in our brief stay here. First of all when we got into our first room it was very dirty. The comforters on the beds were dirty. The sheets had footprints on them. There were ants crawling everywhere and gnats flying in the closets. Everything was broken including the elevator!!!! We immediately requested another […] room. When we entered our 2nd room it appeared to be a little cleaner than the 1st room. However, after about 20 minutes we started smacking our legs and and arms. After taking a closer look at the floor and sofa, the room was infested with fleas!!! The hotel ended up switching us over the Best Western next door. That was alot better. This hotel was good for the price and convenience to rte 95. If you are expecting luxury and amenities don't stay here. The room was adequate but dated but the execise room was a joke. The fellow guests ran the gammut from scary to budget conscious travelers.

Acessible to I-95

The highway traffic is deafening and the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. It was an unpleasant surprise to see this motel in such needy renewal because our experience with the chain has been overall quite good.

My parents were coming into town and I booked them a room for a night because our house was full. I checked in for them so we would be able to drop them off and not deal with checking in upon their arrival. Their flight ended up being delayed and they rented a car. I called the hotel and told them what had happened and they would be checking in again. […] I was assured that the front desk was open 24 hours and they would have no trouble. I didn't hear from my parents until the next morning. They said the doors were closed and weren't allowed in for several minutes. Once inside the attendant would not let them check in. The reservation was under my mothers name and she presented sufficient ID. My parents were still denied to check into their room because "someone", me, had already checked in. After a half hour of dealing with incompetence they were allowed into the room. I checked the room once I checked in and thought it smelled, the toilet was constantly running and the towel rack was removed from the wall and placed on the toilet tank. After a day of traveling my mother just wanted a glass of water. Much to her shagrin, the water was awful and had to wait until they left and bought some off site. The only good thing about the room was that it was cool and dry. I would never send anyone to this hotel. Devamı

Our stay was most unpleasant and we have filed a report to the Corporate Office. The condition of our room was old and weathered. The walls were quite dirty and you could see rust and chipping. In our Bathroom, we were greeted by insects! Our mattress was very soft and uneven which caused a miserable night and back pains. We did spray the room to no […] avail and we were told the next evening that we could move.Due to the late hour, we declined. My issue is that from the start the room SHOULD have been up to standard. When we left, and requested a Corporate phone number and address, the Manager told us she had none. I would not reccomend staying at this Comfort Suite. Devamı

I had to ask to be moved to a different room 3 times. The first room was dirty, smoking room (even though my reservation said non smoking) and did not even have a tub, just a shower head and a chair under it..what country are we in??. The second room wasn't even made, it smelled awful and there were stains all over the carpet and walls (looked like […] blood). Hotel was pretty clean, room was comfortable. Had something growing on the wall in the bathroom though (guessing mold or mildew)... could use updating, but overall it was okay. Would consider staying again,but asking for a different room.

My room was disgusting. The blanket was stained, the carpet was dirty and half the television channels were out. Bad hotel! It also said it had a bar, which was a lie!

Compared to other hotels in the area, Comfort Inn was much more pleasant. The breakfast was good and the gentleman stationed there was delightful.

25 dollar parking. Old but clean

The ac units leak. In breezeways water is standing outside various rooms. Inside room floor was soaking wet thru thru the carpet in the sitting area. In this climate there must mold.

Another great stay at Comfort Suites in Deerfield. I arrived late, but received prompt check-in attention and quick direction to my room. Very clean overall with many updates to the bathroom. Comfortable bed (firm mattress). Had a problem with a movie, but the hotel corrected it immediately. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this […] area of Florida. The room smell like cigarette, very far from the elevator and doesn't seem very clean. I wouln't walk bare foot in that carpet

Employees were very friendly and helpful..rooms were very clean and comfortable..except for the toilet..couldnt flush it..had to take the tank lid off and fix it!!..that wasnt an inconvience..stuff happens!

The only way to state the best review is to state the facts: the hotel is in a great location. But, the first three rooms they tried to give me were so bad that I had to aruge to keep looking at other rooms. They smelled like pets, they were musty and they all had wet carpet. Look, check out the price and then ask yourself, what type of house keeping […] can they afford at that rate, how up to date will everything at that rate - you get what you pay for!! Devamı

the room was clean and the hotel need some upgrades but for the price it was good. my daughter were not to happy with the pool at times it wasn't to clean

rough crowd. a little too pet friendly. carpets were a mess. have stayed at many Comfort Suites over the years. this one was, by far, the worst. oh, and my vehicle was stolen out of their parking lot. stay elsewhere.

little ants, the hot tub didn't work and the breakfast changed since the last time i stayed it wasen't as good

The hotel was a little dissappointing. Our room smelled of skunk and the noise at night from other guests was overwhelming. Also the gentleman in charge of the breakfast buffet was very rude. He took things off our table before we had finished, pushed his way in front of us without saying excuse me and refused to refill the buffet when asked. I had […] asked him to refill the orange juice and he told me "thats it". 10 minutes later he refilled the juice. I watched other guests deal with the same situation. It was very nice and clean. I noticed the cleaning lady does not make the beds that good if You are still there. Also something wierd that happened was that the key for the room was deactivated earlier than the check out time.

This hotel was great. The staff was very nice, very attentive to my family's needs. The kids loved the pool and being able to eat breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Checking in and out was a fast, hassle free process

This hotel is a nice, little place and the location is super convenient. Its literally half a mile from the I-95. The rooms have a clean fridge and microwave, but not too impressed with breakfast. They had toast, tiny muffins, and the like but the eggs were always really dry and the sausage or bacon was always really greasy. The price was perfect though […] for the room. Nothing over the top, but comfortable and convenient. There seemed to be a lot of ants near the sink though... Devamı

This place is tucked away next to a lake with a walk path surrounded by a busy city. A nice get away

A great place to stay and convenient to I95. The breakfast was superb with great waiter service. The room had all the conveniences of home...microwave , refrig, and all very clean.

wasn't able to try out the pool due to the weather but the room was clean, the fridge worked, internet service in the room was great, beds and couch were comfortable and they have an elevator for upper floor access. No business office on the premises but guests have the priveledge of using the best western business office just across the parking lot. […] There is also a sports bar open from 5-9 at the Best Western as well. Great location for business travel as it is right next to I-95, just minutes from the tollway and sawgrass and only 30 minutes from FLL. Devamı

Great convenient location for travelers and good hotel for kids, 3 miles from beach, always stay there on travel for business
