We found the room and all areas of the hotel to be neat and clean. There was a good variety of food for breakfast .

Checking in @ 3:45 pm and front desk informed room wasn't ready yet because it was busy last night, Unhappy :( room with 2 double beds is narrow and doesn't have fridge & microwave.

First time at this Inn and we will always stay there when we are in Missoula. Very Nice and helpful clerks at the Desk both night time and day time. Breakfast was all that we needed and more, great and fresh. Room very clean and the whole Inn was very nice. Would recommend this Inn. the hotel was an average Days Inn: one story bungalow style, dated interiors, low-quality towels and bedding. It was fine for a brief run through Montana. The breakfast was average too: hot and cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, toast, waffles. Lots of use by day crews in the area, so there was a laundry available as well.

There was a faint pet odor, or something type of smell. Most of the tv channels weren't coming in and the problem was not fixed until the next morning. Staff had been aware of the issue earlier in the day, but had not taken steps to fix the situation.

Room was clean. Thought we were getting two queens and the beds were full. Mattresses needed to be updated. Could feel the springs through the bed mattress padding.so not very comfortable. The hotel has upgraded since my last stay there two years ago-- The in-house breakfast now has a very wide array of yummy options, the pool was very clean. The staff was so, so courteous and accomodated me when I showed up with an addition to my reservation of one extra person AND my dog. All of the employees were wonderfully helpful and friendly. My only real complain was the pool temperature. I knew it wasn't heated but it was downright cold and my daughter couldn't swim for more than 3 minutes without shivering. After 10 hours in the car, she was disappointed she couldn't swim but she had a lot of fun in the shower. The room wasn't bad at all, but the area it was in wasn't very good at all, miles away from the interstate, clear on the other end of town, only hotel at that end of town, kinda secluded behind a couple casinos, almost got a little creeped out when pulling up, I was so uncomfortable staying there with my child alone that i left and stayed at a different […] hotel. Continental breakfast was lacking somewhat. Room heat pump needs serviced, would not maintain event temperature.

The fire alarm went off first thing in the morning, the window to our room didn't lock...The breakfast was horrible the eggs cold and nasty tasting.... the front desk staff was of no help when I checked in she didn't even know I had prepaid... then she charged me 20.00 for my two dogs when online it had said a 10.00 fee for up to two dogs.... will never […] stay again..... The hotel seems fairly new but it's showing some wear and tear. Front desk should go through a little training on greeting guests, they seemed really uninterested.

This hotel is quite satisfactory for the price. However, if one is a light sleeper, you will not rest well if nearby rooms are occupied. What a great place. The breakfast is the nicest I've ever seen. The room was a bit small but really clean and nice, great bathroom, and the pool was fantastic. Spa was nice and everything was very clean. My kids loved it... thank you!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sleep Inn Missoula. The front dest clerk was very friendly and accomodating. The room was in good condition and I was very satisfied with the pillows!

There was loud machine type noises all night long. It sounded like toilets being flushed every 5 min. and a washer and dryer going in the next room all night long! It actually made the bed vibrate. We also could hear anyone talking or laughing in the hallways. Needless to say we were not able to sleep at all!

We chose the Sleep Inn because it had smoking rooms. It was an average room. We were there only for sleeping. It was a good price and we slept well. The breakfast was decent. No complaints.

Manager was helpful in assisting us with information in securing tubes to float the Blackfoot river. Motel was close to many of the sights we needed to see.

After a few bad experiences in MT this was a welcome relief. The staff was friendly, room was small but clean. Breakfast room was a bit small but adequate. Great price.

Worth the drive off the freeway. A very quiet location. Staff very friendly, the freshly baked warm cookies were a nice touch. The neighborhood is mixed with several casino's nearby, but also near K-Mart, restaurants and fast food. Three blocks from King's Clothes, a thirft shop where I was able to replace the swim suits that the kid's forgot.

We had a group of five that stayed in two rooms which we enjoyed very much. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and there is shopping nearby. I give this hotel an excellent rating.
