This hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. A movie theater is right across the street. The red line of the Metro can be reached from within the building. We have stayed here many times and find the convenience and facilities very welcoming. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The cooked […] to order breakfast every morning is just another bonus to this great hotel. We will continue to use the Embassy Suites as our place to stay while we are in DC. Devamı

the rooms were beautiful and spacious. THey had complementary breakfast (both hot and cold servings) and complementary drinks in the evening. In the room was a living room (with rollout bed), desk, couches, chairs, TV (2 of them), sink area and a separate room for the bed. My only issue is that internet was not free. We especially liked the free "happy hour" between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. The staff at the registration desk was also helpful. They printed for us a Google map on how to get back home. We also enjoyed touring the many shops within the pavillion, and the great Cheesecake Factory Restaurant.

The quality of the hotel was excellent as was the friendliness and assistance of all staff throughout the hotel. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. The breakfasts were outstanding and the complimentary drinks were each afternoon were a nice touch. As a solo traveller from overseas it gave me an opportunity to chat with other travelers […] in a safe and friendly environment. The only criticism I have is the charge for Internet access in your room. The hotels I stayed at in New York and Boston were cheaper than the Embassy Suites but all included free Internet access. There were two computers with complementary Internet use but there was often a line up and they frequently quit whilst using them. I would highly recommend this hotel. Devamı

The convenience to the Metro was amazing -- the Friendship Heights stop is right across the street. And it is not that far to more trendy neighborhoods -- I believe just 5 stops to Dupont Circle. The area is a bit quiet at night, with really only a handful of chain restaurants. I was kind of hoping the hotel would have a lobby bar as it is always nice […] to have a night cap before bed while on vaca. But aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Devamı

A superb hotel, in a great location, bountiful amenities and friendly, helpful staff. I couldn't ask for anything else.

This hotel has a convenient location for the subway,shopping and dining. Great rooms and breakfast included. The staff enjoy their patrons. Everyone was smiling and very helpful.

Hotel offers easy access to all of the typical D.C. tourist spots while holding neighborhood charm. Its location is enhanced further by the fact that the hotel sits on top of a shopping mall. Went with wife and four kids (all under 8 years old) and had the good fortune of getting a corner room which provided a nice spacious feel. Breakfast was great and the metro very convenient. We loved the neighborhood and the staff.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The metro was on the lower level of the hotel for easy access. The staff was awesome. We had trouble with the central air and it was fixed right away. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the nightly managers reception was nice. Would stay again

Check in with luggage was terrible no carts or bell hop available which was an embarrassment for the caliber of that particular hotel. The parking garage reminded you of a coal mine with the very low pipes and ceilings. Other than that, the location and the interior was amazing. Our experience was outstanding! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located on the Red Line of the Metro. The train stops under the hotel, making for easy, convenient, commuting to DC sights. The trip in to DC to see museums and monuments was pretty quick, taking about 20 minutes by train.The hotel is housed in a mall with excellent options […] for dining and shopping. The complimentary breakfast is good, with plenty if options. The " Happy Hour" was great, and kid- friendly, with snacks for adults and children, as well as board games for everyone's enjoyment. Would stay there again! This Hotel had the Metro Line right below! It had stores right inside of the hotel and a Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano's as well as other restaurants. A movie theater across the street too. We only had the kids 2 days out of the 7, but it is very kid friendly! Loved it!

Can't say enough good things about our experience at embassy suites in chevy chase. Suites were clean and roomy enough for 2 adults and three boys ages 5,8,11. Loved the cvs, cheesecake factory and upscale retail stores literally right outside your hotel room. Don't even need to leave hotel to get metro. 15 minutes and you are in dc. Loved our stay at the ES Hotel,rooms were clean,easy access to shops and restaurants and metro sub was accessable through hotel...Pool and workout area top notch as hotels go....Don't hesitate to stay,you will not be disappointed

Nice suite, however the layout of the suite was not as it was depicted on the web site. The suite was a bit smaller than we anticipated. We ordered room service, which the ordering phone call took longer and was more frustrating than we expected, due to a language barrier, the gentleman taking our order over the phone did not speak or understand English […] very well at all. It would have also been nice to have known about the $24 per day parking fee for the parking garage prior to booking our reservation. Devamı

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for two nights and couldn't have been more pleased. I was specifially impressed by the surrounding neighborhood-- there were tons of things to do and greast restaraunts all within a minute or two (walking distance). We brought our two year old daugher with us, and Embassy Suites was an ideal place for us to stay with […] her. The privacy of our suite enabled her to take her usual nap without interupption by us or others. I would recommend this hotel to others, and we plan on staying here again the next time we are in DC! We traveled from AZ to DC and it was a long day! The 1st smile that crossed our path that whole day was from the front desk hotel clerk!! The smiles continued throughout our trip and we felt like it was their pleasure to serve us!! The rooms were fantastic, they were large suites and up to date!!! The subway access was perfect!! We highly recommend this hotel for your business or pleasure trip!!! This hotel is family friendly yet it accommodates business travelers perfectly too! Overall , the hotel was comofrtable, the food was good at breakfast, and the location was fine. The construction that was ongoing in the hotel, including taking the water out for the afternoon, was not disclosed on the website before making the reservations. Very family friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was excellent.

This was my wedding night the reception was at the Maggiano's next door. The location was the perfect place to sleep off the days excitement. Too bad they dont offer room service for breakfast, we didnt want to get dressed to go down for breakfast but at least the food was good. Then we went back up to sleep some more til our late check out.

This hotel has the best of many worlds - it is beautiful and well maintained with a full cook-to-order breakfast. In addition, the metro stop is in the basement and it's connected to / opens up to a shopping mall. For a hotel not in D.C., it is very convenient to get there.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how centrally located the hotel was to shopping, food, movies, downtown DC, etc. The hotel was clean, parking was easy and the staff was great. The rates were cheap and the room was very nice. We would stay here again next time we revisit DC.
