Super hotel in a brilliant location. Really comfortable and our room was ready when we arrived at 9.30 in the morning which was a great bonus! The beds are mega comfortable, really needed after a long day's shopping! We'll definitely be back!

Bit out of the way for business but OK if you are a tourist for south Kensington Museums, Hyde Park, Harrods etc. Room wasn't serviced one of the three days I was there which wasn't great, but otherwise, hotel is fine.

It was the last room available and it lived up to that bill. The room was right over the kitchen and, since the window didn't close all the way, it was filled with different aromas. The shower was clogged. At first, I had one minute to use the water before I had to turn it off due to a clogged drain. It eventually drained. After I reported the problem […] and supposedly some action taken, I had two minutes to use the water before it filled the drain. The cook could not get my eggs cooked to my satisfaction during a four day stay. It was a great location and friendly front desk staff. Behind the scenes seemed to be lacking. Devamı

I would stay at this hotel again. The hotel was clean, service was good and efficient and location was great - 50 metres from tube station. It was convieniently located. The rooms are small but they are adequately furnished so even this was not really a negative. The bathroom was a good size give the overall size of the room. My sister was in a single […] room that was hysterically small but even this was sufficient as we were out sightseeing all day and didn't really need anything other than a clean room to sleep in. My room accomodated myself and my two daughters one of whom slept in a rollaway cot. It was a bit tight but certainly manageable. Cleanliness is more important to me than having more space. Liked the stay here; great breakfast included. Had a third person with us - thought suite meant another room - it doesn't. Still worked fine for one night.

Hotel was updated, clean & comfortable. Great food & nice cozy bar. Staff was very helpful & polite. Train station literally across the street and a bus stop right outside the door. I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter & our executive studio had 2 separate rooms with a TV in each. Great feature when your viewing taste is different from the little […] ones. Location was brill close to tube Staff and facilities were spot on room was a bit compact but it's not the room that you want when you are visiting London

I don't normally write reviews, but felt I should as my stay was excellent. The hotels location is brilliant, less than a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station. The hotel is modern, very clean and had everything I needed and more. Would 100% stay here again.

Very clean hotel with well equipped, modern rooms. Excellent shower, although bathrooms in single rooms are very small (not unusual for London though). TV with good range of free to view digital channels. Location is great for business guests visiting exhibitions at Earls Court, just one tube stop away. Gloucester Road station is immediately opposite […] the hotel so almost anywhere in London only a short journey away. The only slight negative is that single rooms do actually only have a single bed. First-class room and loads of places to eat nearby. I had one problem with the room, but the General Manager personally phoned me (brownie points for that) to sort it out. Much better than typical London hotels.

we recently stayed at the Rydges Hotel for 2 nights. Enjoyed our stay very much. The service and cleanliness was outstanding. Room was very nice and we had the best sleep ever in a hotel due to a very comfortable mattress and the size of the bed (king). Only small concern was the size of the bathroom. requested move from mouldy Lower ground floor room, this was done immediately and the problem reported.New room clean but duvet and runner had some staining.(1 on duvet, several on runner).continental breafast very good (incl in price) probably cost more than a full english .good location .

All in all, a very convenient hotel for the Royal Albert Hall, rooms comfortable, beds huge, spotless room, and a great restaurant. The staff could learn to be a little more 'pleasant', and there was a bit of noise from the road, but I'd imagine the rooms at the back would be lovely and quiet. Excellent location, the hotel room was very clean and tidy could not have asked for more. Great shops in walking distance and the most important thing the hop-on-hop off bus right outside the door.

I ordered a "studio" room and couldn't help but feel cheated as the room was essentially just one room with an extra bed, which I never needed. I was hoping to get a room with a small separate lounge and tv, but I guess in London that may perhaps be asking too much. This is what I thought I paid for though - I wouldn't of stumped up the extra cash if […] I knew I was only getting an additional sleeper couch bed out of the deal. Very pleasant staff on check in was offered a choice of floor as hotel was quiet. And asked if any other preferences, good info on local travel issues as it was NYE , nice modern room and shower was wonderfull

The hotel looked great after its recent refurbishment but it just felt a bit uncomfortable. Our room (Executive King, basement level) had no bath and one of those showers that comes straight down from the ceiling. Not my favourite design if you don't want to wash your hair although there was also a handheld shower head. The toilet is square, not very […] comfy and there wasn't enough room for 2 people's toilet bags. The bed was lovely and comfortable but the bedside tables are difficult to reach. The air con kept returning the room to 21 degrees when 24 felt nicer. The dining room was interesting to look at but the strange jazz music was a bit of an acquired taste. The chairs were too low for the tables and the forks were impossible to use, curving round the wrong way. I would go again but it wouldn't be my first choice. The bed however was great. Not a twin zipped together but a proper comfortable mattress. The staff were very helpful and it is very convenient for Gloucester Road tube station. Devamı

I t was my first time staying at this hotel.It is a pleasant location and I couldn't fault the room. The hotel is a good base but not the sort of lace one would want to spend anytime in. The bar is small and basic as is the reception area.

Loved the room, quite modern and had a slight masculine air to it but really good size, king executive room. Coffee machine a little temperamental but was worth waiting for the coffee. Also given coffee bags as an addition to be used with kettle rather than those horrid instant coffee sachets. A pack provided dressing gown and slippers. Flat screen […] tv. Bathroom lovely with a detachable shower which was great for me as had a foot injury. Bathroom products were lovely and unusual. Towels not the greatest quality, so room for improvrment but not worth marking down and just possible was a one off. Breakfast t £15 per person seems a little steep so did not have it, so cannot judge. I booked this hotel as the Radisson which i usually stay at on the Cromwell road, was too expensive and really glad I did. Lovely hotel. Devamı

We enjoyed a two night stay when we first arrived in London-- and we returned for another night after traveling north for a bit. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was friendly and pleasant. Several were eager to answer questions and help us with map routes. Rooms are small, but efficient and very clean.
