Courtyard by Marriott Washington Dulles Airport Chantilly - Chantilly

We were very happy with our stay. We did not encounter any problems with check in, check out, or anything inbetween. The room was excellent. Bed nice and comfy.

The hotel walls have absolutely no insulation. I stayed here for 2 nights during a recent business trip. While I was in my room, I can clear hear the entire conversation from guests in the adjacent rooms and a floor above; as clear as of the were in the same room with me. Great choice for a holiday stay. Free Continental Breakfast was a nice surprise.

This was a great value with a pre-booking from hotels.com. Extremely clean, 2 queen beds, sink/vanity in an alcove outside the toilet/bathroom. Complimentary coffee was great and the "Market" area of the hotel had a microwave. The no smoking policy is strictly enforced - no smoke smell at all. There was a choice of 5 different pillow types already in […] the room. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Although close to Dulles Airport, jet sounds were unnoticeable. The service was very slow and there were not enough people serving at a busy time. The food was good but could not enjoy due to the lost time.

Overall accommodations where great nice indoor pool and hot tub. Need more parking though

I do have a complaint filed with them about their parking (or lack of) and how their front desk handled a late night inability to find a legal parking spot. Other than that and the specific front desk attendant the hotel is good.

I was very impressed with everything that is offered. Also, there are several very nice restaurants actually within walking distance. My only "complaint" would be in regards to the internet service offered. Marriott advertises free internet access. Technically speaking, they're correct. However, the service offered for free has very limited access. […] Basically you're able to check your email and that's about it. For a fee of about $10 a day, you get full internet access. A very minor complaint with everything else that they offer. One final comment that I'd like to make. When I first arrived, I noticed some young men staying in the hotel for some sort of basketball competition in the area. I was a little worried about the possible noise. However, the rooms must have been made with some sort of soundproofing material, because I slept like a baby without hearing a peep from anywhere. Devamı

We usually stay at another hotel when visiting, but since this stay with this hotel, we will definitely return to this hotel. We were extremely impressed.

How wonderful to walk in, tell them who you are and they are ready with your key - no questions asked. Close to DC but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic and congestion of that town.

Marriott's Courtyard hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was attractively decorated. The location was perfect for our purpose and for dining out. The rate was inexpensive and yet the room didn't look or feel like it. We would definitely stay in another Courtyard when travelling again.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was extremely helpful with information of the area! Very accomodating!! Will definately stay if we are in the area again!!!!

I totally enjoyed my stay here!! The only slight issue was remedied immediately, when they originally put us in a room facing the parking lot on the first floor. But, I asked to be moved to a second floor room with a balcony and they were very polite and accommodating, and we got a room facing the courtyard which was lovely (= I was sick during my […] stay, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me get as comfy as possible. The room was beautifully decorated, and spotless, and the location is pretty close to the vienna metro station which suited our needs perfectly, and its near tons of places to get cheap good food. Also, the folks at the front desk were great in helping we country folk navigate the dc area. Overall, I had a wonderful, romantic weekend, and I will be checking in again whenever I go back to DC. They no longer have a breakfast buffet. NO BUFFET

I was not happy with this stay. The bed was too hard and all of the pillows were too soft. I was placed in a room right near the extremely loud ice machine and by the elevator. I cour not get another room because they were allegely full. The room was either too hot or too cold as the heater would not shut off. When it would get too hot I would turn […] the heater off but that I would have to wake up and turn it back on when it got to cold, I was miserable for these two days and will not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Other than the Spider in my shower the room was just OK. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

It was the simplist and quickest check-in/check-out I have ever experienced. Loved the fact the entire place was non-smoking. Cafe prices were a little pricey, but nice to have comp coffee/tea available all day. The room was very clean....I would come back again.

Front desk staff very helpful and courteous! When I went down for dinner - staff made recommendations for healthy (or not) foods on the menu! Stay was very pleasant, room was clean and well decorated!

Hotel is very close to Dulles and a lot of businesses in western Fairfax Cty. It is very comfortable and I would certainly go there again.

I was really surprised to find the bed did not have a pillow top mattress. In fact it was hard like a board and almost lumpy. I stayed for 4 nights, I could not wait to get home to my own bed. Too bad because the housekeeper was awesome and otherwise I would have been extremely happy with my stay. Sometimes I wonder if they dont give you the worst rooms […] they have when you dont book directly with the hotel. Devamı

The hotel is being redone. The rooms are the first thing they did, and since that's where you spend most of your time, all was well. As long as you can handle tape on the floor and the check in being in the snack room, the hotel was great, clean, and comfortable.

Hotel was under construction, but I didn't hear any noise. They paid for a cab when I got left at the airport by their driver for over an hour. Breakfast is not included, even when your reservation says it is.

The room was clean and well-appointed. Location is great. Fair oaks mall is 10 mins drive away. But breakfast is not free!

Hotel room was decorated very well, and very clean and comfortable. This location is also very good; the metro station only 10 minutes away, and the Mount Vernon estate only 30 minutes. The only bad thing is the small breakfast buffet was $11 dollars per person, way more than it was worth. No free or cheap breakfast here.

Excellent hotel at a great rate! Rooms was gorgeous and comfortable. Service was excellent and the grounds are well kept and safe. Excellent experience at this location.

Close to Washington DC, Dulles Airport. Shuttle bus service from airport to hotel and from hotel to the airport is convenient and reliable.

This was the second time in two weeks our family stayed at this place. We are completely satisfied with this hotel. We are sure every time we have to stay in DC area, we would choose this hotel.
