Rooms need updating, but only hotel in the area we needed to stay, so we stayed there.

I enjoyed my stay very much and quite frankly was very surprised how updated and clean my room was. It was also very comfortable. Staff there were all very nice and accomodating. It was also very quiet eventhough the hotel is located by a major byway on the Eastern Shore. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was huge, a little old fashioned maybe (but comfortable), The room was clean at arrival but there was no cleaning when we stayed there (for 2 days) and they appeared to be a little short staffed. There's a Roses supermarket across the street, and almost everything you need is less than half a mile away. You can go to Chesapeake Bay or to the […] Atlantic in 15 minutes, to the NASA Wallops Center or Cape Charles in 40 minutes or so, so if you only need a comfortable room and call the front desk for service, it's pretty good Devamı

Stayed here as a stop-over ion our way to the Outer Banks. Our room was absolutely filthy - the tub had soap and open shampoo bottles from whoever stayed in the room before us and was evident that the tub had not been. Carpets were dirty & unvacuumed. Ice maker near the rooms was broken & I had to go to the lobby to get ice. WAY overpriced for a Quality […] Inn. I certainly didn't expect 5-star accommadations when I booked the room, but also didn't expect a filthy room. Definitely won't be back. Devamı

Most everything was booked for the Friday night we needed so we settled on this hotel. I did not mind the smoking room after we got some air fresheners from the Wal-Mart up the street. This hotel was just the right place, not too far from Chincoteague. Overall a good experience, but a bit loud Saturday night...

I have stayed at this motel before and had a fine visit. This time only smoking rooms were available. It was dirty and cleaning had not been finished. Then truckers were parked on this end of the building and were outside talking loudly till at least midnight. Do not book a smoking room, better to go somewhere else.

This is a good base for exploring the entire Virginia part of the Eastern Shore. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a CVS and a Roses (just in case you forgot something).

The hotel room was facing the McDonald's drive through. The light was shining in our room even though the shades were closed. It was very noisy and we could hear music from the car stereos in the drive through. Dissapointed that our hotel was on the second floor facing a loud McDonald's fast food restaurant with a 2 year old. The hotel was fairly empty. […] They could have given us a room on the other quiet side of the building. Would not stay here again. Devamı

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel and its location was near shopping and food, and near where my daughter lives :-)

Onley VA was an overnight stop for our trip to Ocaracoke NC for my husband and me. The web site had us in smoking but Frankie switched us to non-smoking. Gave us detailed info of local eateries and attractions. The hotel is older but pleasant. The carpet looked worn but was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Even the corners were clean. The king size […] bed was comfortable and the pillows OUTSTANDING!! One nice feature, is fridge in every room. With Holiday Inn Express, you have to get a suite to get a fridge. Didn't eat breakfast at hotel. Dinner at Sunshine Restaurant very good and reasonable. Devamı
