I was going to give this hotel 5 starts, BUT, the unbearable slow Internet knocked off two stars.

The front desk staff on check in were rude and not very helpful in resolving a reservation issue. They were distracted and focused on another issue, never stopping to listen or attempt to resolve my issue.

Heater cover in my room kept falling off. Asked for a room with a frig. and was told they didn't have anybecause the rooms were booked up. Found that hard to believe with the low amount of people at the hotel.

I must say it was nice and quiet but the sheets were not so clean looking. I didn't like the fact that if I wanted to reheat my food I had to go to the restaurant ask for it to be reheated.

Liked the sleep number bed, quietness, cleanliness, and good rate. Room cold on arrival but clean. Heat kicked in just warm enough to be comfortable. Smoke detector beeping but quickly remedied with new battery Wished it came with continental brkfst even if it were just cold cereal; not wanting to commit to $9.75 for brkfst down the hall. No indoor […] pool, a hot-tub would've been nice but not a huge deal. Overall a VG experience and a gtrat night's sleep. So can we get a free night to come back? :<) Devamı

Hotel staff was efficient, pleasant and well-informed. Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel was within a short drive to many restaurants and Woodfield Mall. The meeting room for our event was kept clean and well prepared. The best part was the Sleep Number beds. I sure didn't expect that for the price I paid. Downside was the hotel restaurant was Chinese […] food. Also, the hotel was showing some wear and could use with some updating. For the price I paid, it may be the best hotel value I've ever experienced. I would happily stay here again if I were in that area. Devamı

The first hotel I ever stayed in with a Sleepnumber bed. It was a little difficult 2 get used to, but once I found my number, it was the nicest hotel bed ever.

I was surprised to see this hotel downgraded by Radisson to the Park Inn name. I've stayed here many times over the past couple years, and it's always been an excellent quality place. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and don't have that "cheap hotel" feel, and the staff are efficient and helpful. The only complaint I could have is that some of the other […] guests are sometimes partying and loud late into the night, but that's to be expected at any low priced hotel. It is easy location to find and conveniently located from Woodfield Shopping Mall and Convention Center.There appeared to be much to do in the area. Quick check in with staff was very friendly and professional.We enjoyed 100% non-smoking facility and room was very clean and modern.The linens and bed was comfortable and room was very quiet for good night […] sleep.We visited Chinese Restaurant(Ming's Grill) which was very delicious. We also used hotel shuttle to Metra which was quick and very convenient with free of charge. We would definitely stay here again, not a single complaint Devamı

I love to stay in this area of Chicago but this hotel was old and outdated.We had a conference there and the chairs in the conference room had holes and the ladies bathroom near the conference room smelled like sewer.Had silk flowers on top of where the TV set and they were covered in dust. The floor lamp had no knob to turn it on. Will not stay there […] again. Had plenty of towels but they were a dingy white. Friends looked at 3 rooms before they settled on one they thought was clean enough. Devamı

We had traveled quite a distance and after checking in late afternoon our room on the 2nd floor was very dirty.The bedspreads were stained and the pillowcases were dirty, all wrinkled like someone had slept on them. There was dust on everything, the heater was full of dust and other debris. We complained and was moved to a room on the 4th floor, it […] was better but far from clean. Nice stay, staff were great. Only down side is in unit air/heat units, so noisy have to turn off to sleep
