The cookies were a nice treat upon arrival. The hotel looked sophisticated yet modern and cozy. I really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The scent was very springy! Great location, convenient to everything. Love the restaraunt and buffet. Enjoyed the live band that was playing. Wish band would have played past 10pm. The only problem I noticed was spot on carpet in my room (maybe needs cleaning or replacement). Overall, I totally enjoyed my stay at Double Tree.

Nice hotel, lobby, rooms. Beds OK. Desk chair not all that comfortable nor is extra room chair. Great cookie on check-in!

Very convenient right off the highway...the staff greeted us with warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies which were amazing. Our room was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and recommended a local restaurant which was amazing (rae's coastal cafe). Also nearby are a Starbucks, movie theater and several chain restaurants. The stay was quite good and the staff was amazing. They even called to check on me which i truly appreciate. The one complain i would have is that I found a hair on my pillow and it was black hair. I am blonde so I know that hair had to be somoene else. However, I just got a tissue and picked it up. Good location- close to interstate access and easy to get to downtown Augusta. Room was a little tight with two bicycles and a dog cage but enjoy staying here every year for the Augusta 70.3 race!

Stayed in an executive suite. Very comfortable and provided the extra room needed with family. Staff was courteous. Overall a good stay.

It is so neat and so comfortable to stay in.

Wonderful hotel! Great service friendly staff. Room very comfortable and clean!

Base on our direction of travel this was a easy on an off stop that worked out great. Several great places to eat near by but would recommend the Noisy Oyster.

I always enjoy my stay at Doubletree. The staff is always professional, bed are so comfortable, and the cookies are delicious!

While the hotel originally sent us to a room that was still being cleaned by the maid staff, the room (once reassigned) was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable with some of the softest pillows ever. Semi-indoor pool with a surprise for those with a sweet tooth . Who knew Doubletree was also secretly on of the worlds premier purveyors […] of chocolate chip cookies?!?!?! Good stay... Devamı

The bed is a little too soft. It may be just my preference. I like it a little firmer.

Hotel was fine but there was no wash cloths in the bathroom. We did not call for more, it not worth doing that when your wet. I do wish they would put more than two regular coffee that means only one each for a copuple.

Instructed a Course in Augusta at the Doubletree and also stayed there as well. Facilities were great. Room was good as well. My only complaint was the toilet always seemed like it wasnt going to flush. I called to have it fixed but IDK if the issue was ever addressed b/c it didnt seem like anything changed when I got back to my room. Other than that, […] everything was great. I stayed in a suite with a whirlpool and king size bed. The bed was awesome, no complaints there. The internet was a bit slow but that is to be expected at a hotel. The rooms were very spacious. We thouroughly enjoyed the pool area! The front dest ladies were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we need an overnight room in Evans, GA. It's the only hotel in Evans we found that doesn't reek of cigarette smoke stench. That's the main reason we found it in the first place. For a Doubletree, it's far from the best, based on a fantastic Doubletree we stayed at in Bethesda, MD. But it's still better […] than all the surrounding hotels. Of course, it may cost nearly twice as much as the cheapest surrounding hotels, but we considered the price reasonable nevertheless. This Doubletree has been consistently clean, and the bed always comfortable. It's far from brand spanking new, but still seems more updated than competing hotels around. The only negative we noticed was the small bathroom size at this particular Doubletree. The bathroom door clears the toilet rim by a few inches or less. You cannot use the toilet without closing the door. It's also hard to use the sink with the door open, and you can't get in and out of the shower with the door open, so basically, you must close the bathroom door to use the bathroom, which was annoying but tolerable for 1 night. Other Doubletrees I've used have had much much bigger bathrooms. Not this one. We were just relieved to have no smoke smell in the room, although the elevators did reek of smoke. Did not check out any amenities at this hotel, can only speak for the room itself. Doubletree beds are always the best hotel beds for this price. Only more expensive Hilton family brand beds are better. Bottom line: even the sparsest, smallest Doubletree like this one is more than twice as good as the hotels that cost half as much. Devamı

The staff was very accomodating. Each staff greeted us with a smile. The rooms were very clean and the bed so comfortable.

This was my first visit to the Augusta Doubletree and I would definately stay again. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be the size of the bathroom. It reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom, very tiny. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay at a nice hotel.

Loved the fresh baked cookies at check-in! Having an indoor and outdoor pool was a plus! The hotel was very well maintained and when we had a light bulb burnout they were there within about 15 minutes to change it. The rooms were well sized, with plenty of room for three very large suitcases. Lots of space to move around in without tripping over each […] other. Would stay there again! Devamı

My fiance and I stayed here last Saturday, and our first impression of the room was that it was very nice, one of the nicest we've seen in Augusta. Everything was great in our room... nice contemporary modern look, decent sized flat screen TV. All that was great until we tried to go to sleep, and the bed was not comfortable. At All. The feather pillows […] seem nice at first unlil about 30 minutes later it is flat as a pancake. We also heard great things about the Seafood Buffet at the restaurant, and we were not impressed. If you are expecting a large selection of food to choose from, you will be dissapointed. And for the price we paid, we were expecting a lot more. If you are basing your hotel choice on cleanliness and style this would be a great place for you, but don't expect value or comfort. Devamı

One of the best I have ever had the priviledge of staying at.

we love the all you can eat, friday night, Cab feast. everyone needs to go once. only thing i do not like is the inside rooms with the fake windows. those rooms get hot and stuffy.

Wanted suite but got king room . Nice full service hotel for price.
