Overall great place for the price. Clean and well kept. Courteous staff. Close to shopping, gas and food. Only issue was room on backside are near delivery dock for businesses so truck deliveries a bit noisy.

Normally I do not have a problem sleeping, but I just couldn't seem to settle into the bed either of the two nights I was there, even after working 12 hour days. I thought the breakfast although enough to get me by until lunch, was extremely lacking in diversity and really anything good for you. As for the rest of the ammenities, I can't really comment, […] as I wasn't in the building long enough to utilize them. It is not the worst hotel in the area, but improvements could be made. Devamı

We had stayed here several times before with no complaints,however the breakfast has gone downhill. The breakfast area was made smaller and many items had been eliminated,this could be a deal breaker for our next trip to Portland area.

It was quiet considering how close to the roadway it was, and for all intents and purposes it was a very satisfactory stay. Room was clean and the hotel was very close to several restuarants which was convenient as we didn't have to drive anywhere after a full day of driving.

it was clean but that was about it staff was slow and grumpy like a kid taking orders at a fast food place, no elevator, breakfast was coffee juice cereal and muffins very disappointing. Like I said clean safe but no frills

Good location but unfortunately the room was not that nice. The toilet paper holder was broken. The grout and caulking around the tub had been replaced and was messy looking. There appeared to be a few small dried blood spots on the ceiling. The toilet bowl was stained. The breakfast was cold cereals and muffins.

Unfortunately I was not that impressed with the facility. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the price was very reasonable. However, the maid did not refill out toilet paper twice. We ran out and had to go to front desk to ask for more. The room where the pool is was very cold and the pool water was also too cold. The workout equipment […] is old and not functioning well. I attempted to use the treadmill and the eliptical machine and both were not working well so I did not continue with my workout. The toilet in out room, the flush handle broke twice and I put it back together but it still did not flush well. The pullout couch in our room was broken. We were able to get it out but the bed was so uncomfortable that we did not use it. The breakfast was lacking in variety. Would be nice if you offered yogurt and some other choices of muffins instead of banana and blueberry. A waffle maker would be great also. I most likely will not be staying at this hotel again and I do travel to Vancouver monthly. Devamı

We traveled for a family event and traveled with young children. This is an optimal room for comfort, convenience, and children. Located next to major freeways and local amenities. A decent continental breakfast, pleasing for both adults and children. Microwave and refrigerater came in handy to warm meals and milk for the kids. The staff is very friendly […] and accomadating. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and someone had turned the heater on in the room for us, which was very nice. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a night.

This hotel was a perfect fit for my husband and I on a businnes trip. Right at the I-5/I-205 interchange, it was super fast to downtown Vancouver, Portland and the airport. The staff was nice, the hot tub was amazing and the bed was the best mattress I've slept in years. Very pleasantly surprised by a modest, cheap establishment. The breakfast was better […] than a lot of continental breakfasts I've experienced. Fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and pretty good coffee. The hotel was very quiet, which led to a nice night's sleep despite the softness of the mattress. The bathroom had seen better days but it was clean. The pool and hottub were nice but the pool area was unheated! Very strange.

Hotel was not the chain I thought it was, instead was independent. Room was very sparsely furnished, worn, bare minimums. Dirty enough to have us look at the bed for bedbugs, no bedbugs but discovered that the blanket was a single mattress blanket turned sideways on a queen bed and the lower 2 feet of the mattress had no blanket. Pillows were shapeless […] and lumpy, room was ice-cold on entry. Toilet leaked around base when flushed, needed towels on floor to keep feet dry. "Breakfast" was too strong a description, a few tired bagels, dispenser dry cereal, coffee in a tiny room. Almost walked away despite pre-paying. Never again. Devamı

basically all was good. the perfumes/air freshner used on the sheets was overpowering, but I am sensitive to oders. Breakfast was basic, but location was good. (a bit crazy to get into because of one-way streets and freeway). Bed was comfortable.

