Great place to stay if you don't have to communicate with the manager Sharon. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel was equally as clean and we had a great reception from the desk clerks on the night shift. The morning manager was rude, didn't introduce herself, came out of her office with a mouthful of food and acted put out because […] we interrupted her breakfast. When discussing a problem with our billing she was condescending, rude and charged double for "incidentals". All of the other staff were very welcoming and the accomodations were great! Devamı

This hotel and their staff were amazing! I had an excellent stay. The staff even put an apology note and a bag of candy on every guest's door when they had a problem with the key cards not working!

We are originally from Pittsburgh (Baldwin and Whitehall), but now live in NW Indiana. We always stay at the West Mifflin Hampton Inn, and have never been disappointed. We are impressed with the women who take care of the breakfast. They are outstanding, and are always making sure that every detail is taken care of so that the guests are happy.

I lived in Pittsburgh all my life and moved away 8 years ago; I go back frequently to visit family in the area. This Hampton Inn is a very good choice - it's convenient location has many restaurants within a very short distance. I have never had any room problems when I stay here. The only recent problem was idiotic guys running up and down the hall […] at midnight, screaming and slamming doors. But that's not the hotel's fault. WE really liked this hotel. The pool was beautiful, clean and we spent some time in it! the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. We will return. It is convenient to stores.

One of the rooms had some sort of a leak from the bathroom in the morning. My son went to the desk to report it and to ask if his family could shower in my husband's and my room. (They had offered them another room to shower in but we thought this would be easier for them and no problem for us. They moved their things into our room and their room was […] comped.
