Staybridge Suites Orlando/Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

We chose this because we had a car and spent two nights here visiting friends from Orlando who wanted to go to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. We are seniors and chose these two parks for two days and it was perfect timing. We loved the full breakfast, pool area, parking right up front and were able to bring a cooler with all our happy hours drinks and […] eats and have it in our room at the end of the day. There were lots of great restauants across the street that we could choose for diinner and it was very comfortable. The only improvement would be for the hotel to install flat screen TV.s Devamı

Hotel needs an urgent facelift, it has seen no changes for the last 10 years. However, it seems that this is already schedule for late 2012, early 2013 Saw pictures of how it will look,..and it will be great.

The room was hot and uncomfortable until 2am when the ac starts cooling, the shutle transportation was full and standing room only by the time it got to our hotel. my autitistic son had to stand on an over packed bus on the way to the parks. no elevator service to our 3rd floor room.

The room was fine except that the ac did not work well. The temp would not come down below 76 degrees during the day. But the biggest issue was the maintenance man- rude beyond measure. I would not go back just because of how he spoke to me when he came to check the ac. The front desk people tried to smooth things over, and they were great. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was extremely hot even when we placed the air conditioner on the lowest setting . The lights also went out at the first night of our stay. The free breakfast is terrible. I guess the poor taste is to remind you that it's free...

The hotel was very nice and very convenient. We just wish it had a balcony.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to take a family trip to Sea World in Orlando, Fl. My Family consists of my hubby and I, 7yr old twin girls, and my mom. This was great!! It gave us the space we needed for all of us to be comfortable. We loved that fact that it had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 3 tvs. The only downfall is that there aren't elevators..so […] if you or a family member use a wheelchair you will need to request a handocap accessible room. It is a brand new property and everything is shiny and bright. The room was very nice, a good size suite with everything except a view. The property is located in the city convenient to downtown, but too far away to see any water. Overall, very nice, however.

Conveniently located with grocery store (across street), restaurants, shopping within walking distance, this hotel offers many comforts of a home (stove, fridge, dishes, and a wonderful swimming pool). It is also easy to access from here to all the Disney parks. The cleaning ladies,kitchen staff and maintenance employees are so polite. We had a 2-bedroom suite facing the pool. Kitchenette had all the necessary utensils (except dinner spoons) and crockery for us to cook decent meals with. Housekeeping was thorough and clean towels were provided daily. Free wifi and free parking provided. Best of all was Disney experience made convenient with hotel's ticket counters and free shuttles. […] Shuttles to shopping outlets can also be arranged. Breakfast was generous. Have stayed at this same Hotel in the past (even before it was converted to Staybridge Suites), had good experiences back then, however, now it was right the opposite. Rooms and common areas are showing the sign of times and clearly you can see the lack of Maintenance to the building . Quality of "included" breakfast" is deteriorating, you can see how […] they are cutting costs all over, resulting in poor quality food; next time will get breakfast for the family somewhere else. First night when we arrived, the Air Conditioning was literally freezing the room and it couldn't be turned off (it was 1 AM in the morning), called the front desk and they reccomended to set up to different temp. level., of course no help,..the attendant thought that "freezing" was "really hot" ( ..he barely spoke english...). later around 1:30 AM a Maintenance guy showed up, he didn't have a clue either, asking pointless questions as if we don't know how to manage the AC controls (poor maintenance service), he couldn't do a thing, so I've suggested to pull the breaker off,..he reluctanly did so,..then we could go sleep around 3 AM, Next day,..they "fixed" it, worked for a few hours and at night,..it won't stop again; this time I've pulled the breaker myself and went to sleep - breaker is behind a mirror-,...this, it was not convenient and of course a very "dusty" operation. On the third day, in the morning all of a sudden brownish water was pooring from the bathroom ceiling thru the extract fan, with a high risk of short circuit (..thank god we were leaving that morning..) all towels got stained, toilette couldn't be used. Another maintenance staff person came along kind of clueless,..he thoufght that toilette above was overflowing,...it seems finally that it was an Ice Maker causing the flood. Have complained to front desk and they, of course,..apologize, not even a sign that they were willing to make it up in some way to us, after being a long time customer and member. This property is close to everything needed for a great vacation to Disney. Plenty of restaurants, drug store, grocery store, etc. Also a easy drive to all the Disney parks.

We were there on busibess. But was very pleased with the 2 bed rm & 2 bath suite. Close to all the Disney action, shoping, eating, and golf. Complete breakest with eggs, beacon, waffles, and lots of other goodies. Only complaint was we were on the third floor and there is no elevator. On our way to Tampa, our 8ppl party over nite stayed in a 2 bdrm, 2bthrm room. The place seemed smaller for such a big group but comfortable enough for everyone had a place to sleep. The kitchen,washroom and beds are clean and decent. The hotel provided utensils, pots/pans, cups and plates. The rm has a fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher. The hotel […] has laundry facility. The hot breakfast was good. muffins,donuts,bagels, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, milk, juices, eggs, waffles, sausages. A plus for the budget. Guest has an option to eat inside the breakfast room or outside, which is very nice. Lots of space around the pool, warm water, standard size, enough for the kids. Palm trees, greeneries, lots of lounge table and chairs available. Good background for pictures. The place is quiet. Location of the hotel easy to find. Very, very close to restaurants, Downtown Disney, Disney Parks, outlet shopping mall, I-4 highway. A few flaws though. No elevator, couch is old and stained, carpet needs steam cleaning. Great experience, we only stayed 1 night, but very comfortable. Used the washer/dryers because we got rained on at the parks, worked great. Room clean, large kitchen for a hotel. TVs in every room, including living room. People from all over the world there, nice experience.

De acuerdo a lo que buscabamos el hotel resultó perfecto !! Muy familiar, buena piscina, con buen desayuno incluido y todos los servicios (inclusive WI FI en las habitaciones). La atención del personal y la limpieza diaria resultaron perfectas. Además nos recibieron y guardaron hasta nuestra llegada, varios paquetes de compras hechas por internet, previo […] a nuestro arribo. La verdad es que es un hotel más que recomendable, por su relación calidad precio y perfecta ubicación. Excelente, me volvería a alojar allí sin dudas!!!