Great hotel, no problems, was able to book last minute and the customer service was great! Would suggest to anyone and was much nicer then I expected!

Prior to booking I phoned the hotel and asked for a quiet ground floor room. I was assured that we would have a ground floor room away from the freeway that was very quiet. I also asked for a non smoking room. When we arrived we had to carry all of our luggage up a flight of stairs to the second floor then to the other end of the building. Being seniors […] this was not easy and certainly not what we booked. Our room reeked of smoke so we asked to be moved. We were then put in a room facing the freeway where the noise kept us up all night. Despite the room being paid for in advance through hotels.ca they ask for our credit card. Although I don't know if this occurred here but credit card was compromised and cancelled some time after that stay. I would not recommend this property. Devamı

The hotel is convenient to the highway as well as nearby shops. The attendant at check-in was very pleasant and the room was nice.

Good location, bed was uncomfortable and the room was outdated (red carpet with green bedspread - eek!). We tried to go swimming, but the area the indoor pool was in was freezing. Get what you pay for.

I felt the room was not clean. The toilet paper was just set on the counter. I had to make the fold out bed-there was not even bedding in the room for the bed. When it was finally brought in it was for a king. We just made due. Still when you are paying to stay somewhere you expect the room to be clean and ready for you when you arrive. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast consisted of items you can toast yourself, bread, bagels, etc., cereals, coffee, and juices. Pretty much all you need to get your day going. Overall the hotel is as much as you can expect for its modest price.

Our room was a little run down, the carpet was worn and the sofa had stains on the cushions. The beds were hard. Besides that the room was clean and the staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. For a cheap room it is a good place to stay.

We had had a dreadful experience with a stay the previous night in a terrible motel. This Inn was a very pleasant reverse of that. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, convenient to Highway 205 and I-5. Starbucks nearby. They also had quite a nice continental breakfast.

Hotel staff was professional & nice. Room was bigger than expected and included a nice desk area to work. Free WiFi was easy to use and fast (not always the case). Felt safe/secure for room and car. Excellent value for business travel.

The room was fine, difficult to get to surrounding restaurants because of traffic patterns. Lights sometimes made a 5 minute drive 15 minutes.

My internet WIFI service improved dramatically this time and the room fridge worked too! My bathroom was not cleaned when I arrived and had a filthy bath mat but upon complaining, the staff responded in an excellent manner.

This was my first stay since Hotel chain ownership was changed. Improvements include new carpeting, thorough cleaning, new bedding and re-vamp of breakfast area. Smelled great, staff was very helpful, friendly and available. This hotel is close to the church that I attend often during the year, as well as many of my local church family. We travel down […] to Vancouver from the Tacoma area and it is just a perfect place to shop, sight see (close to freeway) but also to local businesses. Love the pool available 24 hrs. a day! Just need to put the waffle iron back for the morning breakfasts. We loved it and other close hotels offer this amenity. Glad to see this operating again at a higher level. None better in the vicinity. There are 3 units for handicapped, which have parking by the rooms, which is exactly what I need for those who travel with me. Devamı

The hotel is just okay. If you have a room on the 2nd floor - there is NO elevator but I didnt know that, so I lugged my luggage up a flight of stairs. There is a gym, but the treadmill is the only updated piece of equipment. There is a pool but basically the hallways look old. The carpeting throughout needs to be replaced. That would make a huge difference. There […] is a free breakfast if you like cereal, coffee and bagels. (3) Not much of a choice. The hotel is pretty quiet and sparse. You get what you pay for. I was a little concerned about the temperature of my small fridge. I put a bucket of ice in it to make sure my food was O.K. Everything else was great.

The room was clean and comfortable but I ended up sitting on the hallway steps to get internet access for my lap top! The mini fridge was also not working but I had a cooler so I did not report the broken fridge but they were told about the poor WIFI reception. I didn't get to try the breakfast because we overslept but I throughly enjoyed our night here. The pool is 24 hrs which is nice. Our room was amazingly clean, the bed was sooo comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The water pressure sucked compared to others.
