Perfect hotel to stay with the family during the weekend, very comfortable.

Room was nice but had a roach run across the desk. My daughter and wife went down to the snack bar to get a snack (delicious cheese cake) and a gentlemen who was sitting there was rude and loud. Desk clerk later apologized for the situation but I'm pretty I won't be back.

Very nice people with great service

The hotel was awesome ..the only bad thing was that the towels smelled like they were not dried well

Very comfortable hotel close to the airport and nearby attractions. Easily accessible and close to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The room is bigger than what I expected. The bathroom is a little small but OK. The complement breakfast is continental so there are no hot meals, but have other stuff like fruits, yogust, toast, cold whole eggs, coffee ...Some complaint about close to railroad, but I don't hear anything. Over all I would come again.

Everything was very good, with the exception of the shower. The glass door only goes about 2/3 ds of the way across and the floor gets flooded no matter what you do. That needs to be fixed.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for my friend and I. Staff was friendly and it seemed to be a very nice hotel. The front desk gave us waters after a long car ride, which was a nice touch (however when I asked for a water the next morning from a different front desk clerk, she only offered water for purchase). The rooms seemed […] nice and clean and it was perfect for a 1-night stay before we caught an early flight the next morning. Unfortunately, my friend and I both didn't sleep much because we were bitten by bed bugs in the night. We had double beds and both of us had bites the next morning. Sad, but true. For the remainder of my trip, I had to seal off the clothes I slept in in a ziplock bag and also used the hairdryer to try to possibly kill them (I couldn't see them). This put a serious damper on our trip. I would have recommended the hotel otherwise, but cannot do so because of our bites! Devamı

Great staff! Great breakfast spread and options for coffee and bigger breakfast was also available. Very close to were we needed to go. Loved it! Will stay again if in the area.

Great location for SA business with highway access very quick. Great selection of restaurants in the Quarry.

The Hyatt Place was at the perfect location in relation to the airport, my conference and restaurants. The room had a modern look, felt new, clean and beyond what I expected or needed. The continental breakfast offered met my picky standards and everything was well stocked.

I will stay there again, definitely, very comfortable and clean rooms,

The shower was really annoying, no bathtub, this half glass no real closure, and you had to turn the dial all the way around twice to get any hot water.

Great hotel, large room with desk, refrigerator and sofa. Brought my three kids with me, so there was plenty of room to move around. Close to retail shopping at Quarry Market and many fabulous restaurants! Also close to Alamo Heights, which was our destination location. Would highly recommend to all. Plan to stay there again.

I LOVE Hyatt Place, so I was disappointed to find a couple things wrong here ... first, the front desk clerk did - on two occasions - her best to ignore me and other customers awaiting service. Between looking down at paperwork for a long time after I had entered with a suitcase and approached the desk, and walking around the lobby aimlessly while two […] customers waited at the bar, she paid not enough attention to her surroundings, and in both cases had to be 'woken up.' Secondly,the sheets on the bed were something from my childhood - 250 count permanent press? - not comfortable bedding at all. I'll continue to go to Hyatt Place, but I think I'll avoid this one. The room was priced right with easy access to downtown or the airport. Plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The room was a nice plan. A good work, seating and sleeping areas. A fridge free parking and free WiFi. What's not to like?

Very convenient to airport. Room was quiet and comfortable. I arrived late and left very early and was not able to enjoy any of the amenities, but I was very satisfied with the price and quality.

first time in Hyatt Place. beautiful spacious room with all amenities. will stay again.

The hotel is close to the Quarry which is where I had business. The air conditioning is too loud and the shower leaks so bad. The floor in the bathroom stayed wet. All these hotels want you to re-use the towels but they don't provide towel bars to hand them on. Go figure.

One of the friendliest places I know in San Antonio. The front desk staff knocked my socks off with their helpfulness and smiles. Even the housekeepers were friendly. Pros: location next to Quarry Shopping (my personal fave), air con/fan that keeps blowing for "white noise"; and did I mention how friendly everyone is? Everything good except air conditioner was very loud

I always like Hyatts. We stayed for 3 nights. This hotel has nothing near it, so you must drive for everything. If you're just staying for the airport it is just fine. The first night we had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work, but it was easy. Staff helpful, good breakfast. Would stay again

As with all supposedly mid-range hotels in San Antonio, the Hyatt especially, the trade in certain amenities (e.g. no microwave ovens, tiny coffee pots) for supposed comfort items (e.g. a variety of pillows--that's it), and outrageous movie-theater-cost food items does not equate to anything of value. While the Hyatt has an old name brand, it does not […] deliver any more comfort, room size, or service than the more cost-effective and amenity-heavier "bargain chains". This was a long weekend vacation after a 2 week east coast trip in July. We stayed in many hotels this summer and this room was one of the best. Minimal drive to Seaworld and good selection of food across the street made this a top notch trip.
