Hotel Prati - Napoli

When I booked this hotel I thought this hotel will be a very good hotel at this price when I arrived I experienced they have a good photegrapher. The rooms were clear on the pictures but on real life those are dark and have some bad smell. The neighborhood is dirty and not so safety. The breakfast isn't so good: croisaint with marmalde, no ham, no eggs. […] The only positive thing is the staff. Devamı

Do not stay at this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The staff was friendly, but it could not make up for the horrible hotel and aweful location. It was so bad there, that my rental car was stolen right in front of the hotel...

The Hotel is too dirty, no Tv, no good service the Hotel don't deserved any stars

Weel it lacking comfort, staff, cleanliness etc would not recomend even going to Naples its awful

I can not find anything positive to say about this hotel. The beds were bad. The bathroom had mildew, the shower was the smallest we saw in all of Italy. The noise from the street was so loud that even as exausted as we were no one in the family could sleep. After I showered, I walked from the bathroom to my bed barefoot, and when I got to the bed I […] could see dirt and yuck on my feet from where the floor needed to be cleaned. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not even close to a 3 star. Don't even bother with stopping in Naples. Naples also had trash everwhere, and I never had the feeling of being safe. The hotel is very close to the main train station in Naples. The price is really cheap and the hotel matches the price. The staff was friendly and spoke English but the rooms were terrible (clean enough) but it was on a very noisy street so there was no quiet moments. このホテルは中央駅から近く、トラムの乗り場もすぐ近くにあるので、どこかに行くにはとても便利な場所にありました。また、Wi-Fiがロビーのみで５ユーロで使えると思っていたのですが、実際は無料で使えました。 夏に泊まったため非常に暑く、クーラーがなかったので窓を開けるしかなかったのがつらかったです。しかも外は夜中結構うるさかったです。ですがその分ちょっと歩くと、安くておいしいレストランがあり、トータルでは満足です! お金を浮かせたい方や、学生には十分なホテルだと思います。

Rommet vi fikk var overhode ikke tilnærmet bildene på internett, ledninger hang, alt var gammelt og nedslitt, sengen nedliggi, fliser på bad møkkete. Det luktet gammel røyk (hadde bestilt røykfritt rom). da jeg spurte om annet rom grunnet røykallergi, kom de og sprayet med blomsterspray, fikk ikke annet rom, hadde ikke TV eller internett som ble annonsert. Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'Hotel Prati a Napoli per il week-end del 1° Maggio 2011 e ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia come cortesia del personale, che come pulizia e confort in dotazione dell'Albergo. Inoltre, l'Hotel Prati è strategicamente situato in un'ottima posizione del centro di questa magnifica città. albergo accogliente pulito e personale molto disponibile........ situato vicino la stazione di napoli , praticamente in centro........esperienza positiva da rifare sicuramente.......... nulla di negativo

The hotel should have been rated a 1 star, not 3. The first receptionist who checked us in did not understand much english, he made us sign a form which gave us privacy with the police or something. This made no sense to us and he could not explain us why. The room was filthy, the minibar was leaking, the bathroom discusting, very dark hallway, terrible […] breakfast with white bread and terrible coffee, the worst in Italy ever. Only the juice was nice. We stayed at the 2 floor and each night weird sounds came from upstairs. Naples is also a very dirty city with trash in the streets and almost no restaurants and this is the only city where we felt unsafe. We went to see pompei which was wonderful but we should have stayed there at a hotel, not in Naples. Devamı
