Hotel was run down and in dire need of renovation. Would not stay there again.

this location lacks effective signage and, although it has several driveways in, keeps all but one chained. If you miss the only allowed entrance you have to drive a couple of miles to get back.

Rooms are OK but when walking to your room it seems a 1950 hotel. Why they just remodel the lobby and rooms? Why the carpets look so old and nasty? Old, horrible TV. The only thing you can do when coming back to your room is watch some TV... Why do not update the TV for a plasma? I'll not come back to a Holiday Inn anymore.

I made the reservation for 3 out of town business guests. When they checked out after paying they were told they could not get a receipt and that the 3 receipts were being mailed to me. First, that makes no sense. Second, I haven't received the receipts.

First, I had to walk back n forth from my room to front desk cause the room would not open. Their service technicians, including the manager, could not figure out what the problem was. When they finally gave me another room, it had two double beds, when I specifically asked n reserved a room with king size bed. When I confronted the staff, she blatantly […] said "you can cancel ur reservation here n go find a hotel with a king size bed". Wow... WOW!!! I was just dumbfounded by their service, or lack there of... I would ask the viewers to look for some place else if u value customer service. Devamı

The hotel staff are the main detriment to the hotel. Other then a broken desk chair, which they replaced, the main problem here is the staff. I asked the front desk if they knew of a gas station and the person just put in dallas gas station and printed it out. Said the first one is the closest. It was 17 miles away. Did my own search and found one less […] than a mile. The night front desk lady was both mean and sarcastic. I did not and would not set foot in the pool so cannot say how that was but the hotel itself was huge and clean enough. The elevators work sporatically. The hotel has a good location and seemed safe so good for a quick stay if you need nothing from the staff. If you want customer service, do not stay here. When I asked about a new chair the first night the lady laughed at me and said " What you cannot remember your room number?" when I could not immediately give it to them. This was the fifth hotel so the hotel room numbers ran together. I did not understand why they were so mean. Devamı

Needs major updating from front entrance broken tile to broken sauna.

Needs serious updating and repairs! Hot tub out of order, elevator out of order, vending machines out of order. Looking for a flat screen TV in the room? Not here buddy! Try Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel was very nice. However we were on a floor with a lot of loud people who played music all night from approx 1030pm until we had enough and moved rooms at 130am! We had 2 small children sleeping, and called the front desk.. they told us that they had already warned them to turn it down.. and nothing changed! The cops ended up showing up, and […] the music was "turned down".. Thankfully we were able to change rooms. After that, we had a peaceful night. The hotel was VERY nice though. Clean rooms, etc. The bar was nice, too bad no happy hour on the weekend! Indoor pool was cold, so we stayed in the hot tub. Overall, nice hotel & staff.. but not nice neighbors next to us! We came for a Sam Moon shopping trip and it was in walking distance!! Devamı

Free internet is great! Convenient location. Good value.

Comfortable rooms, great location, easy to find

This hotel was clean and nice. It was a pretty good deal, but the buffet breakfast was pricey. It was easy to see off the highway so easy to find. The staff were friendly. It worked for what we needed.
