Had chosen this particular hotel especially for the indoor swimming pool as we had small children in the party and were looking forward to using the pool. Very disappointed to have the pool inoperable during our 2 day stay. No attempt on the staff's part to help us find another location we could swim at.

Called ahead before booking to verify an airport shuttle for my flight times. Upon arrival the shuttle was closed and not available on Sundays for my return flight despite being told it was available for both flights before booking. Housekeeping never came during the stay. Shower was ICE cold at 6am the first day, 7am the second day. The breakfast pastries […] were stale. The hotel staff couldn't have cared less about any of the above items. I stay in a hotel about every 2 weeks and am pretty forgiving, but this experience cost me money and time for which has cost Holiday Inn my business for good. Devamı

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. tHE ONLY THINGS THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WOULD HAVE BEEN A WORKING JACUZZI AND MAYBE A DVD PLAYERS FOR THE ROOM.

Rates are too high for the kind of service and the condition of the property! Its a really old property with bad rooms and really poorly trained front desk staff! Completely un-welcoming attitude! Went in to my room to find no shampoo in the bathroom, only 1 towel and hairs on the hair dryer! The ACs are really old and donot work very well. The breakfast […] is really bad as compared to all other holiday inns. I have been a manager at a holiday inn and can easily tell if the breakfast if cooked fresh or from the previous day. The biscuits were hard and omlettes were stale dry! Instead of two meats only one meat was put up(cost cutting at guests expense!) I ate breakfast at the dunkin donuts every single day! Too bad for a holiday inn, I don't know how could they even pass the inspection! And to top it all up, I had requested to add my priority club number to the reservation and while checking out they confirmed they did add it! And guess what? I never got any points! :) YAY! Devamı

Hotel is nice, staff is nice, but gave poor directions to the hotel, which is EXTREMELY difficult to find! Hotel quality is good. Room was clean and quiet.

My wife and I stayed over for the evening in Greenville for a birthday party at her brother's house. The hotel was close to all of the shopping on Woodruff Rd. and nice for the price we paid. Would definitely stay here again...

Both days that I stayed here the shower was freezing cold. Not just luke warm, but fully cold. This was aweful since it was the dead of winter and extremely cold outside. I informed the management of this on my first day, but they had not yet fixed it on my second day. Thankgoodness I had to check out before I had to endure any more...

Greenville airport shuttle bus운행되므로 편리하였고 거리도 10분 정도 걸렸던 것 같습니다. shuttle bus는 미리 시간 예약을 해두면 그 시간에 바로 사용이 가능하고, internet도 비교적 잘 되었고..아침식사도 괜찮았던 것 같은데... 주변은 매우 한적하고, 상가나 도심까지는 별도의 차량으로만 이동이 가능합니다. 약 30분정도 가야 Greenville시내가 나옵니다.
