i was pleased with my stay for the few hours i was there. Next time I stay I hope the pool is open etc. The front desk clerk was very polite and I enjoyed his attitude.

It was about as clean as a hotel that has been cleaned over and over for years could be. The hallway's smelled of smoke and I am a smoker, so you know it was really bad. The staff was nice enough. Staff not as customer friendly as should be. Really believe cleanliness at this htel can be improved.Need also to be tough on non-smoking rules as there was some smoker's smell in the rooms which are supposed to be strictly non smokers.

This was the most miserable excuses for a hotel I have ever stayed. The place was old and owners really made no effort to improve the appearance. Hallways were dark and dirtly, they were never vacuumed or trash picked up in the three nights we stayed. Breakfast is a joke 2 choices of dry cereal, warmed up 5 day old coffee, 2 dryed waffles (to be toasted), […] 3 pieces of bread to toast, 3 packaged Motel 6 cinnamon roll (very old and dryed out, couldn't eat) and about a 1/2 inch of orange juice in a pitcher; and this was at 7:15am Saturday when I was most likely their first customer. Garage cans in hallways were overflowing for 3 days, soda vending machines were entirely empty for 3 days. TV remote batteries kept falling out because remote had no back. Bathroom was very old, bathtub had been patched, sink was cracked and room was much in need of remodeling. Beds were very uncomfortable and sheets were old and wouldn't stay on matresses. Window crank was broke and you couldn't open the window. There was a visitor who had a dog that barked all the time when someone walked by it's door. Stay Away. Devamı

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location perfect to the wedding I attended, and pet friendly is a huge plus.

the hotel was clean i did not get to experance the breakfast cause i had to get up at 5 am not 6 ppl were nice and respectful and were will to go out if there way to help me i will spend more time at this hotel in the future with hopes i get my free breakfast

Can't really expect more for what we paid, but this Super 8 did not have the waffle maker that we have become accustomed to when we atay at Super 8's.

Young man at desk was nice upon check-in, but that was it. Grounds unkept. Hallways dirty. Bedding would no stay in place, no mattress covers. Not enough towels in room for number of people, 2-adults & 2-children, only three sets of towels. I've stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, it was in the 'old wing', which was of lower quality than the second stay in the newer wing. Overall, a decent stay with no complaints for the price.

I liked most of all the cheap price the room was clean smelled fresh room was quiet had free amenites if you forgot yours like tooth brush etc. house keeping was nice hotel is close to stores and eaterys. Looking forwarding to staying again. If your looking for a nice room to rest in and not break the bank well then this is your getaway

Room was slightly larger than average. Very clean. Heating and AC unit appeared upgraded and worked great. Good value for the price.

Hotel at first impression is of a rundown hotel in a very scary area. The revovations being done might improve that perception but unfortunately not in time for a second visit. The indoor pool is out of comission which will be a turndown to a high percentage of travelers. The old rundown gas station in front of the hotel does it no justice either. The […] area of St. Joseph/Benton Harbor is a summer town with shopping options and many eating options as well but you may want to opt for a more reputable hotel or a hotel closer to the lake. This was the worst getaway ever!!! We booked 3 king size bed rooms, and they were all different. One was cleaner than the others, one had tissue that we had to borrow since our room didnt. The worst part happened as we were getting ready for bed, when the toilet overflowed....without us even being near it. Literally the water from the toilet just came […] out. We called the front desk who sent someone over to attempt to clean up. We had to hold the garbage bag for him while he cleaned (nice guy, but still). He soaked up the towels and then rang them out in the toilet. We were unable to swap rooms since everythng was booked. We couldnt even go to sleep since every time you heard water we rushed to the restroom to ensure the toilet wasnt over flowing again. Didn't sleep all night. Room was dirty, beds were made but covers were dirty with shoe prints on top. In addition previous guests left behind adult phallic party favors throughout the room, something so obvious but the maid missed. We asked to switch rooms but ended up in yet another dirty room. If all local hotels hadn't been full we would have gone […] somewhere else, but no luck. My wife and I had to ask the night manager for clean sheets and bedding and we made the beds ourselves. Access to I94 was very close and the location is well outside HWY noise,The hotel is outdated but very clean, the room was clean and continental breakfast was available in the morning and decent for the price we have paid. few restaurants are available in the area , we highly recommended for anyone who will be driving through the area, if you have RV […] or trailer there is room available for parking. The hotel could really use a "face-lift". It looked outdated, but everything was clean, the price was affordable and the continental breakfast was sufficient. We did not need extra services. There did not appear to be bedspreads on the beds, however, which was odd. We were warm enough and comfortable, so we were satisfied. Thank you.

Room was newly remodeled and clean. Great value for the price in this location. Only complaint is that I called to add a room for our group the day of our stay and when we got there it was not reserved, but luckily there was one available.

Not so happy with the cleanliness of our bathroom, housekeeping needs a lesson in cleaning.... There's clean and then not clean , no middle!!!!! We stayed once before and didn't complain, this time I did! Hair in the shower and on the floor... Yuck!!

Was a little unsure when we pulled up. Well alot unsure when we pulled up. It was under construction and I couldnt figure out where to check in. The breakfast area was small. The area has lots to offer. For the price we were some what pleased. Would I go back? Price might make a difference as the other hotels in the area were priced ALOT higher. Room was icky...but you get what you pay for, it was less than 1/2 of the Holiday in Express a couple of miles up the road. It was clean enough just run down - towel with holes in it - wobbly toliet, no clock that kind of thing. The shower curtain was dirty, hair in the bathtub. The indoor pool and hot tub were not open. The outdoor pool needed to be skimmed, lots of bugs floating on top though water did look clean. Hardly anything left when we went for the breakfast, ran out of coffee cups, only a few pieces of bread left for toast. It is a Super 8 so I didn't expect ultimate luxury. The desk staff were very welcoming and nice. The King bed was comfy and the room had been redone with a nice headboard, desk and chair. The easy chair was nice, too. You could tell they took time to redo it. Nice to have microwave and fridge too. The view out the window was at a gas station, but there […] is so much to do around the area in Stevensville and St. Joe, that it didn't matter. Good window dressing fixed that issue. It's an older hotel, near the highway among strip malls. Simple decor, clean and comfortable. The service was very good and they allowed us to have our 80 pound dog for only $15 extra. If we were in the area and needed a hotel, we would definitely stay again.
