Omni Hotel Independence Park - Philadelphia

excellent, except that a bird farting outside could be heard. I was on the 5th floor,...with a wonderful view; as most occupants have.

Met all my expectations. Location could not be beat. Only negative is there was not a drug store nearby open late.

Wonderful staff and hotel, we arrived early and asked to check our bags, they actually had a room available and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and comfortable.

The location is as good as you can get for sightseeing in the historic district. Everything i s a short walk away. The room was large and very clean. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel.

It was great, the room had a comforting feel and the view we had was great.

Room and deal from hotels.com was great. The service from the hotel staff was amazing, the only problem was the AC in the room was not working. After midnight I started to notice how hot the room was. I tried to turn the temperature in the room down lower and there was on luck. I was going to contact the hotel staff and let them know but from traveling […] was so super exhausted. A night out on the town without the kids, followed by sleeping in all morning.

My fiancé and I decided to do a romantic getaway President's Day weekend, do some historical touristy things, eat some great food, etc. The room and hotel were both beautiful, but unfortunately it was tough to see our great view because the windows were DISGUSTING. They were completely caked over in gunk and very clearly had not been cleaned in probably […] years. The room itself was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. We were very close to all historical landmarks. The hotel and room were nicely maintained.

The Omni is located in walking distance to Philadelphia's Independence hall and the Liberty Bell. it has a very good retaurant with others equally as good within walking distance. The working staff were pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I took our 10 yr old son for 2 nights on Spring break. It was a very pretty Hotel, quiet lobby and bar area in a good way. The room was just big enough, clean, newer feel. We loved it and will go back to this hotel in the future!

This hotel is well located close to the tourist attractions, museums, and quaint Old City neighborhood of Philly. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Our only complaint was the construction taking place on the sidewalk close to the Hotel, which is the main access to get to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, etc. […] Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay there again if in Philly. needs a renovation

location was great, and the service was nice, but the water in the pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot, the tiles on the floor in the pool area were too slippery.

Very nice hotel in excellent location for tourist attractions such as visitor's center, and Liberty Bell. Bedding was a bit worn, as was, some chair upholstery. Beds are wonderful and the bathrooms are a nice size.

Fantastic location amidst the colonial landmarks and walking distance to downtown. A refined business hotel that didn't blink twice at families. Only caveat: Wifi was not working for 3 of 4 days of our stay, and service was spotty on the fourth

Just one night at the Omni sadly, but the staff were charming and friendly, the location perfect (right by Independence Hall) and room comfortable. Didn't eat here (had whole of Philadelphia to explore). Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of many attractions. Walking distance from restaurants. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I took a mini-Babymoon to Philly and enjoyed it so much, 3 years later we took the whole family for a relaxing Easter weekend. The location is perfect to walk to everything you want to see! The guest services are so helpful. Great hotel in a great neighborhood.

The Omni is perfect for parents traveling with children. They greeted our children (2 and 5) with backpacks complete with explore Philly items, made sure they knew how to dial "0" to order milk and cookies (free!) before bedtime, and throughout our stay everyone was cheerful and eager to accommodate. This was an excellent hotel with the perfect location. The only difficulty was the parking. We had a rental car and if you took the car out of the lot you had to pay each time and it was quite expensive.

We expected a great 4 star hotel, but it was only okay. The location and most of the staff were great. The garage that they use has ultra tiny parking spaces - not fit for a decent compact car. The room had peeling wallpaper. We found someone else's flip flop in our room. They said they had free Starbucks in the lobby, but when we got to the lobby, […] there was no creamer and no coffee. The Omni is one block from the Liberty Bell and walking distance to restaurants and sights. Parking is an issue just like the rest of the city. We had to pay $25 per night to park in the garage behind the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff very helpful, and we will go there again.

Wonderful stay, beautiful hotel and the most courteous and friendly employees I may ever have experienced. Only possible suggestion is the mattress was firmer than I prefer.

I took my girlfriend here overnight for our anniversary because it looked very nice for the money (and I can't afford the Four Seasons at the moment) and it's only two blocks away from Zahav, our favorite restaurant in the city. Pros: -Great location, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and some of the city's best restaurants. -Our […] room featured a beautiful view of Independence Hall. -Large flat screen television with good cable selection including HBO and Showtime. -Free WiFi. -Clean room with Comfortable bed -Doorman to keep out the riffraff. -Helpful, friendly desk staff. Cons: -Very thin walls; can hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. -A little outdated. Could use a remodel. -It was warm in our room despite turning the thermostat all the way down. Windows open but have no screens. Not much you can do if the rest of the hotel is using heat. Overall: Probably the best deal you will get in this part of the city, and much nicer than characterless chains like Holiday Inn, but do not expect luxury. Devamı

Hotel very convenient and walking distance to where we wanted to go, room was lovely overlooking the park, we were upgraded to 2 queens,although we had ordered deluxe queen with sofa bed, were very pleased,since we were women and not a couple and wanted separate beds.
