Very clean and comfortable; great value for money. Staff service was excellent. We loved the garden in Sheraton Bandung; very relaxing and so nice to be in nature with all the butterflies! Our room bath water did not drain since we arrived, but no action was taken even after several time we have infromed the front desk. This hotel do not qualify for 5 star or event for that matter 4 star

From the information, I was expecting the valley to be totally forested. Instead we were looking at hillside houses among some greenery. But nevertheless, it was very relaxing sitting at the balcony terrace having an evening cocktail.

Our stay was particularly nice given our complimentary upgrade and the outstanding staff who made our stay wonderful. The room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included and offered a great selection. Would just suggest covers for the food to keep flying insects off.

Absolutely everything in the hotel is of a very high standard with the following exceptions: service in the restaurant is a little slow, reception was occasionally understaffed and checkin/checkout should not have taken so long, the wired internet in the room is a total rip-off, and the very loud call-to-prayer will wake you up at approx 4am if your […] room is on the mosque side of the hotel. The 'Stay 2 nights, Get 3rd night free' package was value for money. The hotel service is good, the room is nice and clean and the hotel's surrounding neighbourhood is quiet with nice hillside view. The spa packages are value of money too.

We are staying for 3 nights at this hotel. The best thing that I like is the hotel environment. It's very green, surrounded by many trees. We were given a room at the lowest floor faced the garden. It was very nice room, but the phone network is a bit weak. Sometimes we need to go outside the room to get a better signal. Overall, the hotel is nice, […] except the taxi service ordered from the hotel. We asked for taxi few times, but all the taxis always charge the super expensive price. They don't want to run on the meter. The sad thing is they don't allow Blue Bird (the best taxi in Indonesia) to get into the hotel for passenger, although we personally call the taxi to pick us in the hotel. I hope the management can be a little bit wise. If they don't allow Blue Bird to pick the hotel guests, then they should make sure that their recommended taxi run on meter, not like cheating the guests with unreasonable prices. Devamı

I had the impression that the toilets in the guest rooms were not cleaned daily. For the rest, highly recommended.
